We are disheartened to see that you experienced a series of different issues with our Easy View™ Convection Microwave Oven with HotBlast™ Technology products, Mikedes. We also understand that, after three months of use, the microwave you currently own shuts down intermittently with the display going blank. We would love to offer you full support with this so you can make the most of your microwave and its incredible cooking features. Sometimes the microwave will turn itself off if the temperature is registered as too hot and unsafe for use. After a short while, does the microwave switch itself back on and start working again? If so, the powering off may be caused by the microwave overheating and unable to cool off. Please make sure the microwave is placed on a flat level surface. There should be at least 10cm (4 inches) of space behind and to both sides of the microwave, with 20cm (8 inches) of space above it. We also recommend changing the fuse of the microwave as this can fix the type of issue you are experiencing. To do this, please follow these steps: 1. Access the fuse by carefully removing the cover of the plug. Depending on the plug, this may require a screwdriver. 2. Once you have exposed the fuse, remove it from the fuse holder. 3. Replace it with a new fuse which has the same amp rating as the one currently in the plug. For example, replace a 13A fuse with another 13A fuse. 4. Secure the plug cover back into place. If you are still experiencing issues with your microwave, which is still within its 12-month warranty if it was purchased new less than one year ago, please don't hesitate to contact our knowledgeable Support Teams who will be able to offer you full support with this. Please unplug your microwave and clean the buttons by following these steps: unplug the microwave from the electrical socket > Open the door of the microwave > Soak a sponge in clean, warm water > Spray the sponge with an all-purpose cleaning spray > Wipe the buttons with the sponge and remove any stains or debris > Wipe off the buttons with a tea towel to remove any residue. Allow the front of the microwave to dry before plugging it in and trying again. Next, please also ensure the Child Safety Lock is not enabled.
