Proper way to charge your Galaxy Z Flip

Before charging the battery wirelessly, fold the device and place the centre of the device's back on the centre of the wireless charger as shown in the below image. This ensures the connection is good.

If you use a stand-type wireless charger, Galaxy Z Flip5 may not securely affix the charger or may not charge properly. Please only use Samsung-approved wireless chargers. If you use other wireless chargers, the battery may not charge properly.

Place Galaxy Z Flip5 in centre of wireless charging pad to prevent sliding off during charging. Before charging battery wirelessly, fold the device and adjust into correct position, facing wireless charging coil of Galaxy Z Flip5 back to centre of the wireless charger, as shown in image above. Also check the device is securely mounted on the charger.
