I love it! The camera quality is amazing! Everything seems so crisp and clear, even the colour and images of the apps. Charges really quickly and the battery lasts a long time even with WIFI on all day. The biometrics are so strong and easily detect my finger no matter how I am holding the phone. It is a stunning mint colour. Opening apps works seamlessly. It is easy to turn on and off, not like my last phone. The only thing I was was that it has a regular headphone port rather than the USB C one.

I am having issues with microphone and voice recording in my new phone. I am really dissatisfied with my purchase.
Disappointing really. Had high hopes for this phone, that's why I bought it. Initially all was good, but over the last couple of months performance has dropped a great deal. One morning last month the phone started ok, but within an hour the display was asking for a password to unlock. Strange as I hadn't set a password. Unable to even try a restart or turn the phone off, I ended up having an online chat with someone from Samsung. But, no matter what we tried, it would not unlock. In the end, I had to take it to the Samsung store in Leicester, who performed a hard rest on the device. That got it up and working and on arriving home set the phone up again using the backup from Smartswitch. Unfortunately, the phone has never been the same. Videos pixelate at times, and recently the battery life has dropped. I am not a heavy user but am having to charge the phone every day. And, given, that the phone was purchased direct from Samsung in March of 2025, the drop off in performance is dire.

The phone is ok, except today the phone refuses to charge due wet to moisture in the USB c socket - its never been wet. Very disappointed and I have read hundreds of other comments on the net - this is a system wide problem. I will fix it sell it and get an iPhone to go with my Mac Pro

Crazy useful features I went from an S8 to an S25. * Full screen automatic translation * Interpreter/Conversation modes built in * Call logging/translation * Built in Gemini AI to answer all my silly questions * Camera is already good, but the AI being able to remove objects from photos is second to NONE. Way better than what Apple offers.

Only had this S25 ultra 4 weeks. Used the s-pen a couple times only. Yesterday when I noticed the s-pen was not in the slot. It was in there solid yesterday morning and noticed it not there when I got home. I contacted Samsung who wants the phone back to check it??? There is nothing wrong with the phine just the fact the s-pen missing but for them to send replacement s-pen the phone has to be returned. This is cant be done I need it for medical reasons being on .a medical machine connected to my mobile via Bluetooth . But they don't care. This pen was obviously faulty because it should not have just fell out especially after 4 weeks. This the last time I buy anything Samsung again.

Camera and Display are very good, like the Camera alot. But, the rest of the phone not so good, the battery life is bad, the design needs a little bit more work, performance is not bad about 75% better than my old phone.

Only had the S25plus for a few weeks, but I love it. I always felt the S22 Ultra was a large phone, put a case on it made the even larger. The S25plus is just that bit smaller & fits nicer in the pocket. It comes with UI 7.0 & Android 15 which is very smooth & quick. The cameras aren't the same configuration & that's why I'm keeping the S22 Ultra although, there's not any notable difference in picture quality it's the telephoto or lack of it. Would I recommend the S25plus, oh yeah. It's one of the only phones at the moment that comes with 7 years of security updates. But, if you already have either th s24plus/S24 Ultra, I'd wait until next year or the year after to make the change.

Lovely sleek design, I chose the navy colour, really nice, the picture and video qualities are so exceptional. I have however noticed that there are places, especially at work, I can't get internet connectivity and I can't figure out why, despite how much I refresh my internet. But overall, battery life serves me all day after a full charge, looks sleek, optimum performance, I'm in love!

I recently bought this phone and was hoping for a better experience. While the battery lasts around two days with light use, I’ve noticed it tends to overheat, even when I'm not using it much. This is quite disappointing, especially since I expected it to handle basic tasks without issues. Hopefully, this can be improved with a software update.

The latest update has made the phone useless. Apps don't work properly and are glitchy. App updates will no longer install, they just remain pending.

Im very happy with my new Samsung S25+ I'm disabled and find the new formats easier to use and there's no response issues having screen protection applied. I also wear an Ypsomed insulin pump and the connectivity and stability with this new phone is far superior to the point I no longer have any issues using my pump.

Getting on great with the s25 plus the display and camera are clear and precise , long battery life , great performance when out and about and excellent connectivity
Overall performance is very good along with the camera quality and responsiveness. The main concern with the phone is the battery life, even with power save mode & performance profile set to low (and lowered brightness) the phone still depletes battery fast even when its not in use & off screen. The battery life seems to be better on the S23+ which is a shame given I have upgraded to what should really be a better phone.

The battery charge percentage should not be in the battery icon because you can't see how much battery is left, especially on a bright wallpaper ( background) Finger recognition sensor and facial recognition respond poorly compared to competitor phones. This needs to be improved
