Worked great until it broke the end came off and now I can't get the pen out unless I have the separate part with me, not even had the phone 6 months which is a shame as I really liked using it! Now it's just a faff to have it! Now facing a £50 replacement

This pen was faulty the day I got my brand new galaxy s23 ultra - the top button clicker kept jamming and prevented me from getting it out of the phone unless I started tapping the phone each time I wanted to retract it. Called customer services and after being sent through to multiple different departments and on the phone over an hour, they told me they don't replace the s pen, they would only replace the entire phone . Great but one problem, I have to return my phone first and wait 10 days for a replacement, leaving me without a phone for work. In the end they offered me £30 voucher towards buying a replacement marks, leaving me £20 out of pocket - what a joke. For such a large brand and the price tag for this premium (not) device, I find this shocking. When I had an issue with my old Google phone, Google just sent one out immediately, let me transfer all my data over and then return the faulty phone - simple. I have Samsung a go but after this aweful customer experience, I'll never buy from them again. I prefer a company that are willing to help you when something goes wrong. £1250 for a phone without a charger and now I have to pay more to buy a replacement item that is faulty. Shang e on you Samsung
