I started to do my new kitchen and bought ovens too early. It was good price and good promotion. I inspected them on delivery day but it looked ok. No damages or scratches. So after about a month I was ready to install it and noticed that one side of doors slightly dropped. One side 8mm gap other 10mm. 20% difference. Samsung said it's within tolerance. But it is noticeable even from 3m distance that doors not straight. And other issue with it was ripped and missing insulation on left side. Also asked about this issue and provided with photos Samsung technical support but after week of waiting they phoned and they asked me to I try to remove it because there should not be any foil with insulation. I was a bit shocked about the answer and thought that they know nothing about products they are selling. All I wanted to know if it's normal or not. But they could not provide with the answer and could not even tell me if it's safe to use. So I still not connected the oven. It looks good but with uneven doors. Ok I can get used to it. Well other flex oven also comes with bowed doors so it's probably fine for Samsung. Like they said within tolerance. 20% differencr is fine for 1000£ ovens. My opinion QC should work better as well as assembly tram. Without insulation it's probably even not as efficient as advertised. But who knows. Maybe it should be like that. Now after 3 weeks of waiting, Samsung approved for someone to come and look at the oven. but guess what? If that insulation will be missing within tolerance I will have to pay for call out fee. Thanks but for me, no more Samsung ovens. I think they should be able to tell that by looking at provided photos. Poor support. On paper it's great product and looks good but support is horrible. Sorry I don't like to post negative reviews. But my personal experience so far is very negative. I promised them on our phone conversation to post review so other buyers know what to expect. If I would know I would inspect ovens better just after I have received delivery. Not expected so bad quality issues from Samsung.

I bought this premium Series 5 combination oven 9 months ago, and it has already suffered a major hardware failure where it refuses to reach cooking temperature. When I raised a complaint, Samsung’s tech team insultingly tried to claim that the oven "just takes time to get to temp."I ran a timed test with an independent digital thermometer probe. Here is the actual "performance" of this expensive appliance trying to reach 180°C 0 mins: 23°C 5 mins: 117°C (bing - ready) 10 mins: 139°C 16 mins: 158°C 20 mins: 164°C Worse yet, the oven chimes a false "preheat complete" alert when the actual internal temperature is only 120°C! The sensor is broken and the heating element is defective. An independent British Gas engineer has already witnessed and verified this massive discrepancy. Samsung is refusing a replacement under the Consumer Rights Act and making excuses for a fundamentally broken machine. Avoid at all costs.

Bought to replace a similar Lamona and this is STREETS AHEAD in Style and features only been installed a few days ago and it has performed and looks beautiful. We are fighting over using it as we have a large dual fuel range as well but it looks like this series 5 will be our go to choice to cook, A very important feature which we were not sure of when selecting an Oven...we were delighted to find it came with an attached 13amp UK plug. There was no mention of this in any sales literature on either suppliers or SAMSUNG site. Samsung take note, this would a BIG sales benefit if you mention it in your literature

What a useless oven. One expects that an oven does one thing, cook. This will not. Setting a temperature on convection mode does not actually mean the oven will reach the temperature. Ever. Set for 180, you get 120. Set for 200, 130. I've had an engineer out 3 times now and it's not fixed , although Samsung support happily emails me telling me it's fixed. No, no it isn't. Especially nice to have them hang up on me when I'm asking what I'm supposed to do as I'm told all is working fine. It's been proven many times that the oven is not heating properly, by myself, by the engineer, and even on a video call with Samsung support. Absolute trash. Don't waste your money if you are looking for an oven, because this isn't one. It's a glorified microwave. Looks pretty, so points for style.

It's an attractive oven with intuitive controls. It's well made. The microwave function is really good, with the food evenly cooked. I think Samsung are microwave experts! My only complaint is that amazingly, unbelievably, the overn "with Air Fry" does not come with an air fry rack or indeed any oven rack or shelf at all!! If you want to cook anything in the oven on a shelf, you have to buy the shelf yourself for about £80!! This must be the only brand where you have to pay extra to cook in the oven...

Wish we hadn't bought this oven, Poor racking system, smart functions are useless, Alexa integration is pointless. even the time can't auto set for DST you have to manually change the time. it has an annoying beeping sound for every button input which you can only turn off with all other sound notification like preheat reached or timer finished so all or nothing. over all yes it cooks food but promised so much more. unfortunately for me we also bought the matching Dual Cook Flex Oven as well and that is just as bad.

This oven has a lot of features from the natural steam, microwave, airfry etc. We've not tried the airfry or natural steam yet but the conventional oven and microwave work really well. The oven heats up really quickly and the controller is really easy to use with the wheel and click system. It also fits in nicely next to our dual cook Samsung oven and warming draw.

It looks good, is quite easy to clean, and has lots of features... however, please be warned that is quite gimmicky: The touchscreen control panel is too small and difficult to see. During the day, reflections and fingerprint smudges obscure the buttons. At night they're only visible using a torch. On the Samsung product page, it looks like they are backlit, but they are not. “Wifi Connected remote control” feature is not very useful. It is quicker than using the cumbersome buttons, but remotely pre-heating the oven is only possible if I first go to the oven and press a button. Great oven only let down by the poorly designed grill pan which doesn’t fit well and is so shallow will leak any hot fat either on the floor or over whoever is holding it. I have been quite badly burnt twice.

This microwave oven includes everything and more in one good looking package. I chose this oven because it has an air fryer incorporated freeing up counter space and giving me options of different, quicker meal options. All the functions work well but it would have been even better if the display icons were backlit.

Good oven, only problem is touchscreen controls are faint and hard to see, so not good for an elderly person. Lack of full instructions is very poor, especially when the QR code is misprinted and therefore does not connect you to the correct website.

Great oven. I was worried to purchase given reviews but it works well after settling down. When first turned on it made a terrible noise and shut itself off but all good now it appears. As others have said a backlight would have been good for the buttons. The smartthings integration could benefit from improvement. Customer service could be more helpful. I'm a Samsung fan boy and have many of the brands products but the support when I plugged it in and had difficulties was poor.
I recommended this product.

Love the look of the oven, easy installation. Loads of features and accessories. Only used a couple of times so far but seems great. Instruction manual not the clearest and I have no problem seeing the control panel as others have described.
