There is no way a dishwasher with this design will take 14 place settings with normal UK dinner plates and drinking glasses. Poor design - take care when buying any dishwasher with a cutlery drawer

had this dishwasher as part of a kitchen purchase 12 months ago, but came home to find the floor part flooded last week. Appliance Repair Specialist confirmed it was due to the seal at the bottom of the door twisting and advised that a replacement from Samsung would cost £120 with Samsung repairing.

This dishwasher is terrible - DO NOT BUY IT - NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. The heating element has broken 3 times in as many years. The first time was an in-warranty fix for free, the second time it broke it was out of warranty, but after arguing with Samsung they agreed to fix (recognising that the fault is with them). It has now broken again, same heating element fault, for a THIRD time and LESS THAN A YEAR since it was replaced. After calling Samsung they are refusing to help. The options they provided were that I either pay for it to be fixed by an engineer and get another pathetic three month warranty covering parts and labour OR, better still, they offered me 20% any other Samsung product. What a joke, the cheek of it. I have Samsung TVs and a washing machine, but I won't buy from them again The service was terrible also - it's like talking to robots with no care or understanding. So, there you go, don't buy Samsung!

As a Samsung fan, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the dishwasher. The baskets are wobbly and feel very poorly made. The utensils don’t stay in the tray and get shaken up every time the drawer is pulled out / in. I really recommend against this dishwasher

Shocking bad quality for a Samsung at this price, its always had issues in cleaning properly, the layout is rubbish inside and now after 5 months is leaking from the bottom
