Purchased to replace an old condenser tumble dryer that uses lots of electricity. Looked at the reviews of heat pump dryers and some people complained how long cycles took. Only used this once so far but absolutely delighted with its performance. It doesn’t take much longer than my old condenser dryer and doesn’t make the windows steam up. I dried a full load of bath towels and they came out perfectly dry and ever so soft. This model is 9kg capacity and is great for a family. It is much quieter than my old dryer- my air fryer is noisier! I haven’t plumbed it in but will empty the water manually it if we do have a kitchen refit it is good to know that is an option. It also comes with a drying rack so delicate items can sit on the rack folded. The controls are nice and easy with the program descriptions on the dial. I’m just waiting for a load of shirts to finish washing and will be able to dry those too. Overall a very positive experience from ordering to prompt delivery and simple self set up. I highly recommend this product as it is A+++ energy rated and will pay for itself in no time!

We purchased this dryer and have used it a few times already. The dryer has sensors in it that reduces the amount of energy used as the clothes dry. So far, the dryer has never run the full cycle, and in most cases has shave off around 30-50 minutes of each dry. The dryer is reasonably quiet, and has tones when changing programmes, but the good thing about this is that it can be switched off - as it can get annoying. The dryer is also a really nice looking piece of kit, with a drying rack and a plumbing kit included. It also has a very handy brush included to help keep the condenser unit clean, as well as the filter. Overall, I would recommend this dryer to anyone looking to purchase a dryer.

This dryer is super energy efficient and has been performing way better than expected the heat pump technology in the dryer is highly convenient even though it takes longer to dryer but is very energy efficient and the clothes come out unwrinkled and completely dry and the capacity is perfect for my family and the features to able to connect to my phone is a very interesting and intriguing feature I am highly satisfied with my smsung dryer and would highly recommend to other people

It has great AI features! Turns off on it's own if the load is already dry, if the water needs to be taken out etc. The only negative is that I wouldn't recommend filling up to the max with clothes, other than this, it's amazing!

A very handsome looking dryer. Runs very quiet and efficient. Unlike our old dryer, there is no hot air blowing out and the front door is cool to touch, indicating how efficient it is. It has an AI mode which is great for taking out the guess work. Expensive but will pay in energy saving in under 2 years

Very easy to use - economic on the electricity bill. Easy setup and maintenance, and great to have the rack for drying items like shoes after the toddler has decided to make home in puddles. Huge recommend! It is a tad on the loud side, though appreciate it’s not easy to make a dryer run silent

I rarely submit reviews but this heat pump dryer is so easy to use and maintain. Quiet, dries quickly and looks really good. Laundry perfect. Wasn’t sure about heat pump but it’s marvellous.
