Rated 1 out of 5 by Ian c57 from Stopped working after 1 year When it worked it was great; cleaned well and was very quiet, and looked great. But after paying £800+, I’d expect it to last longer than a year. How do I get a refund?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ex Samsung User from Built not to last Purchased in Feb 2017 and worked reasonably well. The cutlery rack does limit space for glasses etc in the middle when also loading large plates in the lower rack. Short cycle is quick (35 mins), but longer cycles can take over 4 hours. Jan 2019, lower section stops cleaning altogether, and despite new motor and pcb, machine fails totally in Feb 2019. For a £700 machine, you'd like to think it would last a bit longer. Disappointed in Samsung as i have 10 (ten) other Samsung products and appliances. Maybe my brand loyalty is misplaced?

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sree from Doesn't work I wish there was an option of no stars. I bought this 2017 May, used it 5 times. Initial 2 uses which were almost an year back were fine but for all the other times we used it doesn't clean anything and the soap just gets opened up and remain in the bottom of the washer completely intact. We have tried all options of troubleshooting but nothing works. I have seen in all my friends home, even the basic dishwashers are performing better than this without any issues. No value for money.
