I didn’t think such an expensive phone would have such a poor operating system. Many apps stop working over time. I have to constantly update the OS, clear the cache and do lots of other things. This phone has really let me down; it’s made me incredibly stressed. As soon as I get rid of it, I’ll never buy a ‘Samsung’ again. I decided to try the Samsung Ultra S26 for the first time — it’s been the worst purchase ever.

I have had this Phone and while now and the phone is very good. At everything quick to charge battery life and all the connections stuff. I do however find at the Samsung software is a bit intuitive. It keeps trying to default to Samsung apps and I like to have the option. Overall a very good phone.

DO NOT DO THE SAMSUNG TRADE-IN! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! They will find a hidden issue that you cannot possibly know about, or they will just come up with something completely random to force you to pay extra money. In my case, they claimed my sealed, perfectly functional phone had a "slightly swollen battery" inside, which is impossible to see from the outside. I even took videos of my working phone before shipping it, but it didn't matter to them at all. Because there is no physical store in my town to get a fair in-person valuation, you are completely at the mercy of their third-party inspectors. To make matters worse, they literally pried open and took apart the side of my phone to "inspect" it, making it completely useless to ask for it back. They trap you into paying an unfair surcharge. In the end, I only got a pathetic £10 for a great, running phone. Save yourself the stress and the anger. Do not buy from them under the illusion of a good trade-in deal. It is much better to sell your phone privately on your own terms. Alternatively, consider other brands entirely—many of them have far better, more honest, and transparent trade-in programs than Samsung's predatory system. You have been warned.

This is probably the biggest letdown by Samsung I've ever experienced in the last 14 years of owning one. The display is beyond bad; it has a similar effect to watching a 3D movie without the glasses. After owning it for 2 days and suffering from eye strain and headaches due to the screen, I have returned the device, as the screen on my S25 Edge is 10x clearer. On a good note, the battery is amazing if you can deal with the headaches.

Overall, the phone is good and a flagship in 2026. The performance is great, and no doubt you won't feel compromised in the camera. The battery lasts 2 full days for me with 5 hours of screentime. The privacy display works as intended, but worsens viewing angles even when privacy is turned off. I had no problems with connectivity.

I recently upgraded from the Samsung 25+ to the 26 ultra.. definitely worth the money. I like the fact it has a privacy screen. Battery life seems to last longer even when usage is high. Camera is brighter and clear. Performance wise I love everything about it.

It’s an amazing phone with impressive new AI features, and the aluminum frame makes it strong, lightweight, and great at dissipating heat. I love the new privacy display, even though it’s a bit less bright and the anti-reflective coating isn’t as good, it’s still fantastic. The cameras are excellent and produce high-quality shots, and the battery lasts a long time thanks to the powerful Snapdragon Gen 5 Elite for Galaxy. Although the price has gone up, possibly due to higher RAM and SSD costs, it’s still a durable phone, though the price is definitely surprising.

Great performing phone but as weak as an egg shell. I've had this in a good case from day one, dropped it once from waist height in the house and it shattered the rear glass. You can tell it feels weak compared to previous model, it reminds me off an iPhone. What posed Samsung to go away from Titanium. I've always looked after my phones and never sustained any damage. Owned this less than 2 months and it's goosed.

The performance of this phone is quick, very responsive and capable of handling multiple applications with ease and without any lagging or glitching. The camera Quality is great on both the front and back of the phone. The photos are clear and detailed with no grainy images and heavy pixel distortion. The Battery life for this phone is relatively the same as the S22, however this still is over 14h. The privacy screen feature is a good idea. However, for me a little impractical, as i have to be directly looking down as screen to see anything clearly. The connectivity to WiFi and Bluetooth devices is instant. The phone manages to stay connected to 4G (my internet Data) without needing to 'Buffer' to often. The Sound Quality is excellent, Very clear with no distortion. However not able to acutely review this as i often use Bluetooth headphones and pods when out and about I have stayed with Samsung for my phones as i find the interface and the features to be very user friendly for me and easy to operate and use. With a very simplistic interface. For example, I like the ability to customize the home screen with widgets, and the ability to move apps, widgets and panels around as i see fit.

great phone but only feauture is privacy display and great performance great all round phone but the back panel cracks very easily and i managed to crack mine in 7 days after purchase even though i had a premium bulky heavy duty case on top. its one of the best phones you can buy if you like to balance everything in your phone such as camara, s pen, gaming, and samsung has an amazing UI so using the phone is great only problem i had with this phone is that i droped my phone while standing and even though i brought a super protecteive case the back panel cracked and i had to pay extra to fix it whereas my other phones have been alot tanker on drops with no case. gaming wise u can install pc games on this phone like skyrim special edition and black ops zombies so its powerful phone. camera is nice and very clear zoom is not a great as i imagined privcacy display works but is still possible for people to peak on your phone and i never use it anyway

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra for 2 weeks and I’m very happy with it. The screen is amazing very bright and clear. The phone is fast, smooth, and handles everything with no issues.The camera takes great photos, especially in good light, and the battery easily lasts all day.The only downside is the size ,it’s quite big and not for everyone. Upgraded from S24 Ultra and wish I hadn't to be honest. The design is going backwards for very little gain. Poor show Samsung.

Bought on release date. Incredible phone. Upgraded from the s23 ultra. The battery is sill the same but seems to last longer with the phone management. The camera has been much improved. The privacy mode is a great addition if you want the extra security. Something I've not seen mentioned much is the phone call connectivity and quality of calls is miles better than the s23. The sound seems to have a lot more bass and power too. The performance of the phone overall is the best I have experienced. Excellent work Samsung.

I bought this phone 3 weeks ago, my previous phone was iPhone 13. So it is a major leap for me. Coming to pros of this which I found is camera features, AI features and the battery(best someone can get), and cons are the display quality from when tilted i.e although the privacy display is turned off. For current price I don't recommend to buy but if you have enough money then only you buy or else 24 ultra and 25 would do the best.

First time with the Galaxy series, I am absolutely disappointed. The S26 Ultra is a downgrade from the S25 Ultra in every way I look at it. Smart Switch left apps on the S25, and now some of them I can't use properly. Customer support can't help because they need logs from both phones, but the S25 is scrapped. So how can I uninstall apps or give them logs? The battery drains super fast. Yes, 25+ phone restarts a day don't help, but some apps don't work any other way. Another thing is the AI. How intrusive and annoying it is- there are no words. Why did they make the S Pen such a shape that it is now like a USB: you can't put it back properly on the first attempt. I am using two SIMs. Guess which one is which on my screenshot?

Le S26 ultra est évidemment un excellent téléphone puisque c'est un Samsung,les caractéristiques et performances sont incroyables et il est très beau. Mais... Pour un téléphone haut de gamme, je suis un peu déçu par la finition, je trouve vraiment dommage le fait que le stylet (S-pen) vienne gâcher le design elegant en depassant du chassis. Surtout que je ne trouve plus beaucoup d'intérêt à ce S-pen... Je suis fidèle à Samsung depuis le galaxy S3 (2012) mais j'attends de voir le prochain modèle Ultra pour être encore fidèle...

Bon téléphone mais je regrette que pas mal de choses aient régresser. Le s pen avec sa forme est moins pratique. Plus de bouton pour faire déclencheur. Les optiques trop proéminent qui font tanguer le téléphone quand on le pose optiques face table. Pas de réel gain sur les photos. Je compare ceci avec s23 ultra

Points négatifs : Le téléphone chauffe sans raison apparente. La qualité photo n'est pas une réelle évolution par rapport au S23 ultra (surtout lors des vidéos ou la nuit contrairement aux vidéos promotionnelles). La tenue de la batterie est bien plus faible que celle attendue. Pas moyen de faire des photos à distance avec le stylet, ce qui était très apprécié sur le S23 et S24 ultra. Son design ne le différencie pas par rapport à d'autres téléphone, celui du S23 et S24 ultra était plus appréciable. L'intelligence artificielle de l'appareil photo peut modifier les têtes de personnes sans qu'on le veuille quand on est en 200mpx ce qui peut donner de drôles de résultats. Points positifs : C'est un téléphone qui a tout de même une certaine fluidité dans son fonctionnement et les couleurs des photos sont plus semblable à la réalité que sur les modèles précédents. Sa capacité à pouvoir modifier les photos avec l'intelligence artificielle est assez folle et présente un vrai intérêt. Il est facile d'utilisation et agréable par sa fluidité. L'idée de la traduction et la retranscription des appels est bien, mais il ne comprend pas toujours ce qui est dit ce qui peut rendre les discussions assez amusante. Sa fonctionnalité de filtrage des appels est vraiment superbe et m'a évité bien des ennuis avec le télédémarchage intempestif. Bixby répond bien quand on le solicite.
