What should I do if I suspect my Samsung fridge/freezer is leaking water?
If you have water leaking from your refrigerator please make the following checks:
Check that the connections from the water supply tap to the rear of the appliance aren't loose or damaged.
Check that the fridge and/or freezer doors are closed properly.
Check that there are no melting ice cubes that have fallen behind the fridge/freezer (which could give the false impression of leakage).
If these checks don't reveal the source of the suspected leak please click here for contact details for Samsung's customer support services for further assistance.
