A very simple and easy to use charger. I purchased the complete item including the power plug in one package. It charges far quicker than any other form of charging (I have a Z Flip 3). It’s extremely convenient to just drop your phone on to it compared to charging leads that always seem break. It even has a cooling fan built inside that cools the battery during its rapid charge. So brilliant I have two and will be buying for daughters z flip as well. The wife even uses it for her iPhone! Well worth owning.

This charger failed in every regard. It is poorly designed with a ridge around the upper charging area, creating an airgap which would slow charging down. However, slow charging would be welcome, the charger does not work at all. Straight out of the box, connected and phone placed on charge area - nothing except an orange flashing light. I wish I had read all the terrible reviews before buying. Samsung you should really take note of these reviews, this charger is letting your company down in a big way.

Arrived 13 days ago and tried to charge my phone with it last night but doesn't work! Tried disconnecting and reconnecting it at various points but no lights came on and not charging phone. This morning I plugged the cable from the wireless charger direct into my phone and that works so the device has stopped working in less than a fortnight and I wasn't even using it every day! I bought this to make life easier but it seems that was a stupid idea!

Note - The wireless charger is only 'Fast' and not 'Superfast' To charge with the cable is superfast. I can't use it as i charge my phone on a night and it has a fan it that makes a noise like a fan/buzz. took me a while to work out where it was coming from. who ever designed this charger needs to never design anything ever again, they should of looked at the products samsung sell see that the camera bezzle is thicker than the phones and not raised the edges of the charger. brand new charger rendered useless because of poor design waste of money

Came without cable ????!!!! and did not even work. Constant yellow flashing light. Tried to get some advise from Samsung support - waste of time... a lot of time. When i finally have been connected to the right department all they aske 'you want to return'? Soooo disappointed

Garbage charger. Worked slightly better with my S23 Ultra, which still wasn't great, but now barely makes contact with my S25 Ultra. Says it's charging when I put the phone on it then pauses charging after a minute or so, so have woken up so many times where my phone was nearly dead. Useless.

I connected the wireless charger to 6 chargers (good quality chargers), one of them was a samsung charger, and they are not working - the led was blinking orange. Tha samsung charger worked for 2 minutes, after that period it started to blink orange and stopped charging, couldn't get it to work after this. I found a charger that has QC 3.0 and is working. When you buy this charger you should assume (and probably it is true) that you also have to buy a compatible charger because most chargers don't work with the wireless charger (EP-P2400). I had to test 7 chargers to find one that works with this wireless charger. Even the samsung charger is not compatible with this wireless charger. You should be aware of required charger specifications: "The wireless charger is not compatible with chargers that do not support AFC (Adaptive Fast Charging) and SFC (Super Fast Charging). To use the 15W fast wireless charging 2.0 feature, use the charger (9.0V/2.77A) supplied with the device, an SFC charger, or a PD (Power Delivery) charger (25W and higher). If a PD charger (less than 25W) or an AFC charger is used, the 7.5W fast wireless charging 1.0 feature may work."

This charger is terrible. It refuses to charge because of a "Not approved charger". It does not make clear what is "unapproved" about the charger, the charger charges the phone just fine, if plugged into the phone instead of the wireless charging pad. Don't waste your money.

It is a pretty fast charger but it does not charge my watches. I have both a galaxy watch and watch 5 pro. The buds charge fairly well but not my watches.

I brought the super fast charger in September 2024. It didn't even last for 4 months. I am surprised the way Samsung has this product. when i contacted the customer support they told me they cannot do any thing as it has crossed the replacement period. Then why does company charge so much price for such short life products. Really disappointed this time

Absolute waste of money. If you think getting the official charger is the best option, think again. Poor design, intermittent charging, clunky and NOISY. It's got a fan which is so loud I couldn't have it next to my bed. Useless.

I think some of the reviews are for the duo pad, based on the pictures. I got my wireless pad a while ago and it works fine. Although if you have a thick case it might prevent it charging so if that's the issue try another case or taking the case off. It does also need to be pretty centered (over the charger) for it to work (at least when I have my current case on). My only complaint would be the plug (aka adapter) blew after just 4 uses. Which seems to be a common complaint with the adapters. But I've also still got the plug I got when I got my previous phone 2 years ago which has been used hundreds of times and its fine. Would probably work better if it was at least phone sized (as then phone could sit inside the edge bevel instead of on top of it, improving the contact for charging) but they probably didn't because you'd maybe be able to get 2 on it instead lol (just slower charging). Maybe better as a night time charger though since you need to put the phone down to charge it (and it is slow so picking it up frequently won't allow it to get any good charge in it). Not sure why it comes with such a short cable though. Doesn't allow for a lot of choice in where to place it unless you buy another cable.

Really disappointed. I've got the S21 ultra so super fast charging ia key. But unfortunately it is not super fast wireless charging. Its only fast charging very mis lead very disappointed with it been £52 it does come with a brand new type c to c & 25w c plug but overall not impressed

Works well, feels reassuring having a fan built in too as my apartment is quite warm. Works perfectly through the leather case for my flip4 too. Will come in handy for other tech too.
