Free delivery is available for larger items to mainland UK addresses until 2 December 2025. After that date, pricing will return to normal.
Purchase a product from samsung.com or on Samsung Shop App and if you find it cheaper at selected online retailers between 5 November and 2 December 2025, you can claim back the difference.
Lower priced item must meet all conditions, be identical and brand new and be sold online at selected retailers.
To claim, participants must visit www.samsungpromotions.claims/pricepromise by 9 December and complete the claim form, uploading supporting evidence.
