We replaced our previous Samsung RS21JLBG which had worked trouble free for 12 years. We wanted the same size fridge as it is fitted in our kitchen units. I am so surprised at the extra space in the new fridge despite it being the same dimensions externally. The Space Max is a fact not just sales talk! The fridge freezer is sleek looking, it is virtually silent, dispensing ice and water and does the job it is meant to do without any fuss! The controls and settings are clear and easy to understand; I shouldn't be surprised, it is a Samsung! There is so much choice out there but we are very pleased with this purchase; and that the standard of Samsung's products can be relied upon. Credit where it's due, well done Samsung!

Great product with the latest technology with excellent cooling system with no frost which means no defrosting required and fresher food. Very spacious with lots of evenly distributed capacity in its compartments, an improvement on previous Samsung models. Not a bad Fridge Freezer but we have dents appearing all over the door housing the ice maker. Just the wife and me and we've only had it 6mths. We've already got five small but obvious dents. There's no explanation for any of them and they're all on the same door.

A large amount of space, especially in the door for tall bottles etc. Much quieter than our previous Samsung fridge/freezer. The water filter is more easily accessible as it is outside the cabinet. The cubed ice is slightly smaller and therefore more useful.

This is an upgrade of a similar model from about 7 years ago. We loved it but all the little annoyances (door had to be wedged open to pull out bottom drawer, having to cycle through ice types, metal runner and footplate falling off, dent marks) have been sorted. And for the same dimensions the internal storage is significantly bigger. We miss the internal filter though and have to do some work to make the external one fit in the kitchen but otherwise super happy. I can also contact it on my phone, I'm not sure why this is important yet. but so be it.

The fridge freezer arrived on schedule and was easy to install. Connecting to the shop was very easy as well. The fridge is being inside and there is loads of space. The children live the water and ice dispensers.
