Bought as my old laptop was unable to update itself. I would highly recommend the Book 4 - runs fine and links to my Samsung phone well. Very good price for the level of computer you get. If you're interested in camera quality it's not the best but I'm not fussed about teams/webcam use - that's the only flaw I can think of. That and attaching a mouse might be useful due to the touchpad being slightly aggravating. No biggy though - they're about a tenna.

Great laptop, with decent specs for the price. Performance wise this laptop will do all your day to day jobs as well as play a few games. Had the laptop running on battery for around 4 hours and the battery mark as at 50%. It has several different ports including 2 x USB C as well as 1 x HDMI which will help provide external screen as well as fast data transfer connectivity, it also has a dedicated ethernet port. The screen is nice and bright and is big enough to use for most applications. Also, because this is a Samsung galaxy book laptop, it can connect with your Samsung galaxy phone which is really helpful if you wanted your data to be in sync between both your devices. The only thing I would be slightly picky about is that the keyboard is a bit spongy and the individual keys don't provide a good enough feedback when typing.

I bought this laptop whilst it was on offer, it has been excellent so far. Very sleek design, decent size, excellent display quality and it holds its charge great, there's have been no issues connecting to the Internet on it and despite being a decent size - it slips into a laptop sleeve and is pretty portable. Last thing - performance, I have had no lagging with any app, it works perfectly.

Brought this for my teenage son. Was mainly for school work but then he found you can play games on it through xbox. Graphics are really good and clear. Loads within a few seconds. Only downfall is that it takes a while to charge up. It's very light to carry too. Overall one very happy teenager as he gets to do both school work and play games. Really easy to set up and get going too.

My old laptop finally popped it's clogs after about 12 years of valiant effort. I got used to having to wait half an hour for it to start up. This had a generous offer on it and just happened to be the sort of lightweight thing I was looking for. I couldn't be happier. The setting up was super easy and now it goes from off to working in seconds. It works like a charm..

Bought this a few months ago and the performance is decent but a bit laggy at times, sometimes the screen freezes, response to tapping or clicking is slow sometimes too and laggy especially when the battery is around 20 percent. Also disappointed with not being able to obtain nectar points upon purchase but the battery life is good and lasts fairly long.

My first Samsung (Galaxy) laptop and I could not be happier with it. The design and quality are superb and it has been a joy to use. I have done a lot of work on it, the battery seems to last forever!! The speed is perfect for my needs and the display is crystal clear. The memory is impressive and meets my needs. Overall I just wish I bought one earlier.

Bought myself one for university work 3 weeks ago and was on a tight budget. This has not disappointed, easy to set up comes with windows 11. It has a great battery life and charges quickly. It’s light and has a great feeling keyboard with a number pad and full size return key. It is quick to boot up and easily handles multiple applications open.

I wanted to upgrade to windows 11, this laptop fits my requirements. I use laptops for emails, shopping and documents to run the house. I do not play games or edit photos. This laptop does not come with Msoft office. It has a large screen and is a bit heavier than I would have liked but I am very pleased with it at the price

This is a very good laptop with lots of features but unfortunately not the one for me. I had a Dell 2in1 laptop previously which was exceptional but I find this one much less useful, I wasn’t sure which to buy and with hindsight I wish I’d saved up a few more pounds to get the ideal IPad

Super-happy with this laptop. It was very easy to get set up and has performed faultlessly since. It is ideal for what I need (mostly work related tasks) and operates smoothly. On top of that, the battery life is solid. It also looks good and has a feeling of being very well built.

Display is good crisp and deep colours, light and durable, battery is very efficient, it's slightly more resource intensive than it counter part utilizing most the memory on idle, however it does lags from time to time which not what you except from a big name brand

Fantastic laptop, can tell that it is very well built! Been wanting to get a Windows laptop, so when I saw Samsung did their own, I took the chance to purchase one! Have not come across any faults or problems, very happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend!

I brought this about 4/5 months ago and was best purchase ive made for the ammount of work i do on it its capabilty is second to non storage is fantasic with a grear battery life and a high quilty display and have reccomeded it to multiple people

The performance of this laptop is not good as I bought it for my university work. It is slow & every after 1 or 2 days it needs to restart to run properly. It also consume electricity as I have to put it on charge everyday even when I don't use it.

Bought this while under offer extremely pleased i did having had a samsung in the past which was also very good, in between i had another brand i will not name but will never buy that brand again having only lasted 1 year before going wrong.

It’s fine. It’s a bit slow and is struggling with loading basic webpages despite running a speed test and getting 200+MBPS. It doesn’t feel like an upgrade from my 10 year old HP laptop with the same spec (just less storage)

I purchased my Samsung galaxy book 4, laptop earlier this year, and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s reliable, versatile, and ideal for doing a wide variety of tasks ranging from paperwork, networking, gaming and more.

I love this laptop for university its big but not too heavy, the charger isn't bulky so it fits in my bag nicely. The only qualm is it's camera, but I'm just used to the Apple MacBook's impeccable camera. Would recommend!

This laptop may not be the fastest or have the biggest storage but it's solidly made, bloatware free and plenty capable for everyday use. It's also great value for money and from a reliable brand. I'm super satisfied !

Very happy, does the job and compared to my old very expensive laptop is extremely speedy. Not that much memory compared to some but and external memory soon fixes that. Love it and light as a feather.

The laptop has been a great purchase and was well worth the money. The battery life is a huge upgrade on my previous laptop and I am able to get more work done due to increased connectivity speeds.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and is very good and my sons grades have been excelling in all his subjects but the sound or volunteer is a bit low and you cant hear it very well

took quite a bit of setting up because it uses pass keys which did annoy me. the process isn't as simply as it should be, far more difficult than just popping in a password.

Very good laptop! Lighter than most others of t's size great screen and picture not a bad sound either when watching Netflix through dolby atmos built in.. would recommend
