So far Samsung has removed this review twice. We have had an issue with the steam function since we got this oven 8 months ago. The engineer has been out several times, and has now advised Samsung there is nothing more he can do and to just replace the oven. Samsung has refused and keeps sending us on a merry-go-round in their offshore call centre. My husband is currently on the phone to them right now and I can hear they are still refusing. The oven has all the smarts, but unfortunately, Samsung's service is so atrocious that it has completely ruined our experience.

Please do not purchase this oven. Brought all samsung appliances top spec (two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, hob, washing machine and tumble dryer) spent a fortune only for the this oven to leak water whilst using the steam function. Water leak was from the back and underneath coming out the front. Water damage to our new oven housing unit. We’ve alot of samsung tvs within the home and never had a problem. Such a disappointment.

This oven has everything. It does recognise food which is a neat trick. So far so good but not tested all functions. But it’s very easy to use. The app is a good feature but even without you won’t struggle to use it. It takes all the complexity away.

The oven is really lovely looking and fits in fantastic with our hi gloss cream slab doors. It has loads of features and we can now make room on our side as it also has an air fryer function. We are well impressed with the oven especially as it also comes with a 5 year guarantee so when you add this into the mix makes it fantastic value for money
