I purchased a brand-new fridge that hasn’t even been plugged in yet. From day one, the door didn’t close properly due to a broken, low-quality hinge screw. I contacted Samsung on Thursday and sent photos of the issue, and now it’s Sunday—still no follow-up, no call, and no solution. This is a minor issue, yet I’ve already been waiting several days. If this is how a small problem is handled, I can’t imagine how long it would take to resolve a serious problem like a motor fault. It’s unacceptable that a brand-new product arrives defective, and even worse that customer service completely ignores the issue. I expected reliable products and support, not this level of negligence. I urge Samsung UK to take immediate action and address this problem before it escalates further.

I bought this specifically for its energy rating in order to save money over its life. However, there is one feature that is a glaring design fault that maybe others won't be bothered by, but for which I wouldn't buy another. The crisper/salad drawer at the bottom is a single large one but can only be pulled out half way (a 'safety' feature?), which means you can only see the contents at the front because the back is obscured by a white bar across the shelf above. I assume this bar is to warn where the door bin intrudes. I can foresee that items at the back will remain unobserved and be left to rot, negating the money I have saved in electricity. The bar could have been replaced by a thin white line therefore allowing more visibility into the back or preferably, the draw should be able to pulled out further. Seeing the contents at the back consists of bending down and peering through the narrow gap. Grrr....

Firstly- this is large, even for a traditional fridge freezer. Having a competitors product fail after 20 years, we were quite at a loss what to get. Some research showed our previous braad had gone south in hte years and Samsung now were highly recommended. Quick delivery and easy to install yourself, you are fist surprised by how large the internal space is, and how quiet compared to 20 yr old technology. It started up with no drama's and pulled down to temperature quickly and stayed there. Now habving the problem of our previously weekly shop looks like we've no food left- really happy withthe size, features and perfomance.

We ordered the Samsung based on family Recommendation. We have recently moved home and needed a fridge freezer that would be our needs; Large Capacity, No Frost Technology, sleek design and colour, much more energy efficient compared to others similarly priced. The cooling system for both fridge/Freezer can be controlled on an app on the phone, and also a digital touch display on the inside of the fridge. I prefer this display on the inside, hidden away. I would highly recommend this specific model of Samsung. Compared to others similarly priced. You get a lot of Capacity and Technology for your money. 5 stars!

For the price paid you can get abetter refrigerator from other makes. Material not sturdy Poor lighting inside the fridge no ice making compartment ( for the price paid 0ver £829) some spare plastic pieces included - no instructions on what they are and whar are there for... I was a Samsung customer for over 25 yeras. But by buying this with did a mistake. Even to get the advertised 5 year warranty, I had to lodge a complaint with Samsung CEO ! Can you believe it? A world renowned company is now not so good as it once used to be !!!

Replacement for a very old Fridge Freezer that was ready for replacement. The Samsung Fridge Freezer is a big improvement, able to set the exact temp for each section, more storage space and only slightly larger than the old one. Clear shelving and drawers so much easier to see the food inside. Bright LED light, has only been in use a couple of days but very good so far.

Our 3rd. Samsung fridge freezer. Each has been brilliant and as they were working perfectly have been kept in the family. We love our new one with all the extra space, and it is so much more efficient than the chest freezer we scrapped. We cannot believe how little electricity the new one uses compared to the unknown brand chest freezer. The benefit of this upgrade is a much larger salad crisper drawer. We so love the clean and stylish design. All in all a well designed set of shelves providing cooling storage for all the family.

At 390 litres (max capacity) this product offered the most space for a single width tall fridge freezer. Good size of fridge and design has a large salad box with regulation and the other optimal fresh storage box able to split compartment with room for both fresh meat and vegetables .Four storage shelves on fridge door with room for milk butter and sauce bottles. It is really nice and spacious but I don’t know if it cools down enough. Even though I make fridge setting to 3 C’ it feels it is not cold enough as my old Bosch fridge-freezer. Other drawback was the shelves places could be change as what high we want. In this fridge , the the options are very limited.
