[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. I really like the modern and premium design/feel of the fridge. The silver metal exterior feels very premium, the only thing that lets it down on the outside is the handle feels like a hollow plastic which takes away from the rest of the feel. That's the area that could have used a more solid plastic but ideally metal to continue the premium feeling because it is the area that is touched the most so it’s a reminder every time you open it. The overall footprint of the fridge is quite compact for what it holds and that is down to the SpaceMax technology which makes the walls of the fridge thinner without sacrificing efficiency. It would have been nice if the fridge were slightly taller so it could have more of a 50/50 design between the fridge and freezer. This is the design our previous fridge used, and we really miss the extra drawer space. The inside of the fridge also looks modern and premium. The lighting is very good, and it is easy to see what is on the shelves and in the veg drawer. It would have been a bit better to have one less shelf and had an extra fresh drawer instead so there's one for veg and one for meat so that you can keep both in the same conditions but the meat separate for hygiene. We really like the thermometer that lets you know exactly what the temp. is in both compartments and it is very easy to set the desired temp. The fridge itself also runs quite most of the time unless it has been open a while when it will need to work to get back to the desired temp. Overall, it is a very nice and functional fridge/freezer with a good energy rating. If Samsung tweaks the minor gripes in a future version, it would be pretty much perfect.

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. The product is very stylish from the outside and well thought out. This might sound strange but I really like the back of the product as it is encased with a metal back meaning no grill sticking out and mechanics. This reduces not only a dust magnet but also when my children are jumping around in the kitchen near the unit that it is not vibrating as with units with a grill at the back. It also means that the refrigerator can be pushed further back against the wall so it is not protruding out as much. The colour is a strong silver/graphite colour that looks modern and I like that it is Matt on the sides which makes it more modern looking. The front has a gloss finish which makes it easy to wipe down but also does not seem to attract children’s finger marks as much as usual. The doors are sleek in design and built into the unit so they don’t stick out and easily caught when walking past. The suction on the doors feels solid and open and close well with minimal effort making. This means that children have no problems and do not leave the door accidentally open. The freezer area is a great space saver. You can get a tremendous amount in with a clever design. The space is not compromised with chunky drawers or freezer walls meaning more food can be stored. Added to this is the large three compartments that also offer a freezer shelf that can be adjusted to offer even more space for bulky items to adjust the space such as fitting in a large frozen turkey. Even with the compartments though I can fit more in such as two rows of loaves as seen in one of the pictures making it excellent for families. The area also has smooth walls meaning easy cleaning as well with no sections that collect crumbs and bits. The fridge area has quality finish shelves that are robust and feel as though they will hold up to weight. One downside though is that the shelves have a fixed position and you can not move them around to suit different needs. Although they are easy to slide out if you needed more height for large bulky items. The side shelves are large and deep which means they can hold quite a bit which helps with storage and wider items can fit. However again these are not adjustable and have a fixed position so you have to again keep them at the given height offering less flexibility. The wine bottle shelf is a good idea as bottles do not roll around but are flat enough to use for food storage rather than just being suitable for bottles. The vegetable/fresh food box at the bottom is large and can fit a substantial amount in. It also pulls completely out so you can fill or take out food easily. The shelf above is also handy as a space saving feature. Shelves are flat and have clean lines for cleaning. The digital display for temperature of the fridge and freezer is flush so dials do not protrude out and a super freeze option means quick freezing. Personally not really using this feature as once the temp is set I keep it at the same temp and do not adjust. Although adjustment is very easy with arrow keys. The temp is displayed but again not something I tend to look at often. The fridge most of the time is nice and quiet but when the fan goes to circulate air it can be a little noisy or using the super freeze option is quite loud which is off putting if you have a Kitchen diner and are listening to the TV. All in all though I would highly recommend this fridge freezer as it does well what you need a fridge freezer to do. Lots of room inside both the fridge and freezer, easy clean inside and out and components and door feel solid and good quality. Freezer for me is the biggest plus for stacking lots in.

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. This fridge freezer replaced a similar tall machine however this one seems to have much more space which is brilliant. The fridge itself is quiet but this is only after it had been in overnight, the fan was quite noisy to start and a small amount of frost in the freezer appeared however some advice for other users, read the instructions and stick to them, we changed the door to open to the left and it was only when we turned the seals around 180° a couple of days later that the frost in the freezer disappeared. The only main issue we did have was the shelves in the fridge could not be moved around to suit and were fixed in height aside from that it has been a great fridge freezer. It is bright inside, spacious, sturdy and quiet

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. Fridge freezer replaced a slightly smaller model so the additional capacity is very welcome. The fridge is well set out with plenty storage space in the door and main compartment. All the shelf positions are fixed though so no opportunity to amend the set up to suit. The design of the Fridge Freezer is great with nice clean lines and and simple handles and it is relatively quiet.

Il a un très beau design extérieur avec affichage de la température du réfrigérateur et du congélateur. A la mise en route, il se met à température rapidement. Ce qui frappe en ouvrant à porte du haut, c est l éclairage. Pas besoin d'allumer la lumière dans la cuisine. Les différents compartiments sont larges et profonds. Fini la corvée du tetris pour ranger ses courses, on peut même y ranger des grands plats style saladier. L air y est bien ventilé, pas de trace de vivre ou eau qui coule. Le design à l intérieur permet un nettoyage facile. Il y a un grand bac pour les légumes. Côté congélateur, il y a 3 grands tiroirs avec de beaux volumes. Il est silencieux. Je suis conquise.

J'utilise ce réfrigérateur depuis environ 2 semaines et je suis conquise! D'abord, il a une grande capacité, nous sommes 3 à la maison, et j'ai enfin la place qu'il me faut sans me demander si je vais réussir à ranger toutes mes courses! Ce combiné dispose d'une alarme encas de baisse des températures (panne d'électricité..). Cette alarme (signal sonore) se déclenche lorsque vous le brancher pour la première fois le temps qu'il commence à produire du froid. Les températures du réfrigérateur et du congélateur sont indiquées à l'intérieur du réfrigérateur, en ouvrant la porte, à gauche. Vous pouvez d'ailleurs les régler à votre convenance. Elles sont par défaut, réglées sur 3° et -19°. Le bac des légumes permet une excellente conservation grâce au froid ventilé! Je peux ainsi, les conserver plus longtemps, ce qui est parfait! la partie congélateur se compose de 3 tiroirs, ce qui, pour ma petite famille, est tout à fait suffisant. Le + également, l'éclairage LED du réfrigérateur! Ce combiné est au top!

Très joli et fonctionnel. L'intérieur est spacieux. Le contrôleur de température et l'alarme lorsque la porte est mal fermé sont très pratique. Je recommande à 100%.

The build and fit and finish is exceptional and really top quality, There are some nice touches, the alarm if you leave the door open, the control panel is very easy to use, the bottom tray can still be pulled out with the door only open to 90 deg, which is way better than fridges I have had in the past, the trouble is then the design flaws hit. There is room for a couple of cartons of milk in the door but the trays in the door are fixed in place so NO adjustment, you can only store small items it wont fit a standard bottle of ketchup or similar sauce. The problem is the fridge will not accommodate them either, again NO adjust ability so the really useful bottle shelf has had to be removed simply so that I can put items like bottle of sauce, mayonnaise, in the fridge where they are supposed to be kept, until I moved the top shelf there was no shelf with enough space to put a bottle of beer!!!!! As it is I have made it work, but only by removing an entire shelf, which reduces the usability of the whole thing. It really NEEDS, adjustable shelves in the door and in the main body of the fridge, to be a great design as well. Conclusion: Great looking, very well made ultimately flawed design.

Apres 3 semaines d'utilisation, je suis très satisfaite de ce combiné. Tres beau design, tres grande capacité aussi bien pour le refrigérateur que pour le congélateur Les etageres sont assez grandes et vitrées, quant aux portes latérales tres profondes et pratiques. La lumiere LED Bleue est au TOP j'adore. Il y a un bip qui retentit quand la porte reste ouverte plus de 2 minutes. L'ecran exterieur pour la temperature est tres bien pensé aussi pas besoin d'ouvrir pour regler la temperature qui s'auto gère. Pas de givre non plus au niveau du congélateur avec ses 3 tiroirs d'une belle capacité. Facile d'installation. Point négatif : Pas d'emplacement pour les glaçon, et un peu bruyant quand il se met à ventiler. Je recommande

I received this refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposesand it replaced a taller fridge freezer with 1 more shelf and another rack in the door but because of the wider internal space I haven't missed this space at all. performance has been great it runs silently now although it was quite noisy whilst getting to the right temperature. we are a family of 5 adults and have had no issue with the freezer or fridge space whilst it takes up less space than the previous one. Excellent product

Avec un frigo Samsung de cette gamme de prix, je m’attendais à être tranquille pour un moment. Certes il remplit sa fonction première qui est de faire du froid, sans givre. Mais le bruit qu’il fait par moments efface tout derrière lui ! Nous nous croyons retournés dans les années 70 ! De plus, contrairement aux photos, le mien n’a pas de grille derrière pour protéger le compresseur. Au départ je pensais que c’était un défaut sur le produit, j’ai donc demandé à la marque de me le changer... mais une fois changé j’ai reçu exactement le même ! Avec un compresseur pas tout à fait rond (voir photo). Bref, je ne recommande pas et je vais sûrement le renvoyer d’où il vient.

Je suis ravie de se réfrigérateur combinés ils est super au niveau rangement capacité de stockage incomparable avec tout mes réfrigérateur que j'ai pu avoir une conservation exeptionnel j'ai remarqué la différence de durée des produits des compartiment pour bouteille qui sont très utiles des rangement profond qui permettent d'optimiser l'Espace donc plus de place le congélateur est super plusieurs tiroirs de différentes tailles selon les produits que l'ont veut stocker un signal sonores vous indique si il y'a un problème soit porte mal ferme ou ouvert trop lomptemps ainsi que la température digital tres pratique quand ont charge les produits il redescend en température très très vite vraiment conquise par se produit je vous le recommande à 100 % incomparable d'ailleurs ma maman a était convaincue de mes retour est en à acquéri un

J'ai ce frigo depuis début du mois . Pour l'instant j'en suis très satisfaite. J'adore son design sobre et surtout sa couleur inox. Il est très silencieux et possède une partie congélateur assez grande . Nous sommes 2 adultes et 2 enfants c'est un réel plus d'avoir une partie congélateur de cette taille . Niveau frigo un plus pour la partie porte , au niveau des bouteilles le rangement est fait de sorte que les bouteilles ne sont pas collées à l'étage du haut ce qui permet de sortir plus aisément les grandes bouteilles. Le tableau de température se règle facilement et rapidement. Petit bémol pour le prix assez onéreux un tiroir glaçon et un distributeur d'eau aurait été un plus.

Très contente de ce combiné super performant. Silencieux, beau design fidèle à la marque, il est super fin ne prend pas de place dans la cuisine mais à la fois très spacieux à l’intérieur. Une petite alarme retentit si la porte reste trop longtemps ouverte. Le petit écran extérieur pour régler la température est bien pensé. Les tiroirs de la partie congélateur sont bien profond. En résumé...excellent produit !

Bonjour, Je mets que 4 étoiles car il y a une chose qui m’as déçu c’est le bruit. Alors les points positifs de ce réfrigérateur : - compact et pas encombrant, - facile à déplacer, - très très bon système frigorifique, garde les aliments bien frais, - facile à nettoyer, - plusieurs compartiments - petit compartiment pour les bouteilles - système digital de la température - grande partie pour le congélateur. En ce qui concerne les points négatifs de ce réfrigérateur : - un peu bruyant et quelques fois bruyant ou on entend le réfrigérateur en marche - II y a plusieurs compartiments mais je les trouve petit. - enfin dommage que la notice n’est pas assez complète lors du premier allumage ou le réfrigérateur ne fait que de sonner et nous ne savons pas comment arrêter la sonnerie. Malgré ces petits points négatifs je recommande ce produit car dans l’ensemble il m’a plu.

Il était parfait jusqu'à ce que j'enlève les protections des tablettes en verre. Celles-ci étaient tellement épaisses qu'elles avaient enfoncé et crevé le fond du refrigerateur! N'achetez pas ce produit, non pas à cause de sa qualité, mais à cause de la bêtise des ingénieurs sensés penser à sa protection!

When it first arrived we thought it may be too small for us as we are a family of 4. Our old one was taller and appeared bigger however we needant have worried. The Freezer section was the most deceptive and although it appeared at least 20% smaller than our old one it actually wasn't. It was probably due to the space max feature. It comfortably filled in our frozen goods. The Fridge section is nice and bright and makes it easier to locate items. The shelves and drawers are well made and sturdy. Everything is quite easy to reach and get to and there is nothing from the fridge itself that takes up unnecessary space It looks like a premium product especially in the silver. Before I fitted the handles, I was considering just leaving them off as it looked quite nice with a flush finish and you can still open doors quite easily, although it would mean getting excess fingerprints on the door. All in all an excellent fridge freezer, does what it is meant to do and uses space very efficiently.

Ce combiné est vraiment génial. À la fois économique avec sa classe A++ (super pour les économies d'électricité et un petit geste pour la planète ;), et design. Il a de nombreux autres atouts. D'une part sa taille, grande profondeur qui permet de ranger facilement les grands contenants pour toute la famille. D'autre part le congélateur, sans dégivrage, avec son système ventilé et bien proportionné. Il est également extrêmement silencieux pour un combiné ventilé. Le petit plus, l'alerte sonore en cas d'ouverture de la porte, qui nous assure la fraîcheur du frigo malgré notre petit bonhomme qui passe son temps à ouvrir les portes. Dernier avantage, le pilotage de la température via l'écran sur la porte, simple et efficace.

J'ai le réfrigérateur combiné SAMSUNG depuis une vingtaine de jours. Le frigo est vraiment spacieux, vous avez de quoi ranger vos produits frais ! La température est bien homogène. Depuis que je l'ai, mes "restes" se gardent plus longtemps. Les fruits et légumes se conservent bien plus dans le bac à légumes que dans mon ancien frigo. Le congélateur est grand . Les tiroirs sont profonds et bien pratiques. Et le grand avantage, vous n'avez plus besoin de dégivrer votre congélateur ! Fini la galère ! Vous pouvez régler la température de votre réfrigérateur et congélateur à l'aide d'un écran en façade. Vous pouvez régler votre congélateur pour qu'il congèle plus vite vos surgelés lorsque vous rentrer de courses. Le réfrigérateur est vraiment silencieux et il a une très belle façade. Il y a également une alarme sonore si la porte est mal fermée. Pratique quand vous avez des petits bouts qui se servent dans le frigo !! Enfin, il est livré avec un " petit carré blanc" qui vous indique si la température est bonne. Il est facile à installer. J'ai vraiment été bavarde mais je pense avoir fait le tour de toutes ses fonctions. Je le découvre encore mais pour le moment j'en suis vraiment ravie!

Le frigo fonctionne bien. En revanche, dessus, ce n'est pas une surface plane, il y a une partie bombée métallique et une partie plastique avec des trous. Il sera donc compliqué de nettoyer le dessus du frigo. J'ai appelé le SAV mais c'est dans la conception du frigo, il n'y a pas de plaque prévue pour couvrir. Quelle solution est envisagée pour nettoyer le dessus du frigo ? Vous avez une plaque de 60 x 60 cm de 3,3 cm de hauteur ? Sur le site de Samsung, je découvre en revanche que je vais facilement pouvoir nettoyer l'arrière du frigo...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently brought the bespoke 1.85m Fridge Freezer ( Glass in black). We all love our new baby in the kitchen. Our new fridge keeps our food fresh for longer , it's easy to clean . We also love the fact that we can change the colour panels any time to match with any kitchen unit. The fridge has big door pockets but at thesame time it's space saving. I really recommend this fridge freezer. Very good average temperature. With the Bespoke you can bring your personal style to the kitchen and it let's you create the space and look you want from your refrigeration. Adaptable to your lifestyle. However, it's a bit expensive.

Ce combiné réfrigérateur/congélateur est de format réduit et standard pour convenir à toutes les cuisines. Tout en permettant un bon espace de stockage (parois assez fines). Son extérieur est très joli dans une maison contemporaine. L’éclairage a l’intérieur est puissant. Après 1 mois d’utilisation pas de givre du tout. Les seuls reproches seraient un appareil légèrement bruyant quand le moteur se met en route, un unique tiroir et une « boîte à œufs » de faible qualité.

Seemed a bit bulky at first but worth it now I see how much space it has inside. The only con i have is that you can't move shelves around and no space for tall bottles. There is a drinks rack but this is more for bulkier bottles. Definitely recommend it apart from that.

Le frigo fonctionne correctement, cependant de la peinture s'écaille déjà de la porte de celui-ci, acheté il y a tout juste 1 an, alors qu'il est nettoyé seulement à l'eau.

Bonjour, Grand, fonctionnel, jolie ... Mais extrement bruyant il fait un bruit sourd toute la journée avec quelques arrêt de 15 minutes pour une reprise de plus de 2h. Mon salon fait 45m2 il est a l'opposé de là ou je travail dans une arrière cuisine sans porte et j'attends son bruit au dessus de mes conversation telephonique Extrement decu pour un refrigerateur vendu comme specialement silencieux avec une nouvelle technologie, il faudrait juste indiqué qu'il est bruyant. Sachant que j'en voulais un avec le moins de bruit possible j'en aurais acheté un autre. J'ai la tête comme une pastéque à la fin de la journée Je deconseille donc fortement

I received this Refrigerator from Samsung for product testing purposes. This is a great fridge; it took some time to get used to it but it has grown on us now. Firstly, the storage capacity is very vast, for both the fridge and freezer which is fantastic. The size in height is slightly smaller than the previous fridge / freezer we had but it fits in well and the black colour is sleek going with the rest of the kitchen decor. It can smudge quickly but at the same time wipes down easily. I have given this a 5 star review because of the capacity and it being so sleek. I would highly recommend this to others looking for a new fridge.

Overall the design of the fridge is very modern and would fit in well in most kitchens. The fridge itself is sturdy and uses nice materials. Has lots of space inside and see all the contents easily. Also easy to set and monitor the temperature. The freezer compartment is slightly small but the drawers that are there are of a good size and easy to see into. Like that the back is covered. Unfortunately can't store anything ontop due to covers sticking out, can't see them unless you are looking from above so doesn't detract from the overall look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is slightly deeper than our old one so it sticks out. It is nice and spacious, quiet, works fine so far. The shelves are non-adjustable and we miss the extra drawer for cheese we had in our old fridge. The freezer is smaller but deceptively spacious. It comes with one titchy ice cube tray. The thin plastic door shelves and vegetable drawer feel flimsier than our previous Hotpoint and I suspect they may crack with use. The door opening mechanism is the worst as the pull handle inset into the door is on the bottom and not the side - it traps your fingers against the freezer door when shutting if you aren't careful. Love the C efficiency though.

Ce frigo Samsung est très pratique car il fait moins de 60 cm de large et est moins large qu’une machine à laver. Il n’est pas trop haut non plus et j’ai pu mettre des étagères au dessus de mon frigo. Concernant l’installation il a des roulettes à l’arrière comme la plupart du frigo, seul petit hic que je n’arrive pas trop à comprendre est que pour des raisons de sécurité le frigo n’est pas tout à fait droit il est légèrement penché en arrière car les pieds avants sont réglés afin de ne pas pouvoir le mettre à plat, donc le haut de mon frigo à l’arrière touche le mur et le bas à l’arrière de mon frigo ne touche pas le mur.

Réfrigérateur très spacieux et qui répond à toutes mes attentes en termes de capacité et de conservation des aliments. Il est très grand et les rangements sont fonctionnels, grâce notamment au no frost qui permet d’éviter le givre dans le congélateur, ce que je n’avais pas dans mon ancien réfrigérateur. Le bas à légumes est assez grand et conserve les aliments plus longtemps. Il est très silencieux et son design est à la pointe de la modernité, de par sa couleur et son écran intérieur pour régler la température.
