Really great oven with convenient wifi for remote operation, ideal for when we are out or delayed. Looks the bees knees, used a couple of times so just getting use to it. so far so good. The split oven lets me save energy only using the top part and is fab. Looking forward to using the AirFry option instead of the worktop one. TIP: I needed blanking panels for the gap in the unit so went to the local glazier who matched the black gloss oven doors which looks much better than a panel that would have matched the kitchen. Recommended if you are upgrading/changing your oven. Thanks.

I’ve now had this oven for over a month, so in the absence of a feedback page, I’m leaving my thoughts here. Design: the split door works well and speeds up preheating times. The touch buttons work quite well (although easily pressed accidentally if you’re near the oven) and the dial works nicely. Hopefully it’ll stand up to regular cleaning. Plenty of light inside to see what you’re cooking. Only one tray and one grill supplied with it - spares are extremely overpriced. Functionality: some of the features of this oven I feel are over-marketed and under deliver, such as the steam function. You’re given a tray to put water in which sits on the oven floor. I don’t see why this can’t be done in pretty much any oven on the market. This was a disappointment. Air fry works quite well - although not sure if it’s quite as good as a stand-alone air fryer. The oven seems accurate so far, which is good. Probe is handy too. Software: My biggest problem with this oven is the operating software, which I really hope will be updated in the near future. - When you adjust the oven temperature mid-cooking, it doesn’t tell you when the oven has reached the new temperature! Even the most basic ovens do this by turning a little light on.. the only workaround I’ve found for this is to cancel cooking and then start again at the new temperature. That’s really not what I expected on a ££££ ‘smart’ oven. - You have only one volume setting to choose from (LOUD / off). If you set it to off, it won’t alert you when it’s preheated, or the food is finished cooking (timer). - when the oven is preheated, it beeps for about a minute, with no way to ‘ok’ it. Bit annoying. - when using the probe, the probe temp isn’t shown on screen (although it is in the app - but I want to see it on my oven!) The app: the app adds a bit of functionality - but I don’t really want to have to use my phone when I’m in the same room as the appliance. The notifications are infuriating! My other smart appliances let you choose what specifics you’re notified of. With this oven I’m notified every single time the oven is operated in any way, even when my partner is using it and I’m away at work! So many notifications, I’ve just had to turn it off. I’d like to just be notified of when it’s pre-heated. That’s it. So, overall, this seems to be a descent, well made oven, but it’s hugely let down by its software. I really hope this feedback can be relayed to the team that create the updates for it, as I’m sure it will improve the functionality of this oven for other customers too.

This is by far the best and easiest to use oven I have ever owned, classic minimal styling, jet black and packed with amazing features, the air fryer function is fantastic so much so I have already re-homed my Ninja air fryer, the dial scrolls easily through options shown on the lcd screen which is brightly lit with large text, simply push the dial to select, this oven can be used as a double oven cooking two separate meals and two different temperatures in the top and bottom, one excellent feature is you can open the door fully or depress the button on the handle to open the top half of the door, the phone app works excellent and updates you when meals are ready, this truly is the perfect oven at an excellent price considering the free 5yr Samsung parts and labour warranty.

DO NOT BUY! Worked about 10 times in over 6 months. Intermittent fault code registering door open so it won't preheat nor work so no dinner for us. As it is intermittent Samsung are refusing to do anything as of yet. Countless calls to staff and complaints to no avail as it typically it works when I'm on the phone to them. Engineers came replaced door and dial which he said not only would be a waste of time but the oven is useless and not even fit for dinner parties. I've tried to explain the engineer believed it was something to do with the brain of the machine but conveniently he didn't log that comment. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service we have recieved as because it's intermittent they can't help. Absolutely avoid at all costs! It doesn't seem like there's an end in sight for us so save yourself the nightmare It's a shame they force you to give at least 1 star.

I have had this oven for about a month and can’t tell you how disappointed I am with it. It doesn’t cook evenly and noticed pizza burning at the front while the back is not cooked. The temperature is certainly not correct as food needs to stay in almost twice as long at the ‘set’ temperature. Impossible to see the dial images without glasses and a torch. I wish I never bought it

Please take heed of the reviews here and avoid this oven. Having been duped into a 5 year warranty that doesn't really exist (even their own engineers didn't know they had to jump through additional hoops to fully register it for the 5 years) I the time I have spent trying to get an oven that just does the basic function has run in weeks now in contact with Samsung and their engineers. Several engineer visits later and replaced parts and I am still left with an oven that switches itself off if you open the door whilst its cooking, which makes it basically useless. The engineers all report this is a recurring issue with the model they are having to attend customers for repair for. Bought this oven as a treat to myself with all the additional functionality to explore and it can't even keep itself switched on throughout cooking. Samsung this is such an EPIC FAIL design from you for the extortionate fee of £899!!!

This is a great oven with a lot of features. Having a spilt oven is great and, only had the oven 2 days, made great use of this feature. The BIG downside. At an RRP of £1,579 you would expect an amazing experience but the lack of backlit touch controls makes it very difficult to see, even in a well lit room,. Such a shortsighted error and, sadly, will be returning the oven as this simple thing has made it near impossible to operate without the aid of the light on my phone. See attached picture of controls in a well lit room.

Like in the previous review, I bought this oven as it was advertised that it came with pyrolytic cleaning! As it turns out, there is no cleaning modes whatsoever and Samsung has removed the pyrolytic cleaning from the description on the website since but my oven is now installed, absolute shambles as I contacted the online chat prior to the purchase and the chap confirmed that pyrolytic cleaning was included. On the top of that, there is no description, even in the manual to state this oven does not have convention top and bottom heat which is the basic one for baking. It only comes with fan cooking in all settings which is a shock. My first cake turn out raw, baked it in the top section (as advertised for dual cooking). The only problem is that the bottom oven contains bottom heat, so the two sections are really useless, as you need top and bottom for baking. No point in advertising baking and roasting in both sections at once, as it simply does not work! Shame on you Samsung!

I bought this model based on the specs provided on this very page, which clearly states that this model includes pyrolytic and steam cleaning. I have now found after installing the oven, they are missing to my great shock. Not only that large grill is too slow to heat. No grill wire rack insert was provided.

Absolutely terrible, do not buy this model! My third replacement model overheated on the catalytic cleaning process, now it has stopped working, looks as if the controls have over heated and fused. Oven door won't even open - completely dead. House stinks of rubber and plastic. The first model had an issue that the display when in standby mode would go all weird and the oven would not operate unless you switched it on and off. Samsung replaced and the second unit arrived damaged (not from transit but from manufacture). The third (this model had exactly the same issue with the display, the work around was to either switch the oven off or to disable the auto display off). Figuring this was a software issue and could be resolved with an update at a later date I decided to keep the oven. First catalytic clean and it broke! I have used this function on the previous model and never had this issue. The control panel is that hot you cannot even touch it - did not have this issue previously. I will be demanding a full refund and buying an oven from a different manufacturer. Please avoid at all costs! I am pleased I did not leave the house whilst it was not the cleaning cycle - may not have had a house to come back to.

Only fitted it today ( 14/11/24 ) read some very mixed reviews as to how good it is to how bad it is " example, oven door blew off, food burnt at one end and cold at the other " I was baffled by these reviews but hey ho it didn't put me off using it, used today and was impressed when comparing it to the one I have replaced it with but still to learn a lot but so far I like it, I Knew what trays were supplied with it but like one of the other reviewers I find it really annoying that there should be at the very least another wire rack ( 1 for top 1 for bottom ) come on Samsung you don't need telling this, it means we have to buy one and we shouldn't it should be included, how can you sell a product stating how you/we can cook in various ways when there aren't enough racks......very disappointing. I would upto now recommend this product but I would point it out very strongly about the lack of sufficient racks.

I bought this oven as an upgrade from gas to electric, along with a Microwave, Induction hob and Dishwasher. All Samsung. Both ovens have the mostly same features and the same problems. No back-light for control s a d symbols makes the hard to see. Sound can be switched off or on but the oven light goes out automatically even when the oven is on. Surely this could be programmed to give visual indication the oven is on? The manuals are confusing and illogical for basic cooking. I would never try to cook Meat or Poultry without a tray, for gravies, and a cover to minimise cleaning. It relies to heavily on Apps and a mobile phone. For me well past four score and ten and a novice cook new to electric cooking the basics are not covered. I am sure expert cooks and mobile addicts will love it.

cleaning function stopped working within 2 years and seal between both ovens has started smoking. Samsung would not cover do not believe the 5 year warranty. Make sure you get an email saying you have got this I bought it from Samsung direct and registered it but didn’t apply for the warranty apparently.

The dual cook on the oven is brilliant. I only use the top oven unless I cook a roast or dinners which need to be cooked on 2 different temperatures. I have not yet used the Air Fryer or the steam cook features but the overall cooking system is really good and the buttons are easy to use once you get the hang of it. The noise made to tell you it has reached temperature does go on a bit and it took quite a while to work out that it stops chiming after about 4 or 5 times. The heat up is very quick at under 5 minutes for 180 degrees and you can increase the cook by 5 minute intervals if food is not cooked. The lighting is great and it turns the light off after a short while to save energy. I got this in the promotion and would never have paid full price. It looks good but expensive. Just 2 niggles. The temperature is a bit off and food takes longer to cook. The buttons are near impossible to see as they do not light up. I have to get very close to see them. But overall a very adequate purchase.

This oven sounds amazing on paper - dual cooking zones, smart features, meat probe, the lot. But for a premium oven, the execution is a massive disappointment. Telescopic Rail Issue: Open the door, and the tray slides out like it’s got a mind of its own. Push it back? It still creeps out, making it a pain to close the door or get to the lower rack. The oven’s level, so the racks are just off, with no way to fix them. Child Lock Failure: Turn on the child lock, and the screen literally tells you how to disable it. What’s the point of a child lock if it’s advertising how to unlock it? Grill Problems: The grill takes ages to heat up, so it’s barely worth the effort. It only works with the door closed, which isn’t how grills are supposed to work, and no grill rack was included. Temperature Probe Shortcomings: The probe’s cable is way too short. Using the telescopic rail for a big roast? You have to yank the probe out, then risk burning yourself to reinsert it. It also doesn’t work with the divider, so you can’t monitor temperature when using the dual flex feature. Divider Frustrations: If I accidentally bump the dual flex divider while checking food (which happens easily), it triggers an error, shuts the oven off, and resets all the timers. Super inconvenient. Also, tons of functions—like sous vide, defrost, and keep warm—don’t work with the divider in, which makes no sense and defeats the purpose of having it. Oh, and there’s nowhere to store the divider in the oven. Light’s Got a Mind of Its Own: Turn on the light to peek at your food? It’ll shut off on its own, sometimes mid-door-open. Because who needs to see their roast, right? Preheat Chime Madness: This oven chimes like a hyperactive doorbell—four times every 30 seconds to tell me it’s preheated. Even after I’ve opened the door and thrown food in, it keeps going. Smart Control Letdown: The smart control is nice when it works, but open the door after setting it, and it disables itself, killing remote access. Not very smart for a premium oven. Also, there’s no basic time delay start, so you’re stuck relying on the flaky smart control. This oven had so much potential, but it’s let down by clunky design and features that don’t work as promised. The idea is great, but the execution is nowhere near worth the price tag. Save your money.

Do not buy this. It’s awful. The grill takes 40 minutes to cook a sausage. It make lots of noise. The dual cook doesn’t work either. All in all it’s a really poor oven. It arrived broken and to get it fixed under warranty took about 13 hours of calls and 30 emails. The hoops you had to jump through were insane really poor customer service. Eventually got fixed and not it broken again. Can’t face calling Samsung as it’s bad for my health dealing with them!

Wish we hadn't bought this oven, Poor racking system, smart functions are useless, Alexa integration is pointless. even the time can't auto set for DST you have to manually change the time. it has an annoying beeping sound for every button input which you can only turn off with all other sound notification like preheat reached or timer finished so all or nothing. over all yes it cooks food but promised so much more. unfortunately for me we also bought the matching oven microwave as well and that is just as bad.

V nice oven, pleased for what we paid for it (though would have been less so at RRP). Some annoyances - if you power the oven off it seems to go through the new welcome setup every time (you have to click the wheel several times before you can use the oven).....easily sorted though you just leave it on and don't put it in standby (when it's on, it's not cooking unless you set it to cook...in which case the power button is a bit pointless!). More frustratingly, it only comes with one wire shelf (why not two), and the grill pan came without a rack insert. First time I've ever experienced this amount of accessory-lacking and most odd given the brand and the RRP cost of the thing. Thankfully it seems it's not too costly to pick these bits up online (the wire shelf anyway). Time will tell if I end up regretting getting this over something like NEFF, AEG or Bosch, but feature wise it seems excellent, also I foresee the dual cook function becoming handy (assuming it works as advertised).

A great oven with lots of features. Having the split oven in the same space as normal single oven has been a game changer for all my cooking. Quick to heat and very informative display information. Lots of features and settings. Pizza setting has completely changed our home made pizza for the better. Nice and crispy base with a perfectly cooked top. Only 1 drawback, which I wish they would fix on all models, is to make the control buttons backlit as they are difficult to see even in a room.

This is just an awful oven. When used under a hob it's impossible to read the display. There's no backlights on the buttons so it's hard to see them to switch on and off. The shelves are a terrible design with an annoying lip making it hard to slide food in and out. Also it does not seem to get to temperature and I'd say is 20 deg lower than than the reading. Overall this is just awful and my views are like many others.

Packed with useful features. Duel cook is a feature I will constantly use. Being able to use the smart things app is just a bonus. Not used the airfry feature yet but looking forward to healthier cooking. The interior is well finished with what looks like a ceramic finish, so should be easy to clean. And the soft close door is a nice touch, shows samsung are thinking about their products. Five star from me.

The oven seems to perform well. The smart features used via the Smart Things app are really useful - such as starting the oven remotely to preheat, setting/syncing the time and setting timers. The only thing that is strange is a lack of backlit buttons on the panel. The oven seems to perform well giving an even fast heat. It also looks very nice, although for the price it should!

The split oven feature works really well and makes life really easy as you can cook 2 completely different items at the same time - you literally have 2 separate ovens in one. Air fry function works well and lets you cook larger items than a standalone air fryer. Would have given this 5 stars if the design was less staid and the app could control more functions.

We were pleased with it initially except it was very sensitive to the divider getting touched and cancelling the programme. Then pretty much on it's two year anniversary (just as the warrenty expired!) it developed a C-20 issue and Sumsung won't budge on the warranty period. In my opinion this oven is too expensive to just break after two years.

Took a little while to get the hang of it, as all I've been used to is a simple switch on and off. However I love it- Perfect for us as a family who love to cook, but a daughter that only wants certain food, this oven means we can cook using the top half/air fry only

Saves energy able to split into 2 ovens, was a little complicated to start with but using your smart things on phone or Samsung tv to control is great just set temp function etc and away you go. Would have liked another shelf but otherwise a nice functional oven

This oven looks great but is utterly impractical. It takes forever to cook anything. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. I will be requesting a refund to purchase an oven that actually works. Not fit for purpose at all. Avoid this product.

Love being able to use just part of the oven, I only used my previous oven when cooking something large or several items. The air fry setting is really useful for crisping food. When usig the top oven only the bottom oven is good for warming plates etc. Convection seems to cook nicely without drying food out. After being used to dials I was concerned about the touch screen use but actually it's inntuative and easier, especially setting the timer. My only dislikes are that it makes a noise 4 times to tell me it's up to temperature - once is enough! I'll probably turn the sound off as that is annoying though I'm happy with the other notification sounds - wish I could adjust that one. Also I think it says it's up to temperature before it really is, it's so fast to say it's heated up and doesn't seem likes it's really at the set temperature when the notification sound starts, but I need to test this with an oven thermometer, a light going off would be preferable. Another slatted shelf would have been good but luckily the ones from my old oven fit so I can use those. It's early days and I'm still getting used to using the oven but so far I'm very happy with it.

I’ve just had the Samsung Series 5 Dual Cook Flex installed, and honestly, even before turning it on for the first cook, I’m already impressed. It feels like a massive upgrade to my kitchen. First Impressions: Why I Chose It The "Two-in-One" Concept: The main reason I bought this was the Dual Cook Flex technology. It comes with a divider that splits the oven into two independent zones. I’m most excited about being able to roast meat in the top and bake a dessert in the bottom at totally different temperatures without the smells mixing. That Clever Door: The hinged Flex Door is such a smart design. I love that I can open just the top half to check on a quick snack without letting all the heat out of the bottom section. Healthy Extras: It comes with an Air Fry tray and an Air Sous Vide mode. I’ve been looking at buying a separate air fryer for ages, so having it built-in with a massive capacity is a huge space-saver. No More Scrubbing: It has Pyrolytic Cleaning, which was a non-negotiable for me. The idea that it can heat up to burn grease into ash that I just wipe away sounds like a dream compared to my old oven. Smart Tech: I’ve already linked it to my SmartThings app. I can see myself using the remote preheat feature constantly—turning the oven on while I'm on my way home from work is going to be a game-changer. Design & Feel The stainless steel finish is beautiful and feels very premium. The Soft Close Door is a nice touch—no more accidental slamming—and the LCD display with the single dial feels modern and intuitive. It also has a huge 76L capacity, which looks like it’ll handle a full Sunday roast or a massive Christmas turkey with ease. The Verdict (So Far) Even though I haven’t put my first tray in yet, the build quality and the sheer number of features make me feel like I’ve made a great investment. It’s an A+ energy-rated appliance that looks like it’s going to make my life a lot easier.
