Had this less than a year the stainless steel at the top by the handle has discoloured and looks horrible. I clean it with a soft non abrasive damp cloth and never use harsh chemicals on it. Only warm water or stainless steel cleaner if needed. The bottom front panel is fine so I know its nothing to do with what is being used to clean it. Anyway because it's cosmetic samsung refuse to help as that's not under warranty (ofcourse it's not) when you spend hundreds of pounds for something you don't want it to look horrible in less than a year. Don't buy this item. Its clearly not very good quality housing. However it does work well so it's a shame that the outside is tack.

We’ve had it 7 weeks and yesterday it leaked all over the floor and blew the electrics. We had already contacted Samsung about a dent in the door upon delivery but they never responded- even after I sent photos and all my details by email. This time I spent ages on the phone and got nowhere again!! Awaiting a call from them regarding repair, I won’t hold my breath. I’m extremely annoyed at the poor service, we have at least 8 other Samsung products in our household, fingers crossed it’s not this hard to get repairs when the next thing fails.

I have had exactly the same issue as a previous reviewer. The dishwasher works fine and initially I was very happy with it but now, less than 12 months in, the top panel with stainless steel effect finish is degrading and looks shabby. Samsung customer services are shamefully poor and unwilling to accept responsibility. It’s a shame as I like everything else about this machine. I choose it because of its stylish looks but I’m disappointed that it just hasn’t lasted. I wont be buying another product from this company I’m afraid.

Good machine. Quiet and efficient. The integrated unit we have replaced it with doesn’t wash nearly as well. Greta capacity-fits a full roast(roasting tray, three pans and plates. Never had issues with the runners on either draw unlike our replacement!

Do not buy! Had this dishwasher for 2.5 years. Just out of the 2 year warranty period and it trips the mains circuit when on. Engineer says it cannot be repaired. Samsung customer service is dreadful. They will only offer me 20% off the price of a new one. No thank you!

3 years old and currently leaking water from the bottom. The top drawer constantly collapsed and it's awful to stack. I have an eco bubble washer which is fantastic but I'll never buy another Samsung dishwasher.
