Will you reset your phone before you ship it?
You must factory reset to remove all personal data from your device and to disable any software locks.

- Limited Credit — If your old phone is not in good condition or does not otherwise meet our eligibility requirements, the Upgrade Credit applied to your Samsung Financing Account will be reduced to the minimum value of $25 and you must continue to pay all remaining financed amounts in your Samsung Financing Account.
- No Timely Return, No Credit — If you do not return your upgrade eligible phone to Samsung within fourteen (14) days after the purchase date of your Upgrade Device, you will not receive any Upgrade Credit and you must continue to pay all remaining financed amounts in your Samsung Financing Account.
- Must Continue to Make all Required minimum Payments — Pending application of your Upgrade Credit (whether the Maximum Credit or Limited Credit) to your Samsung Financing Account, you must continue to make all minimum payments as required by your account terms. This includes any financed amounts for your upgrade eligible phone, your new device and any other purchases made using Samsung Financing. If the Upgrade Credit you actually receive is less than the remaining balance due on your old upgraded phone, any such remaining balance will also remain subject to required minimum payments in accordance with the Financing Account terms.
- No Phone Return — After you return your initial device to Samsung, it will not be returned to you under any circumstances, regardless of its condition or the amount of Upgrade Credit applied to your Financing Account.
