Premier téléphone pliable et également premier téléphone Samsung pour ma part. C'est juste le meilleur téléphone que j'ai jamais eu ! J'adore son design et le fait d'avoir un téléphone qui peut devenir une tablette. Il fait sensation à tout ceux à qui je l'ai montré. Je recommande et je ne pense pas pouvoir mon séparer maintenant que je l'ai testé. Qualité image au top, photos super, son super et performances au top pour les jeux. Seul point à améliorer : la batterie. Descend assez vite surtout si on joue et charge en 1h. Mon ancien téléphone Xiaomi avait une charge 120W donc moins de 20min pour être chargé. Sacré changement pour moi avec ce téléphone

Gosto muito do aparelho mas a s pen não funciona na tela da frente então para simples notas devo sempre que abrir o telemóvel. E a caneta podia ser acoplada dentro do aparelho assim não precisaria de capas de protecção de tamanho maior que o telefone. É uma boa experiência estar a trabalhar no telemóvel frente e abrir ecrã maior como um tablet. A samsung podia fazer investimentos em algum programa para desenho profissional como o procreat da Apple. O galaxy fold um dos melhores telefones que tive uma experiência muito boa para fazer desenhos para, projetos para telas e pinturas em murais. @utopia.artist

So the phone in general is a great phone, smooth / fast and folds to a decent size . However after 4 months of general use the internal screen had split and now has a large liquid line down the centre. 8 months on and Samsung still does not cover this and does not recognise it as a fault (ALOT of these phones have this problem) so now I can only use the small front screen. I have 6 Samsung phones on contract for my family and to be honest it'll be the last time I get Samsung as this isn't the first time Samsung have let me down on thier customer service, eg- I had TV's / Fridgefreezer / washing machine all Samsung and never and aftercare / help

Funciona quase tudo bem menos uma coisa importa antena do Wi-Fi nao apanha o sinal bem.

I Hate this phone! Its the worst thing I have ever purchased. The main screen has caused 5 replacements so far, from little black dots along the fold to no longer rotate or activities. This phone has caused stress and anguish... at times depression due to the random failures. If not for the amazing insurance company I would not have been unable to maintain ownership, so far it has cost £500 on top of the £14 week in addition to the purchased price. I wish and hope to get rid of in when I renew my contract and sell this overstated financial burden.

Bought my and my husband of covtech never again brought in beginning of november as christmas present so only opened them and started using the on 30 December. Last week my husband in screen has gone, the touch screen doesn't work and and turns black on and off. Now for the pass two days my inscreen down the middle of the phone as a white green line. I just think it's this company we go it of as we have had other fold phones and loved them just alot of money now to replace them for other ones.

Initially I was very impressed with this phone, but after 7 months of very careful use, the screen has started bubbling and coming apart on the fold. I've spoken to Samsung and they have offered me two free solutions. firstly they collect the phone and repair it, which takes about two weeks. Secondly I can go to my local approved repair centre, which I did this morning and it turns out that after some refusal to do anything, they offered to send the phone to Samsung for repair, which also takes two weeks... Needless to say two weeks without my phone each time it needs the screen fold repairing is an absolute deal breaker! This style of phone from Samsung is therefore rated 'DO NOT BUY!'... Needless to say, I wont buy Samsung again...

I'm very disappointed, because 1. the battery is no lasting. I need to full charge 2-3 times a day. I've been used most time only the small screen. I don't understand, It's a new phone !! 2. the big screen's photo and resolution are very bad and quite fragile. I've dreamed a big big screen smartphone. Fold has a big screen but after use 2 days I prefer return to a standard smartphone. 3. When the phone is opened in big screen size, you can't hold it well without touches the screen. When you touched the screen, it's sent a click. Oh !! And when the big screen is opened, I must hold it with 2 hands otherwise it can fall down very easily. Too many hassles...

I've had this phone now for just over a year. On the whole of is a really good. Unfortunately the main screen protector over time cracked in the middle. I spoke with Samsung and they sent me to the local EE shop where they replace them. The bad news was the phone had the tiniest of knicks on the casing and they said it would cost the price of the phone to repair it as it was damaged. Not covered under the warranty. The guy in the shop was really sympathetic and said there was nothing he could do bout it was Samsung's policy. The phone was not really working with the condition of the screen protector. At this point for me I feel I've been had by Samsung.

Owned the phone a month and one morning opened the screen and it cracked down the middle of the fold. I rang Samsung and the said they will pick it up to repair Thursday and no one came, they rebooked for Sunday and no one came, so two wasted days waiting in. Rang them today and they said they will pick it up tomorrow. The customer service is dire I will be without the phone for about a month which I will still be paying for with no compensation for the time I lost waiting in or the phone I'm paying for and not been able to use. I'm on the verge of sending back the phone and cancelling my contract and going to another phone brand.

Bought this phone in November 2022, last month a white line appeared on the right side of the inner screen. Then last week the whole inner screen does not work and a black screen has appeared over lapping both inside screens. I have never had issues with Samsung, as I have had many of their phones over the years. Till now. I hope they can get it fixed, as I do like the phone.

Inner screen has broken twice now without a clear cause. Sent in for repair and takes ages to come back.

Mon premier Fold. Que dire mise à part que je suis ravi. Une sensation de robustesse. On sent vraiment que l'appareil est de très bonne qualité. On s'y fait tout de suite. Je suis passé du S21 ultra à celui ci et je regrette pas. Cela fait presque bizarre de reprendre un téléphone "normal" après. N'hésitez pas et franchissez le pas

Le téléphone est plus que parfait je travaille que avec samsung depuis des années. Seul petit problème avec le z fold 4 est que fermer il est étroit et quand j'ouvre un jeu quand il est fermer je n'est pas l écran de mon jeu complet comme si l écran était pas complet

Aucun regret dans le choix de ce smartphone. Tout d'abord, il offre toutes les dernières fonctionnalités proposées par Samsung mais surtout pour la qualité de son écran. Plus besoin d'emporter une tablette pour présenter certains produits à mes clients, le Z Fold 4 embarque à lui seul tous les outils dont j'ai besoin. Capacité de stockage, double sim, autonomie, tout y est et tient dans une seule poche. Il ne passe pas pour autant inaperçu et fait son petit effet partout où il passe. Et si comme moi, vous aimez jouer de temps en temps sur votre smartphone, l’écran du Z Fold 4 est fait pour vous ! A recommander certainement aux plus exigeants.

've had my Galaxy Z Fold3/4 for two and a half years, and it's now experiencing intermittent faults. Your service lab has quoted £640 for repairs, which I find disappointing given the device's premium price point. The fold in the middle began to deteriorate after just one year, which significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the full experience the device was designed to offer. I spent a considerable amount of money on this product and expected a minimum lifespan of at least three years without major issues. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the durability or value I've received, and I believe this warrants further consideration from your team.

Je suis agréablement surpris de la facilité d’adaptation du téléphone. Ce que j’aime le plus c’est que l’utilité est très varié selon son utilité. Travaillant dans le domaine financier, je suis amené à ouvrir des fichiers PDF,excel et le téléphone ,du à son format me permet d’être hyper productif. en outre le soir lorsque je suis fatigué et que je veux m’évader des enfants ( je m’enferme dans ma chambre et je me mets un bon film. Grâce aux accessoires, je peux regarder mon film sans devoir trouver des stratégies pour tenir mon gsm. En tout cas, je suis ravi de toutes les fonctionnalités meme si je suis sur que je n’ai pas encore tout exploré !

So where to begin had z fold 4 for 10 months, went on holiday screen protector started peeling away, contacted samsung whom sent out so called repair guy whom basically was tjere to try fleece more money of me stating that due to a few scratched on outer case meant warrenty was void,,, absolute joke especially when the phone apart from the scratches on outer hinge was enough to avoid fixing it,,, bearing in mind theee has been overwhelming reviews of the issue .. samsung backhealed

Please do not buy this product. The inner screen is fragile. Inspite of screen covers. After 10 months a black line appeared and screen has gone black. Inspite of being under warranty Samsung is charging for repairs almost 60% the price of the phone!! I used to love Samsung phones. An utter disappointment in customer service.

Ce téléphone s'est avéré être un excellent produit, sa robustesse ayant particulièrement dépassé mes attentes. Il a continué à fonctionner même après avoir été écrasé par une voiture.

Je suis très contente de l écran central mais le clavier divisé en 2 de part et d autre de l écran engendre des douleurs car la taille des lettrée et leur disposition ne sont pas ergonomique. Le petit écran est pour moi un peu trop fin, en fait la taille du tel pour qu il soit parfait devrait être plus large. La caméra selfie du pt écran est moins performant et le photo obtenur est étroite. Et les selfie ac le gd écran sont trop compliqué . Ce tel n est pas pratique pour les selfies Mais sinon je l aime bien ...mais je l aurais aimé plus si il était plus large ça éviterais l'obligation de l ouvrir à cause de l écran fermé qui est trop etroit

Très puissant et très beau ' la qualité est du haut niveau.. tout est ensemble est superbe.. j'adore Pas d'inconvénient pour moi .

Trop content !! Just le prix anpus cher, mais ça vous l'a. J'ai tous jour eux la Samsung et tous jour contente. Rian à dire.

Je l'ai pris dans sa version ivoire en 512Go et je dois dire que de réels évolution ont été faite par rapport aux anciens modèle, la charnière a été réduite et l'écran externe a été légèrement élargi, ce qui permet une meilleure aisance pour écrire avec le clavier ce qui était malheureusement pas le cas avant. L'écran pliable interne est tout simplement de toute beauté !! L'appareil photo est sous l'écran ce qui permet une meilleure lisibilité dans tous les angles notamment en mode vidéo. Les choses à améliorer serait d'encore élargir l'écran externe, une pliure un peu moins visible pourquoi pas un Z Fold 5 "Ultra" haha et pourquoi pas avoir un slot pour ranger le S-Pen. Sinon excellent produit très bien fini. Bravo Samsung !
