How long do I have to make a claim?You have 3 days from your purchase date.

What form of proof do I need to show if I find a better trade in price elsewhere?You will need a screenshot of the retailer’s offer. Please note any additional bonus offers or voucher codes will not be valid as part of the Trade In Price Promise offer. If you want to start a claim, you will need your order details; details of the higher offer from the eligible retailer; the company’s URL and a screenshot of the higher offer clearly showing the date and higher value given.

I haven’t received my new Galaxy yet, can I raise a claim?Yes, you can raise a claim within 3 days of your purchase date. Simply select 'No' when asked whether you've received your product during the claim form. We'll then put your claim on hold. Once you receive your new device and have processed your trade in, please return to the claim form to complete your claim using your reference number and email address.

What happens after I’ve submitted my claim?We will review your claim and let you know if it has been approved within 21 days. If your claim is approved, cashback will be paid into the GBP bank account you have entered in the claim form, within forty-five (45) days of claim validation.

My Trade In value has changed after I traded in, am I still eligible?The Trade In Price Promise is based on the agreed condition of your device when you placed your order. If your actual device condition does not match your stated condition, you may not be eligible for the Trade In Price Promise.

Receive a higher quoted cash value for their trade in device from a selected retailer within 3 days of purchase and receive a cashback amount equal to the difference between Samsung’s trade in value and the higher cash value offered. Both Trade-In values must exclude any bonuses, enhancements or top-ups and be for the same condition which is not downgraded after inspection. Max 1 claim per individual and two per household.
