Bought this case with the phone when it was launched. With general light day to day use and without removing the phone, the sides have come away at the front, leaving the screen vulnerable and phone liable to come loose. Complained to Samsung shop and woeful customer service, offering a measly £20. After days chasing, finally offered a voucher to almost cover the cost of a replacement utility serious looking for an alternative.

Do not buy this cover, not rugged at all. Trim around the edge coming away after 7 months. Customer service at samsung not willing to replace the product...clearly a fault with product from others who have purchased. Will not buy another cover from samsung.
