Functionality of the oven/microwave is very good. A major issue is the display. All the advertising pictures show the centre clock and heat displays, which are very good, surrounded on each side by touch controls for time set/temp/start/stop/OK etc. The 10 touch control buttons are not lit and are only faintly etched onto the glass so are NOT visible in anything other than very bright or direct light so cannot be seen. Samsung sent an engineer out to confirm this. Very poor design feature and likely to be sending product back due to difficulty using owing to touch button visibility. Samsung...You need to retro supply much more visible touch screen controls.

This was ordered as a Microwave to compliment a Samsung Dual Oven and Samsung Induction Hob and Samsung Dishwasher as a new kitchen fit. All the products are well made and packed with great features but the Manuals and support are awful. This Microwave has all the features the dual oven has including Air Fry , Steam, Conventional Grill Combination, Microwave, Fan ,Grill, Keep warm and Clean. The manual is useless, as some of these modes are not even mentioned, It all relies on a mobile app. Smart Things. and Food. For me male, elderly, new to cooking anything, who hates mobiles it is a struggle. Phone is too small Tab is not robust enough for a kitchen. For experienced cooks used to electric ovens and hobs I am sure they will love it but simple it is not. I should also mention that the fitters are to return to install at a much lower height. If fitting above a main oven be careful to note the drop down door for someone vertically challenged (5ft 6) access is a problem.

This oven works great, however the finish of the product is very poor. Paying a premium price to be let down with how the oven sits in the built in space. The instructions show how door of the oven sits over the frame of the cabinet. However in reality there is a 6 mm gap at the bottom between the shelf it sits on and the oven, so you see the oven frame. Sat above the Samsung oven that matches, seeing the frame is not nice. I wish I had gone with Neff but I liked Samsung products. This has changed that however as the Helpdesk has said they could send an engineer for a charge, could not fathom what the engineer would actually do. Just a poor design that is not advertised in any pictures correctly or in the manual.

Having ordered 2 ovens and 2 microwaves in advance of our Kitchen install, therefore, opened after the quoted 72hrs to report damage... prior to installation, connecting and use I found a manufacturing defect in both microwaves, where the front panel securing screws have been overtightened making protrusions into the front panel. Pretty much been accused that I have caused it and it is not covered. Currently in dispute, will update accordingly. Continued Samsung Customer?... TBC Overall rating and individual Sections I cannot yet comment on.

Not as advertised. This does not air fry or steam cook despite advertised. 830 for a microwave oven !!! I just wasted £2k on 3 ovens all not as advertised. There is nowhere I can get this resolved. 1 1/2 hours on chat and a hour over the phone. I’ve been totally ripped off.

This really is not a good product. The manual is almost worse than useless. The oven doesn’t actually reach the temperature it is set to. If you want to use the oven there is no way you can preheat other than guesswork. It takes several clicks to do even do something as simple as reheat a cup of tea. There’s lots of features like healthy eating with no explanation of what that actually means. I’m about to reinstall my 20 year old Panasonic and give this one away instead. I wish I had never bought it. What a waste of money

There's nothing to love about this microwave/oven. It just doesn't do what the manual says it should. Pre-heat goes off after 5-6 minutes irrespective of the actual temperature. Even when tasked to warm dishes to 100 degrees after 20 minutes it had only reached 90! The microwave element worked OK but nothing special - considering it was expensive. Customer services based in Philippines with agents having very poor English. A service engineer visited and had nothing good to say about Samsung. In the end the supplier, Currys, agreed to accept return of the oven for a full refund. I have other Samsung products (Freezer, Fridge, Tumble dryer, TV, tablet and phone) but they have not had any issues.

I love the huge capacity of this oven, and that the base tray is removable for easy cleaning. The fact it is a "non-turnable" microwave, is a feature I particularly love, and the inside is wearing nicely, we have been used it for 2.5years. HOWEVER, the door, is made from a material / paint service which is not designed to last and the microwave of this price point, which is JUST A MICROWAVE, I expected significantly better, we clean with just a damp soapy cloth, nothing harsh, but the paint was come away and parts of it have started to rust. I am hugely disappointed.

This model does not have air fry or natural steam as shown in the features. Have been passed between customer support and tec team several times , now waiting on a call from a Manager which after 24hrs does not look like it will happen, very disappointed.

Complete Breakdown of Ordering and Delivery Processes – Samsung UK This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had with a major brand. Samsung initially delivered the wrong microwave. The microwave itself had a different model number on the door label, which did not match either the model ordered or the model shown on the box. This alone demonstrates a serious lack of control over stock, product identification, and quality assurance. After the incorrect appliance was collected, Samsung confirmed that a replacement order had been arranged. However, without explanation or notification, this replacement order was later cancelled on 2 January, leaving me without a microwave more than seven weeks after the original order date. Throughout this entire process: No proactive updates were provided No clear explanation was given for the cancellation Emails were frequently ignored No alternative product was offered Samsung’s internal processes appear completely disorganised. There is a clear failure across order processing, stock management, product labelling, logistics, and customer communication. At this point, it feels like an operational failure at an industrial scale rather than a one-off mistake. This situation has caused significant disruption to an ongoing kitchen renovation, with builders unable to complete installation due to Samsung’s repeated errors and lack of accountability. For a global brand, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Samsung UK appears to have lost control over its product identification, distribution audit, ordering, delivery, and customer service processes. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering appliances directly from Samsung.

My microwave failed shortly after installation. Have organised a replacement microwave and I expect it to arrive in two weeks. Dealing with customer support was a time-consuming nightmare.

Does everything that Samsung advertise but the controls display is very difficult to see or read. This unlit is mounted above a double oven so is fairly high up. Almost impossible to see the control markings in normal light. Could do with a bock lit display! Now looking for add-on sticky labels.

Delivered without the ceramic tray and the rack, so we cannot use the microwave function and have to try and chase the matter up - not what you want from your brand new kitchen. Instructions are poorly written. An overcomplicated product, we should have chosen something simpler.

It's a nice oven, just a couple of niggles - 1 - Why do you have to reselect whatever (eg microwave) every time you want to cook? It won't let you set the timer until you zero the cook mode selector & reselect microwave. Duh... 2 - The phone control setting switches itself off which means it's useless for turning the oven on when you're out & want to have something ready for your return. It means the only time the phone control works is just after you've enabled the setting on the oven, ie, when you're at home. Duh again... 3 - As someone else mentioned, the oven switches itself off if you open & close the door, you need to remember to switch it back on again. So easy to forget, makes you wonder if they ever tested it in a real kitchen. Re the "5 Year Warranty" which they say you can register for on their website when you buy it, good luck with that. The links don't work, & when you finally track down the right place, it tells you that the offer isn't valid in your country. Fortunately their customer support was able to sort that out, though it took quite a while.

The temperature is accurate. The appliance looks good but you cannot seen the screen. The display is not back lit so almost impossible to see. An engineer checked and confirmed it is the design.

Very nice looking equipment with some great features, BUT!!! the instructions for English speakers is very Bad and the little bit of instructions are really not very good. I had to go onto Samsung website and look for the instruction manual and then print off 20 plus pages, just to find out how to turn it on. Really surprised that a company like Samsung can allow this to happen.
