The fridge looks good online, but in reality it feels very cheap and made of plastic. The materials and drawers don’t feel solid at all, and the overall build quality is poor. For the price, this is very disappointing. I expected much better quality from this brand, and the product does not meet expectations.

This is a poor fridge freezer wish Id gone for something else but we really wanted the space of an American fridge freezer without the split doors so bought this. In the last 12 months have had to replace the fridge door 2 times as the temp sensor wire has snapped (twice!) and now just had super frost build up in the fridge section (!). As the title says - wish I could get my money back

I purchased a brand-new fridge that hasn’t even been plugged in yet. From day one, the door didn’t close properly due to a broken, low-quality hinge screw. I contacted Samsung on Thursday and sent photos of the issue, and now it’s Sunday—still no follow-up, no call, and no solution. This is a minor issue, yet I’ve already been waiting several days. If this is how a small problem is handled, I can’t imagine how long it would take to resolve a serious problem like a motor fault. It’s unacceptable that a brand-new product arrives defective, and even worse that customer service completely ignores the issue. I expected reliable products and support, not this level of negligence. I urge Samsung UK to take immediate action and address this problem before it escalates further.

We bought this fridge freezer as we needed something that would give our family plenty of space without taking up too much space itself in our small kitchen. At 390 litres (max capacity) this product offered the most space for a single width tall fridge freezer. It keeps everything in far better quality for longer than our previous fridge and freezer did - especially items like veg, milk etc. So far, its great. We're loving it!

Our 3rd. Samsung fridge freezer. Each has been brilliant and as they were working perfectly have been kept in the family. We love our new one with all the extra space, and it is so much more efficient than the chest freezer we scrapped. We cannot believe how little electricity the new one uses compared to the unknown brand chest freezer. The benefit of this upgrade is a much larger salad crisper drawer. We so love the clean and stylish design. All in all a well designed set of shelves providing cooling storage for all the family.

I bought this fridge to fit the space I had , I wanted max storage , I thought it looked a bit industrial and bulky when I bought it but its fabulous , loads of room good height makes use of the space seems efficient , door reminds me when I leave open and its smart so I can operate from away from home although by registering it digitally I doubt that I will use that option but it did allow access to the serial number which being on the back of the fridge , now semi built in I could to otherwise access. Two minor issues , curved shape of inset handles dont make it easy to get crumbs out , the door hinge foot looks bit odd , could be more pleasing to look at

I bought this specifically for its energy rating in order to save money over its life. However, there is one feature that is a glaring design fault that maybe others won't be bothered by, but for which I wouldn't buy another. The crisper/salad drawer at the bottom is a single large one but can only be pulled out half way (a 'safety' feature?), which means you can only see the contents at the front because the back is obscured by a white bar across the shelf above. I assume this bar is to warn where the door bin intrudes. I can foresee that items at the back will remain unobserved and be left to rot, negating the money I have saved in electricity. The bar could have been replaced by a thin white line therefore allowing more visibility into the back or preferably, the draw should be able to pulled out further. Seeing the contents at the back consists of bending down and peering through the narrow gap. Grrr....

Amazing amount of space in both the fridge and freezer. Love the top drawer of the freezer giving easy access to the items needed regularly. I searched for a long time to get a bigger capacity than my previous fridge freezer and this also has an excellent energy rating of A. The fridge door has so much space and the configuration is excellent for bottles and cans, I still have so much space to fill looking forward to be able to fit everything in when catering for big dinners, dare I say Christmas in August, oh well I just have.

I love the dimensions of this fridge - slim and tall but very spacious, with plenty of storage space for taller jars and bottles - enough for a small family. It is also quiet and very efficient in terms of temperature and energy usage. It is easy to adjust the temperature, and the minimalist white design blends beautifully into the white kitchen.

For the price paid you can get abetter refrigerator from other makes. Material not sturdy Poor lighting inside the fridge no ice making compartment ( for the price paid 0ver £829) some spare plastic pieces included - no instructions on what they are and whar are there for... I was a Samsung customer for over 25 yeras. But by buying this with did a mistake. Even to get the advertised 5 year warranty, I had to lodge a complaint with Samsung CEO ! Can you believe it? A world renowned company is now not so good as it once used to be !!!

Looks pretty much the same from the outside, but don’t be fooled — it holds way more, saves more power, and I can even spy on it with my phone. So we've had this for 10 days. Good points are it's capacity and it's spacious and looks good. It is massive! Negative - no ice maker. Shows it on the manual and I've queried this with customer support on 2 occasions, the first time I was told one would be sent out, yesterday I was told this fridge doesnt come with an ice maker. I'd read reviews on here which clearly mention the freestanding ice maker and those reviews are still there so how come some people get an ice maker and others dont? So freezer with no way of making ice which is disappointing and, given the price, is totally ridiculous!

Good size of fridge and design has a large salad box with regulation and the other optimal fresh storage box able to split compartment with room for both fresh meat and vegetables .Four storage shelves on fridge door with room for milk butter and sauce bottles. Freezer would have liked to have been bigger with more drawers and Storage capacity. Listed as Black More like Graphite but like the colour.

We ordered the Samsung based on family Recommendation. We have recently moved home and needed a fridge freezer that would be our needs; Large Capacity, No Frost Technology, sleek design and colour, much more energy efficient compared to others similarly priced. The cooling system for both fridge/Freezer can be controlled on an app on the phone, and also a digital touch display on the inside of the fridge. I prefer this display on the inside, hidden away. I would highly recommend this specific model of Samsung. Compared to others similarly priced. You get a lot of Capacity and Technology for your money. 5 stars!

I replaced a 20yo standard-width fridge-freezer and although it is only a little wider, the increased capacity is very significant. Features such as the specialised fridge storage drawers, temperature display and door alarm help with storing food properly. The finish concerned me but you don’t get finger-print marks and the interior is easy to clean. In all, it feels well-built with freezer draws that slide easily and a solid feel to the doors. The 5 yer warranty shows that Samsung have confidence in their products and I would happily buy the same again.

Firstly- this is large, even for a traditional fridge freezer. Having a competitors product fail after 20 years, we were quite at a loss what to get. Some research showed our previous braad had gone south in hte years and Samsung now were highly recommended. Quick delivery and easy to install yourself, you are fist surprised by how large the internal space is, and how quiet compared to 20 yr old technology. It started up with no drama's and pulled down to temperature quickly and stayed there. Now habving the problem of our previously weekly shop looks like we've no food left- really happy withthe size, features and perfomance.

I have only had this Fridge Freezer for a few days but am already extremely impressed. It is very quiet, keeps an accurate chilled and frozen temperature in each section and has a well designed interior. It seems to have everything I require in a Fridge Freezer.

It’s big but worth it. Really nice layout, the WiFi features are a bit of a gimmick but has more space than we almost need and is lovely inside. Also not too deep or wide but it is tall!

It is really nice and spacious but I don’t know if it cools down enough. Even though I make fridge setting to 3 C’ it feels it is not cold enough as my old Bosch fridge-freezer. Other drawback was the shelves places could be change as what high we want. In this fridge , the the options are very limited.
