A very fantastic Vacuum cleaner that is cordless, light in weight, and has good Suction power even at middle setting. Cleans both, floor and Carpet, very well. Got two batteries. At max power can clean 12 minutes on each battery. However rarely Max power is required. At Medium power each battery last 24 minutes so can have 40+ minutes of vacuuming. Can easily vacuum 4 bed house in one go. Can charge on the stand. A stand for accessories is provided where second battery can be charged simultaniously. With various attachment, It is easy to vacuum staircase, and corners. The filter is very visible if it gets full of dust. Clearing and cleaning of filter is very easy so very convinent. The overall design looks sleek and stylish. I 100% recommend worth buying it.

This vacuum cleaner does have lots of features looks good. It does perform well when it is working. However not long after purchase, the unit is reporting it being clogged up. Cleaning the filters makes no difference, the unit works again for a short while then reports being clogged. It turns out that the dust has penetrated the filter and damage the motor. Samsung and their service partners are denying any liability saying there is a maintenance issue and the unit has not been cleaned properly which in my opinion is not actually the case. Sam someone payment for the repair which is frankly ridiculous after such a short period time and after it has a five year guarantee. Be very careful about purchasing these vacuum cleaners, they are fancy and very expensive and I am not convinced they are fit for purpose or built to last. Overall very disappointing.

Needed a suitable vacuum for a house with half flooring, half carpet. This works brilliantly on my thick fluffy carpet. Even on the lowest setting, it sucks up fluff from socks etc which my Dyson animal couldn't. Very agile, can get it into small areas and under the bed very easily. The emptying station is really handy. Battery lasts about 40mins on lowest setting. Maybe about 3-4 mins on JET Setting which is the highest but in reality i rarely need that. Well worth the purchase, actually make vacuuming a lot easier for me now as im not having to lug around a mains powered vacuum with a huge hose etc.

The vacuum is actually a pretty good product. Its just a shame that its not well made and the warranty support is non-existent. The vacuum roller inside the head has 2 strips for cleaning carpets, one rubber and one of nylon bristles. Within 1 year of normal usage the rubber strip has ripped off. Despite Samsung's 5 year warranty promise, this failure within a year of normal use, is apparently not covered.

Stylish design with great features, opened the box for few days and I use it for carpet and laminated floor, the bespoke jet vacuum cleaner can be carried out easily. With different tools as included in the box, I use the combination tool to easily clean the staircase corners and edges. The all-in-one charger and clean station is most impressed, it stand alone and can place wherever you want.

I initially had high expectations for this Samsung Bespoke Jet, but after my experience with both the product and Samsung’s customer service, I can’t recommend it. 1. Durability Issues Despite very careful use, my vacuum stopped charging due to a damaged charging pin. This is a crucial component, and for a premium product, I would expect it to be built to withstand normal use. A vacuum should not fail due to a minor issue like this, especially when it hasn’t been subjected to excessive force or misuse. 2. Warranty Doesn’t Cover Common Issues Samsung refused to cover the repair under warranty, claiming the issue was due to "excessive force." However, I was never rough with the device, and the fact that it worked when tested on their stock station suggests a possible design flaw rather than user damage. If a small part like this can render the entire device useless and isn’t covered under warranty, that’s a major red flag. 3. Overpriced Repair Costs Samsung quoted me £74.46 for the repair, despite the fact that the replacement part itself can be purchased separately for much less. It’s frustrating to see such inflated repair costs, especially when the issue seems to be a design or durability flaw rather than user-induced damage. 4. Poor Customer Service Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a reasonable solution, Samsung’s response felt dismissive. If a company refuses to stand behind its products, it makes me question the long-term reliability of their appliances. Final Verdict: Not Worth the Hassle For the price, I expected better durability and fair warranty support. Instead, I’m left with an expensive product that failed prematurely and an unreasonable repair cost. I would not recommend this vacuum and will reconsider purchasing Samsung appliances in the future.

I recently had to send my Bespoke Jet vacuum back to Samsung for repair as the charging stand had stopped charging after just over a year of use. I was then contacted by a company called Emsted advising that the repair was not covered under warranty and that if I wanted it repaired I would have to pay funds directly into their account via Bacs transfer. There was no visible physical damage to the machine as was evidenced by the videos I sent to Samsung, if the charging pin was damaged internally, this could ONLY be as a result of the part not being fit for day to day use (and by day to day use I mean the vacuum being lifted on and off the charge station once maybe twice a day) I'd like Samsung to explain why they think their vacuums don't have to be fit for daily use. Why they gave my details to a 3rd party, why they think it is ok to have a 3rd party request Bacs payment from me for a repair that should be covered under warranty (and would be by any other manufacturer) Samsung's whole customer service / technical support process is rotten. I will never ever purchase another Samsung product as long as I live. I've just received the vacuum back and having looked at thoroughly I can confirm it is absolutely immaculate externally. The only issue is the charging pin has broken internally. The lack of any external signs of physical damage means this can only be a result of the clean station not being fit for its intended purpose and breaking during normal use. I am now in the process of writing to Samsung with a notice of claim and fully intend to pursue this matter further, if only because Samsung should not be allowed to treat customers in this appalling way.

Okay, so, the Samsung Bespoke Jet Plus...wow. Powerful suction, handles all my floors like a champ. Lightweight and easy to use, too. The attachments are great – perfect for every nook and cranny, and the pet tool is a lifesaver. But the best part? The Clean Station. It automatically empties the dustbin – so hygienic and convenient! It's pricey, yeah, but for the performance and convenience, it's worth it. If you're tired of messy vacuums, check it out. A splurge, but you won't regret it. My house has never been cleaner!

I love the way this looks, it's so smart it doesn't have tk be hidden in a cupboard. The hoover has great power, it's only a hand hoover but works like a upright. I can do my whole house on med on 1 charge but I do need to empty the basket on between. I feel the med is strong enough to even pick up dog hair. Very pleased

This is a very expensive machine, but I read the reviews, and felt it was probably worth it, and indeed it works well. However after about 14 months it stopped charging rendering it useless. I returned it to Samsung, who said that the fault was not covered by the guarantee, even though it has only had light use and is completely undamaged. They wanted to charge me £75 to repair it! I highly recommend that you think twice before buying this or any other Samsung appliance.

Extremely Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service. I purchased the Samsung Bespoke Jet™ Plus Pro Extra Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner expecting a premium product for the premium price (£900), but it’s been a huge disappointment. Two attachments have already broken — one physically and the other constantly throws up errors — meaning I can no longer use the hoover for its intended purpose. For something marketed as a high-end appliance, the quality is shockingly poor. What makes it worse is Samsung’s response: they’ve refused to honour their 5-year warranty and have offered no meaningful support. Instead, I was told to contact sales to purchase a new head myself — completely unacceptable when the product is still under warranty. Judging by other reviews, I’m clearly not alone. It seems many customers are facing the same issues, so it’s impossible to believe this is user negligence. There’s clearly a serious quality control problem here. Very disappointing experience overall — both with the product and Samsung’s customer service. I would strongly advise against purchasing this vacuum or any other Samsung vacuums until Samsung takes responsibility and addresses these widespread issues.

Whilst this hoover is amazing at picking up the dirt and cat fur, in my eyes the handle is so poorly designed it has some strange hook on it, so you cannot use it if you have big hands, or arthritis. After a while of using it my forefinger hurts from it. Have tried to buy the extra dirt bags from Samsung, and you cant.

The vacuum looks great, different from others. Compared with the Dyson v11 and went for Samsung. Main factors for decision were 5 year extended warranty and cheaper price. Several others aspects like run time, suctions, tools etc. were all reasonable comparable with v11.
