Really good for the money. Performance is fine despite lower spec. No hdmi out, but you can get adapters easily enough. Really superb touchpad. Left click is very strong and clicky, but at least that means it feels robust, good quality. Gestures work very well due to the smoothness of the pad. Sound is a lot better than my HP Win laptop. Battery life is great so far, we'll see how that continues in time. Only annoyance is the cover is scuffed already, and I've only had it in and out of a rucksack, so I can't see how that happened. Still a 5* overall, because if it's a 4.5 then a 5 is fair at the price point.

overall I’m quite happy with it for basic everyday use. The laptop is lightweight, slim, and easy to carry around, which makes it great for travel, school, or working from different locations. I bought this mainly for internet use, shopping & email. I returned it the next day bwcause it was far too fidly to use. I use microsoft Outlook email. But, Google made it impossible to download the outlook email app - inpossible. And it would never allow me to use the computer without a password. Which was unnecesary as a sole user !! Most annoying of all, was that in one day it asked me to create 5 different passwords, I couldn't avoid this no matter what I tried!!!!! It is so slow and restrictive in what I could use it for, I returneed it immediately & bought a conventional laptop. A horrible contraption avoid !

This is a great little bang for buck laptop! Being a chromebook it's not Windows so no expensive updates ect and being a Samsung you can trust that's its a quality piece of kit! We love it!
