I mirror what the review above says, my dishwasher was ordered on the 06/03/24 and wasn't installed until around the 25/03/24. Which means it's bearly done 2 months washing. The middle wash arm has already failed (due to poor manufacturing) meaning it's snapped. The item is bearly 2 months old and cost me £800, Samsung have said it's out of the warranty period so I have to pay £120 for a repair for something that's essentially still new! Absolutely avoid these scammers!

I purchased this thinking it was their top of the range model but the quality is deplorable and customer service a joke. On mine the door will not stay down despite having a very heavy solid Ash wood door mounted to it. This means you have to hold it down with one hand while trying to load and unload it. Despite the manual showing adjustments for the door tension there aren’t any, but 6 attempts of talking to their service department didn’t reveal that until finally an engineer came and explained the only way to solve it was to glue extra weights to the inside of the door! To top it off the cutlery tray constantly sticks so I would highly recommend you avoid this brand like the plague

Dont' buy any SAMSUNG machine. I bought 2 laundry machines, and 1 dishwasher in the same order. 2 of them leaked. a laundry machine leaked within the first month, as the drum inside was broken. a dishwasher leaked as the part was failure, but it is just out of warranty and paid £120 for call out plus part replacement. I just used my dishwasher less than 100 times ( I cannot even used my first bag of dishwasher capsule )

After our Siemens dishwasher failed after just over 3 years ( it knew when the warranty expired!) I wanted something with a 5 year warranty. This machine is well made, ultra quiet and washes so much quicker and cleaner than it's predecessor. A higher energy rating too. Excellent buy.

A great dishwasher! Lots of programmes. Clever height adjuster on the middle rack to allow you to put large plates at the bottom. Cutlery tray works well. Steam release at the end of the programme is a nice touch to dry the dishs. Delivered 20 hours after order. Samsung had a very good offer at the time which made the purchase even more satisfying.
