Too ugly and different from previous device. Too many ads and pre-emptive text. Not able to use old email address as default. Had to manually diwnload old apps. Icons not as nice. Not as user-friendly. Too Google oriented therefore less choice for other browsers. Will wait and get a less advanced device.

Always buy samsung products as they are the best. Very pleased with my new phone as it is so easy to set up & use. To transfer all my data from my old samsung was so simple & my old one i had for 5 years with no problems & it is still no problem as i handed it down to my daughter who is thrilled with it.
