Fridge Freezer wasn't fit for purpose. On the Samsung listing it shows an "automatic ice maker". I was delivered a twist manual ice maker. It's being returned as this is one of the key features we wanted. Being loyal Samsung fans, it's a shame they let us down on this occasion. Please update your website to remove the automatic ice maker functionality. It also shows up when you filter listings down to "ice dispenser" in your websites search.

We were really excited to be getting a new fridge freezer and had the space in our brand new kitchen designed especially for this unusual size appliance. We looked into the model suggested by our kitchen designer and were sold on the “auto ice maker” as this was a must have for us. When it was delivered we were puzzled as to how to auto ice maker worked as all we could find was, which we found out later was a twist ice maker, essentially a normal ice tray that you twist one the ice is made which fills a deeper tray. The problem with this is that you can’t easily fill the tray when it’s in the freezer and if you take it out to fill, when you put it back in you lose half of the water because of the angle required to get it back in, which pretty much renders it useless! Because of this disappointment I contacted Samsung, who at first told me that this model did indeed come with an auto ice maker, but then back tracked when I said that mine didn’t have one. Despite every single description of this model online across various websites saying that it has an auto ice maker, mine does not and Samsung are not willing to do anything about. I really don’t know how this is rated so highly with this issue, unless ours is the only one like it, and Samsung's customer service regarding this issue has been terrible, be very careful before buying a Samsung product.

Love the look of this fridge freezer and the space it provided. The water dispenser was leaking on the inside but Samsung quickly organised for repairs. Only downside is the maker. It’s just glorified ice cub tray which takes up so much room. It’s not clear in the product description that this is the case and wrongly advertised to make you think it has a built in ice maker. It even says no to ice tray under product description. Whilst I appreciate it’s a non plumbed machine, this info needs to be more clear.

We had been looking for a new fridge freezer to fit in a slot in our kitchen cupboards , this is one of a few that would fit , the style of fridge at the top and drawers for the freezer at the bottom was very impressive ,. the layout of the fridge is well set out with a water cooler in the door is just what we wanted. our old fridge freezer was also a Samsung which lasted over 12years which is one reason we opted for another Samsung .

I love the double door fridge at eye height giving great access. Slightly annoying doors have to open from top or bottom only. Want to plumb in water but ot sure if this is possible.(Plumber coming) very happy so far.

Purchased an american style fridge for the first time and i am so happy with this purchase. It is so spacious, the fridge and the freezer drawers. Very happy with the purchase. Also this colour compliments the space. The ice maker is a great benefit in hot days and the water dispense is also a bohus if you have kids.
