My previous fridge - a different make, lasted two years and three months before it no longer worked. I have other Samsung appliances, including a washing machine, which have been trouble-free, so this fridge, which came with a five-year warranty, needed very little consideration. It was ordered and arrived the next day. Everything about the fridge is an improvement on the last one. Simple to setup, it reached it's temperature quickly and my wife cannot believe that it runs so quietly compared to the previous one. It's roomy and well laid out with plenty of shelf and drawer space with a new bonus of internet and bluetooth connection through the SmartThings app.

we looked at multiple fridges but found samsung fridges were the better option - from its bottles rack to the take-out tray, it has been quite helpful. the interior light is quite decent too. the option to turn off the door alarm is useful when i need to restock the fridge i can turn it off. the drawers have been amazing in keeping fruit and fresh fresher for longer. the door has many shelves so our jars are nicely organised. it is user friendly, which is a selling point. would recommend.

I spent ages looking for a fridge with good capacity and two drawers for fruit/vegetables. This fridge meets all of my needs, two huge drawers, good spacing between shelves, bottle rack and good size door containers for jars etc. The only thing I would change is to do away with the handle and make it integral in the side of the door. Fridge is very quiet. And I particularly liked it had a C rating which is rare for a fridge.

The fridge is very spacious and looks nice. Unfortunately the retractable shelf is not sturdy and broke after a few months, it's not covered by warranty so I have to shell out for a new one. Also the water dispenser drips a bit after you've used it and, as I'm in a hard water area, it leaves white stains on the front of the fridge. Really needs a better drip tray.

My new one door tall fridge has so much space. Just arrived. I couldn't see this model in a store as I live to far from any large retailer so bought it direct from Samsung. i have fridge frezzer from domestic and general insurance never saw it i would never have brought i can not put anything on top as a huge metal plate takes all roof of fridge also not as much room in as old samsung fridge frezzer

Very unsatisfied that a Fridge costing over £1,000 has a handle not fit for purpose. The hinge cover has broken leaving the finger pinching hinge exposed but this is not covered by warranty!

Great fridge, loads of room. Drawers slide in and out with easy. Door shelves fit in my big bottle of milk with ease. Lots of room in the veg drawers and great folding shelves for bit items.

So far I'm impressed, I have it for couple of days and everything seems to work great. Easy to install. I had to attach the handle all I needed was a screwdriver. Hope it will last

It looks great! I love the little temperature display on the door. It is super sturdy. The lights are bright and in more than one location which makes viewing items in the fridge easy. The pull put drawers have a mechanism that stops it pulling out entirely when opening it to get your produce - particularly useful for the heavy handed folk in the household. The door shelves are super spacious and very robust. I like that I can store 4L milk bottles sideways (ie handle facing out) maximising the space & making it easy to remove them. Im not sure about the removable container yet that sits below the interior shelf but it's roomy and fits in all my chorizo/sausage and / or cheese. The salad/veg drawers are super roomy and already I can see that the moisture in them is reduced meaning fresher veg / salad. I'm not sure the wifi is necessary for me but in todays market I see why and others may find it more useful. Perhaps time will tell. The fridge is vast, so much room and with a super cool split shelf that slides into its own storage space if you need to move it to create tall storage. It is a thing of beauty inside and out and just opening the door, seeing and accessing everything with ease is an absolute pleasure. Love it
