This is not what we like to see, Palv, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do design all of our products to provide a lengthy and reliable service, but we can certainly understand your frustration if this has not been the experience that you have had. While we're happy to see that our Customer Support have arranged for engineers to attend to complete repairs, we regret seeing that so far these attempts have been unsuccessful. While your fridge freezer does have a warranty with us, it is repair based, rather than being for replacements. We do also regret seeing that our engineers have had to cancel appointments they have arranged with you, and caused even further delay. We certainly hope that the next scheduled appointment does provide a full resolution to the problem, and you're back to having your device providing everything that you originally purchased it for. ^DB at Samsung Support
