Great looking fridge freezer, sleek lines in a nice icy white colour. The LED light inside the fridge is very bright and it just makes it look very inviting when you open the door, much better than my old model. The shelfs are plenty big enough as is the vegetable drawer although I feel it could do with a separator, this model doesn't seem to come with that. The controls are inside the fridge compartment and you can connect this model with your WIFI and control it using Samsung smart app although I feel these things are a bit of a gimmick to be honest. The cooling seems to be very effective as you would hope and it feels nice and crisp with the all round flow technology. The freezer compartments are ample too, you can fit loads in them, this model would definitely suit a small family for sure. The energy rating could be better, this one is rated at E but I guess you would have to pay a lot more for a lower power consumption and being that I was able to purchase this from appliance city for £349 at the time for me it was great value for money and I just couldn't pass this up. I have not used the water dispenser yet, I will probably try that out next summer. I cannot comment on the overall performance as it was only installed a few days ago but I am sure it will be fine. I had slight difficulty registering the 5 year warranty on Samsung's website though. First of all it took a while to actually get it to find the correct model and secondly it would not accept the serial number as it said it was too short. After chatting to an agent online I realised that the full serial number was actually on the sticker inside the fridge compartment not on the other stickers it comes with which is what I was trying to use. The only slight negative about this is that you cannot really store items on top of the fridge freezer very well as there is a bulky part and therefore it's not totally flat as you can see in the photo. It also sticks out a little from the kitchen units but then I knew this to begin with being 658mm in depth, it doesn't bother me too much really. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase, from experience I feel Samsung appliances are worth it as going by my last Samsung fridge freezer it lasted for around 20 years. I don't think anyone would regret getting one of these it's a must have.

Vey nice looking fridge freezer and love some of the features like the Wi-Fi connection. It lights up brilliantly when you open the fridge door with it LED light. The compartments are a good size you can fit loads in them and the shelfs are a decent size too, great for a small size family I would say. I have given 5 stars for value as I got this particular model at the time for only £349 from Appliance City. Cannot comment too much more as I have only recently installed it but so far so good :-)

Brought this refrigerator on sept but only opened mid of October as my whole house was being renovated. When ordering online ordered series 6 but when added to basket it came up with series 7. I tried on other devices as same result came up. Since I very much liked the product I brought it anyway. Absolutely nice colour. Only thing I would complain about is that you can see the glues on some of the parts of refrigerator, there’s tiny bits of black scratched on inside and some scratches on white part of refrigerator. When it comes to returning I absolutely hate it and find it very hassling thats only reason why I didn’t return it. Other than that it works well and looks good.

We bought this Samsung fridge freezer less then a year ago and the inside of the freezer is crumbling I phoned Samsung and they said it must be too damp inside and was I chipping away at the ice which was a silly comment as it’s a frost Free freezer ! The fridge looks smart and inside it is wide. Plenty of storage however very loud. I bought the fridge through the official UK samsung wbsite. I complained to Samsung about the noise level and they sent an engineer to check it out and agreed the fridge was louder than normal. I had to spend long times on the phone to get the fridge replaced. They expected me to wait 10 days since they collect the fridge until they send a replacement. Service is very poor and I am not happy with the customer service. How do they expect me to wait 10 days without a fridge after getting a faulty fridge which is clearly not my fault! I compalined after 2 days of receiving the fridge and its been extremely hard to get a replacement arranged.

Arrived without cover plate over compressor area. Spoke to Samsung Customer Services who directed my query to their product service provider who said that it is not designed with cover plate. So rear of machine has a 600mm wide x 200mm high hole which will in a short period of time be a dirt catchment area. Poor design by Company for the sake of saving a little proudtion cost even though cabinet has provision for a cover plate to be fitted. The supplied user manual (page 65) even states about vacuuming the the rear panel once or twice a year (applicable models only). Wish I'd known about this dirt collection space before purchase as would have bought another make.

I don't review the purchase but I'm a little bit disappointed about this fridge freezer. I would expect better quality from Samsung. The bottom draw for fruit & veg is very hard to pull off. While using pulling and pushing the fruit & veg box the plastic on the bottom of the fridge is damaged. Also, the light of the water container is very hard to put on. I have a lot of of Samsung appliances in my home including laundry but this fridge is my regret purchase.

We’ve only had the fridge freezer a month or so but so far we are really pleased. We needed a larger one but we have a small kitchen. Having a large double door fridge freezer was not an option due to the limited space available. I saw this Samsung advertised as Space Max and I have to say, I think Samsung have done a great job at maximising the design. The overall dimensions are slightly bigger than what we had previously but the room inside is so much bigger and exactly what we were looking for. The fridge freezer also looks stylish with a slight brushed steel effect and feels well made. At the price I think it’s great value in comparison to similar models from other manufacturers The only negative I could think of is the energy rating, hence why I have given it 4 stars. If you are not bothered by that. This is a 5 star product.

The style of the fridge and the build quality stand out when you look at the price point, also what makes this appliance even more of a deal is the extended 5 year warranty. Having a reminder for when the door is left open is cool and the controls are simply and easy to use, only slight downside might be for older people when it comes to setting up the wifi/bluetooth connection with your smartphone. Bought this to replace another Samsung fridge freezer that lasted 20 years. Oh how things have changed in 20 years! This new one has such flimsy door baskets compared to my old one and don’t hold as much AND they have to be removed every time you want to refill the equally flimsy water tank (my old one had a simple lift-out, solid-plastic water tank). On the plus side this model is so quiet I don’t know it’s working. I hadn’t realised how noisy my old one was until I had this one and I've no doubt it is more energy efficient. One feature that I like is that when you open either door the panel above the water dispenser lights up and displays the temperature of the fridge and freezer.

Wasn’t sure I really wanted the water dispenser due to it taking up room in the fridge door but it was the only model in stock at the lower price. Quickly realised how useful it is and love it. The fridge freezer isn’t as tall as some which was important for us as ceiling height restrictions due to a staircase. Build quality is good and although as mentioned the water dispenser does take up some space in the door there’s enough room in the fridge for the few items that don’t fit. The salad drawer is brilliant and the fruit and veg lasts so much longer. Plenty of room in the freezer too.

It keeps food fresh for longer than our old fridge, we noticed this especially for fruits and veggies. We are very happy with it. Also, its capacity is very good. The only downside is that the height of the shelves is not adjustable, but you can take out one shelf if more height is needed. We highly recommend!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago as our previous fridge had died. The warranty was a real selling point vs other brands. Delivery was swift and the team were very careful. Inside is very well lit and plenty of shelf space. The integrated water tank does not take up much space, there is also a shelf directly on this so you lose no storage space. Walls are thin which means more space for your goodies! The freezer is deceiving as from the outside it looks small, however I fitted everything from my larger freezer in without issue. Temp gauge on outer door comes on when you open the door. Also door alarm when either fridge or freezer are left open. Very happy with this and would recommend

We bought this fridge a month ago and although it’s working and it looks nice, it is so noisy! All my friends fridge are really quiet and this refrigerator makes noises the whole day. We can hear it from upstairs and throughout the night. Since we bought it, we never had a minute of silence in this house and there is always a background noise from this. Samsung says it is a normal functioning noise but I never experienced anything like that. If it made a noise once in a while but it spends most of the day making a wooshing noise. It is very frustrating because they say it’s normal and if you want them to come and see it you have to pay for it!!! The product is new and under warranty!!! I am frustrated and would not recommend this ever.

Compared to my 10 year old Siemens....the top is poorly designed, why not flat for storage ? Top freezer drawer doesn't fully slide out Space in the freezer didn't seem the 20l extra as advertised My Siemens has glass shelves in freezer so you could remove drawers and use those to fit extra in.. This doesn't And the white shelf edge on veg drawer slopes forward.... So if door open and you are moving things around, pop some yoghurt on there.... It can slide off n crash to the floor.... As it did with me Forced to install an app to register I think.. Not sure if that worked... But you can control temps with it. Plus it is a few cm deeper than my old fridge f, so sticks out a bit. Not Samsung problem

I was thinking what a fridge can do much with AI. now I know it could. The best refrigerator I ever used. Rich features. My children used to let the fridge open and normally leave. I just saw a notification on the TV saying ‘fridge door open’. Even though it was beeping I never noticed. But the notification on tv alerted me. Great feature.

What made me buy it? Well the first thing that was decisive was its width of around 65cm and it was exactly what I needed. With this 10cm extra, compared with a standard fridge freezer, gives me more width inside. It connects with wi-fi which allows me to control the temperature remotely. Its stylish design completed my kitchen. I am very satisfied by this product.P.S. It comes with 5 years warranty, isn’t it great?

Bought to replace a failed Samsung fridge freezer (after 10 years) this model was noisy and could hear while watching TV in another room.Has a buzz throughout the night which the other freezer never had. Im sure it performs well but the non stop humming is not ideal. Not sure if this is normal or if we have been supplied a faulty one. Signed up for a free 5 year warranty so we'll see how we go. Not delighted but better than being without a fridge freezer I guess. No wonder there was £350 off it.

I love my new fridge freezer, they have made he most of the space available and it cools down quickly, it’s easy to change temperature settings too. I like that we can switch the door round as well. The only thing that could be improved is the water dispenser. When I pour water in there is often some overspill into the gap between the dispenser and the shelf above it, water gets trapped here and then drips out. A seal is required between the shelf and dispenser to prevent this happening.

Replaced a Bosch with this. Looks good and the extra space inside is brilliant, when we loaded the food back in from the old fridge freezer we were very pleased with the room left. Also quiet compared to the old one. Well happy!!!

Fridge Freezer is lovely and quiet and fits in well in my kitchen. I was concerned that it may be too high as I'm only just over 5' but it's perfect and much easier to access food in the fridge than my previous under counter one. Quality is great, fridge and freezer capacity is perfect for our needs and it also came with a 5 year guarantee which is a real bonus. I love the digital temperature control and with the E efficiency rating it will help to reduce my energy bill too.

We bought a similar model 4 years ago and it broke down. A fridge should last 10+ years not 4. Samsung customer service (joke) didnt really care and washed their hands - 4 years life for an expensive fridge is shockingly bad. We chose Samsung as we thought we could trust the brand but now wish we had bought a cheaper brand. £100s of food ruined and an expensive fridge freezer is trash. Built in a way that the unit has to be fully dismantled for a minor part to be replaced - makes it uneconomic to repair. Buying Samsung was an expensive mistake for us. Samsung wouldnt even offer to send out a repair man to fix it given it is relatively new. Maybe they also know that to repair it would be more than its worth? I am so disappointed with Samsung - shocking product quality - shocking customer service. The whole family has bought Samsung phones for nearly 20 years - so now they have lost those sales and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience with their products and customer service. I went to TrustPilot to leave a review and wish I had checked before buying this as their rating is so low. So, my advice dont buy this!

I have a Samsung washing machine and so decided on a Samsung fridge/freezer too and I’m glad I did Pros - Big fridge with lots of easy access shelves - Frost free (main reason I needed a new fridge/freezer) - digital display shows current temp and desired temp - slim line water dispenser so you don’t lose much room in the door space but you get nice cold water Cons - can be slightly noisy when getting to temperature sometimes

Had this device up and running fairly quickly having read the booklet. It’s so quiet you can’t hear it. Decent compartment sizes though we had to do away with one of the door shelves to store sauce size bottles, yes oddly it gave us more space!! The light is in a much better place giving plenty of light to all compartments. The water dispenser was loved by our grandson who uses it frequently, it has a locking switch so engage the switch first. So far very impressed.

Was a little cautious as moving from a 200cm FF to this slightly lower model at 183cm. Did not need to worry at all. The space saving features make this fridge feel cavernous compared to our previous Liebherr. Love the app connectivity. The water tank is a complete bonus and the kids love that feature. Amazing that it doesn't seem to take anything away from the shelf space inside the door. Great design Samsung. So far, so excellent. Loving it very much.

Bought to replace a 12 year old model which had given up.!! Had to reverse doors which proved a bigger job than anticipated but instructions to do so were easy to follow. I like the look and high quality of the fridge/freezer. Particularly like the wine shelf (was expecting a rack but find the shelf actually better A main reason for buying this model is non plumbed cold water. I would have liked ice maker but this is not a feature although water temperature is good. The water holder is not particularly user friendly and I have not found it easy to fill but sure I will get used to it!

I bought this last month to replce the old fridge. This is ideal for our kitchen. Very spacious. Especially the vegetables compartment can accommodate large quantity of vegetables and keeps fresh for longer. If not careful when refilling the water tank, it can leak. So i use a funnel or bottle when filling water in the tank. The shelves are not adjustable, but it has lots of space between. I highly recommend it.

you can set up temperatures for the fridge and freezer separately there is a temperature display on the door alarm when the fridge door is open for too long the freezer containers are massive ( you can easily fit a pre-freezable ice cream maker bowl in it) The only minus Is you can't play too much with fridge shelves so milk and juices can only be on the door as there is not enough space between shelves.

Overall I really like the fridge-freezer. It's a good size and looks nice. I have never used the app as it seems a little unnecessary, so can't comment on that. I would say that the water dispenser is a bit annoying to refill and that the way the water comes out means that it sometimes drips down the side of the fridge (just a little bit, nothing to be concerned about but it isn't the best).

Bought to replace an ageing appliance, that wasn't very economical to run. This one is bright, very spacious and holds lots of fresh as well as frozen foods, that are easily accessible. The cold water dispenser lets you have water that is cold enough, not to require ice cubes. It has a well layed out design, and comes with a 5 year warranty, as do most of Samsung appliances.

Good: nice design, lots of space, fridge is really big, quiet BAD: no handles, you have to open from the bottom of fridge which is a bit low I dont think the water cooler was a good idea as it takes a bit of space away from the door section. Note that this opens up around 120 degrees, which may annoy some people. my old fridge opened up more than that

This is an amazing product with easy control of temperature on the front. The fridge is very quiet and stylish. We were lucky to get the cashback deal from Samsung when we needed a new fridge! Very quiet operation, deceptively roomy on the inside, although shelf positioning could be better or at least more flexible, keeps a constant temperature and it's also very economical. The 5 year warranty is just the cherry on top. Very happy with the purchase!

You have to take out a shelf to fill the water / is a gap to get in but not sure how to fit something in to fill unless you use hose pipe from your tap? Bottom shelf lifts so can get into the bottom draw on the fridge unless you have something on the shelf like most people making this feature useless!

We are really pleased with our new fridge freezer. After having a Samsung washing machine which has been great we decided to go for a Samsung appliance again, we are not dissapointed. It is very spacious with great features such as the water cooler and large salad tray. would highly recommend

Bought this to replace a broken hotpoint device and overall am happy with the product. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is the top of the unit has wiring and other raised covers so cannot store things on top of it like I did with the old one and also the water dispenser is slow.

Fridge is same outer size as my old beko but this has so much more room inside. The water dispenser is also way bigger than the old beko. The addition of a door left open alarm is brilliant as I has two lame wristed kids who push the door and then walk off expecting it to be closed!

An excellent purchase; this F/F is really roomy and has more than enough space for my family shopping! Quiet running once it’s down to temperature and I love the added water dispenser. Much more convenient than my Brita jug - though I do wish the water would dispense a bit faster!

This fridge is too good, quiet and cold, can also swap the door opening direction. We particularly like the cold water function. However it ran out quite quickly and refills can be a bit fiddly. Still very good fridge, I would recommend it for any single or small family users.

Only problem with the product is that I hope they had done better with the water dispenser part specially its lock and the way we need to remove it for cleaning purposes. would Love to have seen a more secure looking way of keeping it tight and free from leaks in the future.

We absolutely love our new Samsung fridge freezer. The fridge and freezer areas are both really spacious. The all-round cooling system is fantastic in the fridge, ensuring that there are no cold areas, which usually end up freezing some of your fresh produce (that we often found when using our under the counter fridge). The unplumbed water dispenser is a great addition that all the family love using, this will be loved even more in the summer months! The easiest way we found to fill the water dispenser up is by filling up a used evian bottle with water, take the cap of the water dispenser and pouring the water straight in. The digital temperature display is super easy to use (we set or fridge at 3 degrees and our freezer at -18 degrees) and linking the fridge freezer up with the SmartThings app was also super easy. This is a black gloss finish which yes, does show up finger marks (like any gloss finish) but we just wipe these off daily with a soft damp cloth, no biggie. This is an absolutely amazing fridge freezer that you will not regret buying.

Really nice fridge freezer. Nice and deep shelves. Only minor gripe is that the water dispenser tray takes up a good bit of door shelf storage which prevents something as big as 6 pints of milk. But 4pinters fit well enough
