My product has arrived damaged. How do I return it?

Discovering a damaged item after accepting delivery

If your item arrives damaged, it’s important you let us know as soon as possible. You have a 14-day window to return items to Samsung for any reason (read the full offer terms and conditions.)

If you have bought a Home Appliance that you are thinking of returning, please contact Shop Support, or for large items, please contact us to arrange a collection.

It’s important you contact us as soon as possible. We will send you a returns label.

Repack your item(s) in secure packaging.

Stick the label on securely and send it back to us.
