I was a big fan of Samsung, all my appliances, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, all our phones (4 of them), all our TVs (again 4 of them) are all Samsung. But not a great recent experience. Rubbish, this one broken just 2 months after warranty run out. When I contacted the support they just tried to sell me a new Samsung Dishwasher. What a great service from a great product manufacturer. This is the 3rd Samsung product that has been broken as the warranty run out so no more Samsung for me. I just feel like this is the recent Samsung trend and standard. What a shame and poor quality.

Broken again with the LC error code of doom - 3 times in as many years. Poor product given the £750 price tag. Told it would cost around £250 to replace the part that's broken. We're just going to cut our losses and buy another dishwasher. It's a shame as so many of our things are samsung but I've learnt a life lesson to dodge large samsung appliances in future.
