Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy at costs! After 12months the freezer stopped and Samsung replaced some component under warranty. At 2 1/2 years our freezer lining expanded outwards with a buldge taking up 1/3 of the freezer space. At 3 1/2 years the refrigerator does not cool properly even half full. As other reviews here, i have also had random banging noises at night time. I am very unhappy about the quality of this product and can not recommend it, i have purchased a Westinghouse to replace it which is bad for my families finances but at least i can move on from Samsung as a brand. I will be telling every one i can not to buy Samsung Refrigerators!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cooling issues Got this fridge 3 months and had cooling issues from day 1. Fridge temp is at 10 degrees at its best. Technician has come twice and replaced the parts but still the problem persists. Now waiting for it to be replaced or refunded.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Handy options Purchased this model for the freezer convert feature. Option to convert freezer section to fridge is great but is slightly colder than a normal fridge. Tends to make items in this section a bit too frosty.
