Battery was draining at first but has improved & I've not changed the usage, nice camera with some new good effects for changing my photos, perfect display although still a bit on the slim side, durability has been good i have dropped it a few times on soft flooring with no problems, performance great fast loading of all apps & other features, however having seen the z flip 7 I am tempted to upgrade as I like the look of the bigger front screen & I believe it is wider than the 6. All said I am impressed at the moment however I did have the z fold 4 & started having trouble with the connection wires through opening & closing the phone after less than a year so hoping this problem has been fixed. Also love the new colours . PS also love its compact size, can see me staying with the flips depending on long gritty of the constant opening & closing of the device.

Battery is very weak, display is bend and you can see it bend and performance is to be seen cause I only have it for few months but overall impression about the phone in general is that is not going to last long enough to enjoy properly. My opinion is that this phone is to show off your friends and to be noticed but as longevity is not the best option.

Love my Galaxy Z flip 6 it’s amazing, I love the way it folds so I can pop it in my shirt pocket without the fear of it falling out ( like my old phone used to do ) it takes amazing photos and the sound when I listen to music though my headphones are remarkably different from the old phone, it’s just amazing all round phone plus I’m getting used to the AI ! I bought this 3 weeks ago for my mom. Phone is so nice and fun to use. It’s so cute when folded, mom loved it. Used as hands free when doing video calls and watching videos while cooking and while doing other works. Nice and fancy phone for ladies. I just love everything about this phone! First, the design is so beautiful and the updates colours are just too cute. In terms of the new AI integrated features, I loved the interpreter. We tried it with Spanish and would even pick up an English person speaking Spanish. The camera looks great too and it takes selfies to another level.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a small and compact design, the new flat edges are great very comfortable grip, looks beautiful and has a bright display, a long lasting battery life, definitely a powerful performance with cooling chamber, improved colours, balance in photos, useful features. I found the Z Flip 6 display to be bright and vivid, even with the Natural display mode elected. Colors really pop, blacks are rich and deep, and any text is crisp and sharp. When I’m outdoors in sun or in somewhere bright light the display is still easy to see. Scrolling and transitions are great, I’ve used my Z Flip 6 in the past couple of days for my daily tasks - checking personal emails, various social media accounts, reading and watching videos, and snapping photos - there is no lag or stutter in my use, and switching between apps is seamless. The Z Flip 6 never got too hot to use when doing normal tasks or paying games thanks to the cooling chamber. My favourite and useful feature is Galaxy AI feature is the Generative Edit tool , turning pictures into emojis.This can remove unwanted and distracting elements from photos, or you can use it to resize and straighten out images and fill out the blanks. Results are really good! Chat Assist does have a handy grammar and spell check that is more useful than making yourself sound like an automated robot trying to be a human being. Note Assist is also a feature to help format and summarise your notes. A 50MP main camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a The front is a 10MP selfie camera - all realistic, accurate and vivid, sharpness, texture, fine details. The battery last one day and half for medium usage. Overall, definitely worth the investment and a great phone.

I was weary about folding screens as I thought they would eventually crack due to wear and tear but does appear durable. However, I made the plung and had one for Christmas. I must say that it is amazing! The camera is steady and a great quality and just love the overall design. The performance is great. However, the battery does go a lot quicker that my a21. Overall, I glad I changed my mind.

I'm partial to foldables, Flips in particular because of their size. I tried all since v.3 and I was very happy apart from the camera specs that I thought should be improved. Meanwhile, I tried its larger siblings but my heart was aching for the convenience and versatility I've given up. Once I watched the Unpacked and saw my prayers were, indeed, answered I jumped in. This is the best Flip ever, with several upgrades and now a camera on par with that in the large models. It puts a smile on my face every time I glance at it or watch the delightful animations of it's Flipsuit neon case coming to life when unfolded. Priceless!

So I am a long time Samsung handset user all the way back to the S6 Edge. Currently was using the S23 Ultra and really happy with but found myself quite unexcited about the prospect of the S24 which seemed more of the same. Received my new Flip 6 on release day and I am seriously impressed. I looks fantastic with a really solid feel, the crease is hardly noticeable and the cover screen adds a new dimension to how you interact with your phone. In short it makes using your phone fun and interesting again. Be prepared for everyone wanting to have a look and a hold as it grabs everyone's interest. Bought in August 2024 screen has cracked on the fold, not even a year old… But Samsung won’t honor there manufacturer warranty wants me to pay 270£ to fix and a £50 inspection fee. Own a Samsung tv, windows laptop,Chromebook,watch, buds & buds pro but after this dreadful experience I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT

I absolutely love the flip 6. Love the design, the bigger screen on the front, I had the flip 3 for 2 years and then "upgraded" to the s24. Wish I hadn't and that I had gone straight to the F6, really ended up missing the simple design, the space in my pocket and just the general vibe of the Flip, Best decision I made was getting the Flip6. Absolutely love the design, The bigger screen on the front, the capabilities of the front design with personalised wigits, battery life is amazing. LOVE THE FRESH LOOK OF IT. THE HINGE IS A LOT SMOOTHER THAN THE F3 loads of great cases are available for it, too, so that's a plus! Really REALLY happy with it.

Ive had Samsung products for a long time now weather its been a phone a TV or a fridge freezer their quality are second to none I always buy Samsung. This is my 2nd flip phone and I can honestly say the flip 6 is by far top quality. I can get a full day from my phone without having to put it on charge. I love the new AI feature and no doubt they'll be other things I've not come across yet. So thank you Samsung you really are the best. There was just one thing that I did complain about and that was when I took the contract out I could claim a free Samsung Tab 9+ but it seems its been over looked .

Horrible Experience. Samsung is a cheat . They take money and provide defective phone . Can't believe I chose this useless product instead of an other good options. After damage within warranty period they only repair the phone ( after extreme hassle) lost all my information documents. Images . Will never ever buy Samsung products. And advice to all DONT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

I like the fact that folded up it fits into my pocket without sticking out (which is a risk for theft and for accidental loss). I like the fingerprint sensor at the side, which so far is working perfectly although in my experience finger print sensors start become difficult after a while, especially in cold weather. I was initially put off by Samsung not producing a case for this phone, as I like to carry my Freedom pass and my business card with my phone (definitely not my bank cards!), but I bought one from sawiqpd, which is good, though it has the disadvantage of making the closed phone nearly twice as thick. It's still worth having.

I'm loving this phone! I had the Flip 5 and then the s24 Ultra but I found it was a bit too big so I switched up to the Flip 6 and I'm really impressed. It just slides into my bag, I don't have to worry about my car keys scratching the screen and I have a really nice case too. I don't really use my phone a lot throughout the day, but when I do, I really enjoy opening it to answer calls and then shut it to end calls. It takes great pictures and I'm loving the AI. I use Bluetooth and hot-spot a lot and it is quick to connect. I'm really enjoying this phone and I've had a lot of people wonder what it is when I'm paying in stores with it.

The screen is cheap quality and faulted after a few months. Samsung used every excuse to void the warranty so I currently am without a phone and a monthly phone bill. They want 700 to repair. Samsung advisors gave incorrect advice causing the phone to lock and this now can't be undone.
While we can understand your frustration, the only reasons why a repair to any of our devices would be chargeable is if there was found to be any physical or liquid damage during the inspection, as these will invalidate the warranty. We do have to complete all repairs to bring the phone back under warranty, and not just those reported, even if the damage was accidental, and did not directly cause the reported issue. We do want you to be able to use your Z Flip6 exactly as intended, so we do recommend keeping in touch with our Customer Support team so that they can advise on all available solutions. ^DB at Samung Support
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Having had Z Flip phones from the Flip 2 through to the Flip 5 I was exited to use the flip6, I wasn’t disappointed. The flip 6 is extremely well made, light but sturdy and with a premium feel that is enhanced by the materials used. The outside screen is very detailed with great colours and is useful for notifications and messages, so much so that there is less need to open the phone to use the main screen. The main screen is however exceptional, being an Oled screen the colours truly pop and the contrast is also one of the best I’ve seen. Photos, videos and especially movies look fantastic, with the split screen option of video on the top half and comments on the bottom half very useful. The strong hinge ensures that the flip 6 can be opened at almost any angle, great for watching when reclining or sitting at a table or desk. The cameras are very, very good, both are easy to use (I’m not a photography expert), the software is intuitive. The selfie camera takes great pictures with the varied hinge positions useful in producing creative selfies without having to hold the phone. The main camera is a revelation, vibrant colours with great detail give the pictures real zest and pop, the pictures look great on the phone and also when viewed on my 55 inch TV, videos are also really good and also look great when exported to a TV. Web browsing is great with the “circle to search “ feature quick, accurate and reliable. Again the strong hinge helps with multi screen viewing All in all the Z Flip 6 is a great phone for watching films, web browsing and social media, it’s also great for phone calls!

I really love the Flip 6 it has a great design and I love that it folds down into something more compact. The only improvement that needs to happen is to the front screen I wish I could access more widgets for it. Widgets for google fitness, or wallet would be use full. Also the spotify widget is great how ever you have to keep making it bigger each time you want to use it. Another useful one would be for google maps to appear on the front screen while your using it to navigate. One more improvement I would make is the way apps are stacked/ added to the app list, I think it should fill up the available space rather than keep adding new apps to the last page.

Unlike the Z Fold, the Z Flip takes more advantage of the flipping feature. The external screen feels like an extra device working with its own interface. It's very useful and purposeful. However, Samsung failed to push third-party apps to take advantage of this feature. The lack of compatibility and limit in widgets takes away the magic of the flip feature. One example is the Hey Google command not working when the phone is closed. If you want an assistant to work, it must be Bixby, which is years behind Google. I believe this phone has huge potential, but maybe due to the low sales numbers, Samsung is not really interested in optimising its user experience.

I haven’t even had my phone for a month and when I went to use it two days ago the screen had stopped working and started glitching, I can now only use the front part of the flip phone. The worst part is that whatever the issue is still has some chance of not being covered by warranty, if your gonna make your phones this bad then it needs better cover and warranty that we shouldn’t have to pay for when we are spending over £1000 on your product. The way it now feels is everybody come spend over £1000 on a phone and you need every single cover and warranty out there because it will break quicker than a modern day relationship
Beautiful phone but not long lasting and Samsung refused to fix under the warranty, don't waste your money
The phone works great and love all the features! However the screen does not last long at all and for the price it's just not worth it. When you talk to Samsung they blame it on the fact that you have wear and tear on the phone, but show me a phone that doesn't. The phones that don't fold still work and can take the wear and tear but these phones can't. When you spend thos much I expect it to last longer than 6 months

Overheats for simple tasks. Cant video call without burning your hand. Brightness gets decreased automatically when overheating. Hinge makes loud sounds. There are bubbles inside the screen. It sounds like something peeling off every time you open the screen.

the phone went complete off after only 2 month use. sent for repair in Samsung, received back after 52 day. paid £1.145,00 if you want to sell or trade it wont give you more then £460 which is ridiculous for a new phone. never ever this Samsung again

The phone would be good if it wasnt broke already only had it a few months and already the main screen is completely black and the phone is unusable I didnt expect to break within such a short amount of time.

due to some "blemishes" on the inner folding screen on my flip 6 samsung was unwilling to repair my phone under warranty. The inner screen just stopped working and a few months prior to this there was a dot that appeared at the folding part. only had the phone for 9months. Not a screen scratch on the device itself however "some minor indentations on the screen" have voided my 2yr warranty. Had similar issue with fold 4 and now flip 6. Going to avoid samsung now...service team was really unhelpful even though ive been a customer for like 20yrs. Im now looking at iphones.

The Galaxy Flip 6 has always been a gamechanger in the smartphone world but this latest version has taken the notch 10 times higher. I love the compact design and that you can use it as a stand as well. I'm a content creator so it helps to shoot content when I'm in public and I don't have a tripod with me. Really amazing product!

I had my Samsung Z-Flip 3 for over three years, and it was great! The only thing was the crease cracked, but it didn't affect anything. I just got the Z-Flip 6, and wow, it's amazing – way better than the old one. It feels so much more premium, and it snaps shut perfectly. The screens are bigger and better, the battery's huge, and the new software is awesome. The cameras are fantastic too, and the AI is really helpful, though I'm still learning how to use it all – only had it a month!

I got my Flip6 on tge release day. I was so impressed as never had foldable phone. It looks great and expensive. I was happy from performance, speed, storage, sounds, calls, camera. And sudenly after 5 months screen started be unresponsive, and next day totaly black. Doesnt matter I really looked after this phone and for gaming and social medias I still was using my old phone to not drain battery to my super new flip6. I sent it to repair, it was sent back to me after a week with new screen and motherboard. But I do not like it anymore... I lost all my pictures and files which I had no chance to create a back up as screen didnt work... tgis screen feels so soft and like after open/close it make a sound like it disattach itself... I would want my money back or replace for s24/s25 instead which are real proper strong phones, not a foldable fragile overpriced toy.

The phone is brilliant, but there's an issue with app compatibility with the front window screen which can be annoying. The active cases need more options which would chosen by male customers as the options are all quite feminine in my opinion. The battery is outstanding and the good lock app really open up the use of the front screen. I'm overall happy with my new phone and it's the centre of numerous conversations, unfortunately most of which are people asking about what happens if the flip screen breaks. DO NOT BUY! Owned for 3 months. Overheated regularly from the start. Touchscreen stopped working, then screen completely stopped working. Customer service is horrendous. Unprofessional, time wasters passing from one person to another, and another, patronising and condescending. Only service provided is send phone away for 2 weeks for repair. My screen just went black for no reason. Contacted customer support sent it in and they said something went wrong internally and then charged me when the phone broke because it isn't a good phone. While it worked it was a great phone. But doesn't matter if the internal screen just goes black. And warranty is garbage, Samsung must know the phone is a lemon and want us to pay for they poor design. Shame on you Samsung for getting my hopes up.

I love the speed of the phone, RAM, and storage. I love the graphics and the AI features. I love how you can fold it and the double screen. However, the biggest issue for me is the battery life. It lasts about half a day and when I play games it gets really hot, even though I thought I remember reading somewhere it has over-heating protection. However, I used to have the A70, and the battery life was about the same, bearing in mind I had the phone about 5 years and this is only a few weeks old. Maybe for the 7, (if there will be one) make the battery life longer and less likely to overheat.

Ever since the flip phones came out, I've been obsessed. I love the fact they fold up so small and that they are still pretty unique. People always asked about them when they see it. They have improved over time and screen issues etc seem to have massively reduced. I think I will always get these for as long as they are produced. Am a huge fan.

I have only ever had Samsung phones and always been really happy with them. I upgraded to the Z6 in September. In November the phone started being unresponsive when unfolding and a small pixelation appeared on the screen. The phone had not been dropped, mishandled or banged at all. Despite the person on the phone admitting that this can happen with flip phones, it is not covered by the warranty and I have had to pay £280 to get it repaired. I will not be sticking with Samsung when my renewal comes up again.

Phone worked really well for 6 months until 2 days after an update the main screen became glitchy and within 2 days it became unresponsive. After a quick search I've learned that this is becoming a consistent problem around the world and yet the phone has yet to be recalled. I've booked the phone in for a repair but I've become quickly disinterested in samsung's capability to create flip phone and will be looking into cancelling my contract and returning to regular samsung phones. I don't have the funds to just up and buy a new phone so I'm hoping they have useful solutions for me.

I love how small and compact it is, but I actually manage to use the cover screen for messaging and paying etc. The battery life is also good, but doesn't last as long as an S-Series. I love how it looks, the colour and style have some a long way. Overall I am really enjoying being able to use the cover screen! The 12GB of RAM really show when I'm gaming and streaming to the TV, the device never overheats. The camera is good, but with only 2 lenses it doesn't match the S series. With the improved hinge design, I feel more confident in the durability of the device, as I am clumsy!!

Love the size and general look/feel/functionality but the battery life is still woeful. Fully charged first thing this morning and only light use checking/responding to messages and the battery is already at 52% just 4hrs later. Not good enough at all

I bought my Flip-6 last August 2024 from Samsung directly and last week the USB port and touch screen stopped working and I took it into the Bristol UK Samsung store and they examined the phone and said there was damage to the hinge only noticeable with a camera light so it would not be covered under warranty for a repair. I have not damaged the phone at all and not dropped it. I did some research online and the faulty USB port and touch screen are known issues with the Flip 6, yet they still won't fix it under warranty. Terrible customer service. I'll never buy another Samsung product again due to poor customer service. Worst decision ever, I traded in my lovely flip 5 which was in perfect condition, just to upgrade. Only to be given a phone with system fault, everything crashes, nothing works, fingerprint sensor not working anymore, all this happened after using the phone for about 6 weeks. I called Samsung and they asked me to take the phone for a repair, and be without a phone for God knows how long. what a joke!@@. Lost all my work information, and very important contact and data which I backed up on Samsung but it never recovered the information after they asked to do a factory reset. It's a long endless sad story. I'm currently using the bad phone but it works when it wants and crashes when it wants, all because I can't afford buying a new phone and putting this rubbish in the bin. I swapped for this flip6 from an S24+. I do feel as though I have slightly downgraded. -Battery life is okay, I use my phone daily for hours at a time for work and gaming. By around 2000 the Battery is sat at around 8/5% compared to the S24+ 35/30%. -Quality of build feels a little light and sometimes can feel a little flimsy. -Speed of the phone is fantastic and keeps up with everything I need to do and very little to no delay in response for working on and gaming. Overall, I would recommend this phone to others but for me personally I miss the feel of the S range.

The main reason I bought the Zflip was due to the fact that mobile phones are getting longer and longer. Being an elderly man this poses a problem as to where you keep it on your person. Most pockets on clothing are getting smaller so it becoming more and more difficult to keep your phone on you out of sight creating a security problem. The Zflip eliminates this problem as you can keep it hidden reasonably well most of the time. I think Samsung have missed a trick with the Zflip by making it so narrow, I think it would be a far better phone if it was slightly wider.

I love the flexibility of displays. I had to watch a few videos to get some good tips. Answering calls without having to open it up is great when I am in a place where I can use the speaker option. The battery is very long lasting and charging is great. The overall performance is brilliant.

Whilst the battery life is amazing and the camera takes great photos and videos I am finding g the display sluggish at times When using screen touch doesn't seem to be 100% and screen response slow at times

The colours available for this model are very cute, I found using the phone very easy to use and with the use of Galaxy AI, it is overall a very cool phone.

I had been using a Flip 6, which although still in excellent working order was beginning to become a bit sluggish and the creep was starting to look frayed across the middle. Although this did not impede the screen quality. I decided to treat myself to the Flip 6. It is a gorgeous phone, is quicker starting up once switched on and the battery life is excellent. I need only charge this phone twice a week. The fact that I was able to buy it at a very reasonable price, in light of the Flip 7 about to be released, was an added bonus.

The ability to close the phone just makes it so much easier for me overall. The slightly smaller size makes it better for me to hold and use, unlike my Samsung S22 Ultra (a good phone but a little too large for me). The screens are lovely and bright. The phone is nice and fast. I like the fact the fingerprint unlock is now on the unlock button rather than the screen. Makes it all so much quicker to access the phone. Being able to change my music easily from the front screen and not needing to fully open the phone is also a nice plus.

Upgraded to the Galaxy Z Flip 6 from the Flip 3 since I had a good experience with my previous phone and I must say I'm not at all disappointed. The Flip 6 feels more sturdy and substantial and I love the features that I have discovered so far, with lots more to find. Battery life is very good and the camera is excellent, a real improvement on the Flip 3, can't wait to try it out at live music concerts. Overall performance is great - I love the flip feature and the larger front screen only adds to the pleasure of using it.

I hate this phone. In fact I want to return it for a full refund. It never keep signal at all, all my phone calls drop out, it can’t use wifi calling, so when I’m at my office in a low signal already I can’t receive or make calls or texts from my desk. Absolutely ridiculous. Looked at changing the sim but still the same problem.

Won’t get a Samsung phone again, having to pay £30 to get my phone back witch I only had a month and it broke, flip 6, I am disabled and having to borrow a phone witch is on contract with Tesco, costumer service are useless, same as Tesco, was on the phone most of the day from Tesco to Samsung and back again felt like a yo yo

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
