As a couple of other reviewers have mentioned, this microwave is wobbly. In my case the back left corner doesn't touch the counter surface. Pushing that side down lifts the front right corner up off the counter. Speaking to customer support it seems this is a known issue, which makes it odd that the model is still being sold. They said that as long as the plate spins fine, nothing to worry about 🙃 I like the look of the microwave enough not to return it. I have added a 4mm rubber foot to even it out but thought it's important to point this out as it's clearly not a one off issue but a problem with the model. If it was properly aligned I'd have given it 5 stars for design.

Terrible product and terrible service from samsung support. Buyers beware the microwave does not sit level on the counter top. It is about 15/20mm higher on one side than the other the the machine rocks back and fourth when you open and close the door or touch the microwave in any way. Samsung have said that the product is designed to be like this.. ? If that is the case they should recall this product and throw them all away. Stick to phones as microwaves are not your forte.

I recently purchased this microwave and have been reasonably pleased with it. I do have concerns about the excessive amount of steam trapped between the glass panels on the door. Is this normal? I've tried unsuccessfully to instigate contact regarding this. After cooking a jacket potato, the panel is completely obscured and very slow to clear.

Before purchasing I read a review that said the microwave wobbled between the back right and front left. I thought “that’s unfortunate”. Having received my microwave it does the same…and I’ve tried it on four different flat surfaces to check and the same wobble is present in all cases. Perhaps that’s why is so heavily discounted? Really Samsung should be calling that out as a design flaw.

Purchased this product 10/11/23. 24/12/23 would not cook. Repair carried out by samsung dealer authorised by Samsung. 4 major parts had to be replaced including megaton. 7week old and needed such a major repair job does not meet my expectation of a quality product. I thought Samsung had a good reputation for quality . Feel very disappointed and would not recommend this product.

The microwave has performed without issue since purchase in Nov23. However the front panel options are very difficult to see unless the machine is at eye level. I have it on a kitchen worktop and its impossible to see the various options. As far as I can tell there is no option to make the lettering more visible. I have also been unable to switch off the bleeping despite trying to do so by pressing both arrow buttons at the same time.

It is pre-loaded with a bunch of useless features and pre-recorded "recipes". Besides, the glass main panel has a very sleek and nice design but doesn't lit. So in the evening, or when the room is darker, one is forced to turn the light in the room to be able to read what's written on the panel. That's annoying. Otherwise, it doesn't work better than my previous microwave which was half price. I wouldn't buy it again, not worth the price.

My requirement for a 23 litre microwave that would fit in a restricted space was met by this one. Not only does this device look sleek and modern but it is well made, solid and reliable. The controls are very simple to operate and understand. My only niggle is that the defrost function is not so user friendly but that is easily remedied by repeated pressing of the "microwave" button until the desired power is displayed (180 for defrost). I find this piece of kitchen equipment very satisfying to use. So much so that I have now bought a second one for another property.

apart from the non existent instructions that didn't come with it - i had to go online to find out how to find the power reduction button. ive read through everything and there's no mention on how to do it. i used to love samsung products. this is really poor all round. anyone reading this - go for another make - i spend more time on trying to programme it than it would to rear a chicken - kill it and make a fire and cook it that way.

I have given this product one star I have only just bought it and like a previous reviewer has pointed out it is not stable on the work surface . I would go even further and say it is dangerous for the fact it slides very easily because there is only one rubber foot on it the other three are metal, so you have metal feet on your worksurface so for a child or elderly person it can be easily pulled off the work surface. I have sent a complaint into samsung but had a reply off another department from another country even though I accessed them off the site that comes up for customer service. They make it really difficult to contact them. Anyway anyone who has bought this model just have a look underneath and you will see how badly designed this is. Unbelievable how this can be passed by samsungs quality control it must be non existant like their customer service.

I bought this microwave in September 2023. All was working fine although it slanted down on one side. I was told this is part of the design. Around July 24 the microwave was on but didn’t heat the food. We turned it off and turned it on again and it worked fine. It now doesn’t heat anything and I’ve been told it’s now of warranty!
