If I could give no star I would. Terrible oven. Hard to program. Shelves are a nightmare. Constant beeping but if you turn off you can't hear timing. The worst thing is, when turning trays or pricking cakes to check they are done, it beeps at you and the oven turns off!!!! What a ridiculous feature!!!!!

Very disappointed having just purchased this oven after having a similar Samsung oven for several years and loved it, hence buying a replacement. This oven does not have the clock displayed when off, none of the symbols to select cooking mode have a back light so it s extremely difficult see and select mode, especially for built in ovens at eye level and finger marks make it impossible. Wish I hadn't purchased. No where had them on display to previously see

I have only recently bought this Oven and have only scored it one star because of the following reasons. 1. As this is a dual oven you would expect it to come with 2 wire racks but it only comes with one so can only have it in one or the other oven when using the dual oven feature. 2. The tray that is provided does not have a wire rack insert so how are you supposed to use the grill feature? 3. No manual supplied with the oven, you have to download them from the Samsung Site.

After two weeks installed & operating. Really struggling with Samsung Support & User Manual. Information is very elusive online format. Main Controls very dark and unclear, to carry out routine operations we hold a torch up & try to follow instructions as well. Cannot work out easily how to use oven(s). Quality of Oven appears excellent but struggling to make it work effectively. Cannot order extra shelf so far?

GOOD POINTS - It has dual zone cooking when required, the reason we bought this oven. - It has wi-fi and an app if you want that sort of thing. BAD POINTS - It's an expensive oven. - The control panel is NOT backlit so it is difficult to see the controls, very bad design. - It likes to make noises (they can be turned off but the instructions in the downloaded manual are wrong and they do have a habit of resetting to default) - It is NOT intuitive to use, you need to study the downloaded manual carefully. - The manual is not included with the oven, just a "Quick Start Guide". - It proved difficult to register the product with Samsung, I'm still not sure if I have achieved it. All-in-all we are very disappointed with our purchase.

This is a terrible oven. Wish I could return it. Temperature isn’t correct. Buttons are not back lit so have to use a torch to use them. Annoying tunes once at temperature that you can’t seem to switch off.

Brilliant oven. Does everything perfect with the heat being even all around the oven and whilst use the dual cook feature. SMART THINGS capability makes for easy use via you phone. Probably looking at adding more Samsung appliances in the future with the Smart Things on.

Useful oven with the dual feature. The over will also play a tune when it is pre-heated. Unfortunately it will repeat this up to 5 times while it is pre-heating, which is quite annoying. Hence the 3 stars.

Do not buy this oven, we have purchased 2 of these and 1 has broken twice within 8 months. We had to wait 3 weeks to get it repaired at Christmas and now the oven will not heat up, who knows how long we will have to wait for it to be fixed at our expense due to having to take time off work while we wait for the repair. It is disappointing that the oven can’t be replaced as it is not even a year old. The shelves are designed poorly as you are unable to slide a baking tray on them due to the lip, you are not able to fit the shelves the other way as they do not go in the runners correctly. When in dual cook mode if you take out a tray it can cause the DC shelf to move which then turns the oven off. Customer support is extremely slow, cut off twice on the phone and then over an hour on the chat, Biggest regret of our new build is buying these Samsung ovens.

Great oven while it worked but within a few short months it broke and Samsung have tried 3 times to repair it. I have a lot of Samsung products but my advice is don't invest in any cooking appliances from Samsung.

I don't recommend this because they did not provide the power cable with the oven, and the expert who is doing installation he told me that, because is not provided with the oven then the guarantee is useless, and also this information is not on the website before to buy, so read and think before to buy something without main important parts.

This is a very good oven. Features I like about it are :- * The dual cook feature is great. It is brilliant for cooking smaller dishes, and also for multiple dishes that require different temperatures. This feature alone is a reason to choose this oven, and is a reason to overlook the critical points below. * It heats up really quickly. It gets to temperature in no time. Things I do not like are mostly self inflicted by decisions of Samsung marketing. * The manual provided is absolutely useless - It comes with a "Simple Manual" which tells you how to install it, but not how to use it it or what the buttons do. There is a "Full" manual, but it is only available online. * There is no wire grid supplied for the drip tray. - The manual actually says when cooking items like sausages or bacon to cook the meat on the wire shelf with the tray below it so when you pull out the wire shelf to turn over the meat fat will drip all over the open door. I have never heard of an oven that did not supply a wire grid for the drip tray. This is not a budget oven so why be so parsimonious. * The Auto Cook function is pointless - When Auto Cook mode is selected turning the right hand knob causes a number to appear on the display. The user is then expected to remember the dish represented by that number and the duration and temperature that corresponds to that number. In the real world the user will have to print off a copy of the online manual and keep a copy next to the oven to look up what the numbers correspond to. Or more likely the user will try out Auto Cook once, realise it is simpler to just set the time and temperature manually, and then never use it again.

So far the over looks sleek and cooks well! I'm dissapointed you can't manually pre-heat the oven from the Smart Things app as that's one of the main reasons we purchased the oven - didn't realise this feature is disabled for safety use. All other features are amazing like the 3 second light, and the sliding oven trays which just feel and look sleek.

I was very excited to get this oven. It has nice design and was easy to install. I bought it mainly to use the dual cook mode and be able to save energy when cooking only on one of the levels. However, the products doesn't work as planned. Looking to get the service to sort out the problems. Quite disappointed.

Really useful for when you have things needed different times or temperatures. But usually use as a single large oven. Only down side is if you wiggle the divider or put a shelf on that section, if the button/sensor is touched the oven goes off and clears the timer too.

Love the splitting of the oven to 2 separate sections saves money only heating smaller section like an air fryer, but it does air fryer steamer tells you when finished on me Samsung tv really nice bit of kit complete with 5 year warranty

Great oven, love the duel cook capability and large size. Only issue is with manual, not clear on how to some of the basic cooking programmes. Also the website showed a telescopic runner which this does not have

Great oven overall, but it's internal light automatically turns off with no option to keep it always on while cooking. Makes my blood boild that bulb with few watts can't stay always on...
