The Design The design of the fridge is impressive. The sleek, minimalist aesthetic with its stainless-steel finish complements the modern décor of my new build house kitchen, and fits really well despite my concerns of its size (I thought that it was going to be too big for a new-built house kitchen, which in comparison to more traditional properties are much smaller). The exterior is not only visually appealing, but will also be easy to clean because of the finish effect of the fridge. The exterior sides of the fridge are really good due to the exclusive leather impression on both of the sides of the fridge which contributes to the modern kitchen decor. These sound like usual features of a fridge, however it’s important to mention that the fridge gives a really exclusive design impression, and stands out due to the design. The interior layout is well-organised with the adjustable shelves and spacious compartments that will provide both flexibility and ample storage. The full-width pantry drawer and door bins will enable us to make the most of the available space, so that is really important to note. Latest technology In addition, the fridge’s connectivity with the Samsung SmartThings ecosystem enhances the energy-saving capabilities. You can monitor and control the appliance remotely through your phone, adjust settings to optimize energy use. You can pair it up with voice assist to allow you to control the fridge settings hands-free through your phone, so it is really easy to adjust settings and check energy consumption. The SmartThings technology also lets me to add the fridge alongside my other already added products to my household energy consumption monitoring database hosted online, and makes the monitoring more accurate through having a more complete database of the electronic devices. This will enable me to put alerts in place if consumption is too high so that I can reduce consumption of other disposable appliances if necessary. I am really happy with how this fridge aligns with my commitment to energy conservation, I didn’t think that I could manage to achieve a really good design and energy sustainability with one device. Thank you for your dedication to creating exceptional products that meet the needs of today’s consumers. The combination of its elegant, modern design and intelligent, energy-efficient technology makes it a standout addition to any contemporary home.

Bought this to replace old American Samsung double door, with ice maker and cold water. Bought house with the fridge included in kitchen appliances. Never used the ice or water, so it was a waste for us. Problems with ice machine making noises in the middle of the night. The new Samsung is simple, elegant, tall, wider than normal fridge but not as wide as American. No ice or water gimmicks, less stuff to go wrong. We are very happy with it.

So we've had this for 10 days. Good points are it's capacity and it's spacious and looks good. It is massive! Negative - no ice maker. Shows it on the manual and I've queried this with customer support on 2 occasions, the first time I was told one would be sent out, yesterday I was told this fridge doesnt come with an ice maker. I'd read reviews on here which clearly mention the freestanding ice maker and those reviews are still there so how come some people get an ice maker and others dont? So freezer with no way of making ice which is disappointing and, given the price, is totally ridiculous!

I bought this fridge to fit the space I had , I wanted max storage , I thought it looked a bit industrial and bulky when I bought it but its fabulous , loads of room good height makes use of the space seems efficient , door reminds me when I leave open and its smart so I can operate from away from home although by registering it digitally I doubt that I will use that option but it did allow access to the serial number which being on the back of the fridge , now semi built in I could to otherwise access. Two minor issues , curved shape of inset handles dont make it easy to get crumbs out , the door hinge foot looks bit odd , could be more pleasing to look at

When it was time to update our fridge-freezer I knew I wanted something energy-efficient, but I feel everything's been upgraded! It's only slightly bigger than our previous American style fridge freezer but the layout makes it easy to see and access everything in the fridge. The big drawers make the freezer space easy to organise too. It also integrates into my smart home so I can monitor it's energy usage and get alerts if the door has been left open.

This is a stylish, spacious, energy efficient fridge freezer. Excellent Capacity and layout, with helpful additional features such as movable icetray with icebox and adjustable shelves. Smart Technology allows us to control temperature remotely, cooling is very quick, and appliance runs very quietly. The freezer section has a helpful open top shelf with plenty of space for freezing large items. The outside is also a nice and sleek design with hidden handles. This fridge has exceeded my expectations in both functionality and design. The customer service team have also been excellent. Highly recommended!

This is a poor fridge freezer wish Id gone for something else but we really wanted the space of an American fridge freezer without the split doors so bought this. In the last 12 months have had to replace the fridge door 2 times as the temp sensor wire has snapped (twice!) and now just had super frost build up in the fridge section (!). As the title says - wish I could get my money back

I have this fridge freezer for 10 months now and I’ve been really pleased with it. There is so much space and the food is so much fresher. Unfortunately, over the past two weeks the fridge doesn’t seem to be holding its temperature. It’s set to 3 degrees but when I put a thermometer inside, the middle shelf is recording a temp of 7 degrees and the top shelf a temperature of 15 degrees. The metal plate has also started to freeze up towards the bottom of the fridge. I’ve cleaned it all out, made sure the vents are not blocked but the problem is persisting. Not very impressed, I had my previous fridge freezer for 11 years and never had a problem with it, I am wondering if this is built to last.

Bought to replace a built in compact fridge which had given 25 years service but was falling to bits inside and a separate upright freezer. We now have less freezer space, this is actually a positive as we now have to manage the space so choose our frozen items more carefully. The fridge section must be four times as large as our previous built under unit, so much room we no longer have to concern ourselves if there is enough room in the fridge when we do a shop. Fresh produce drawer keeps salad and veg usable for longer, the separate drawer for raw meat and fish is a nice touch. The whole thing is very quiet and according to our meter display is not using as much power as the previous appliances.

Very energy efficient and good looking device. The fridge is the 75cm extra wide type which is great as the fridge is not quite as deep inside as you would think. Spacing for shelves in the door could be more varied to allow for larger sauce bottles etc. Device seems noisy compared to when installed so will keep an eye on this.

Had this 2 days. The door does not close correctly, there is a gap at the top, you have to lean on top to seal it, ok if you have handy set of ladders. The shelves so wide they bend in the middle, the half shelf already looks weak and vulnerable. The shelves are not adjustable and interchangeable meaning that much space is wasted, the goor compartments are the same, they cannot be lowered as the door won’t close. There Isis not handle, just a gap between the two doors which is difficult to use. The freezer has 3 drawers, the top one has no front on so products fall out when it’s moved, we’ve made a cardboard front to keep food in. This is the worst appliance I have ever used and must have been designed by someone who has never and will never use a fridge/freezer. It’s twice the size of our last one and struggles to hold what it held! Absolute rubbish, oh and that trendy light, open the door and wait for it to get bright, you can see it’s on with the big gap all around at the top, off to buy some luggage elastics to fasten round it!

I replaced a 20yo standard-width fridge-freezer and although it is only a little wider, the increased capacity is very significant. Features such as the specialised fridge storage drawers, temperature display and door alarm help with storing food properly. The finish concerned me but you don’t get finger-print marks and the interior is easy to clean. In all, it feels well-built with freezer draws that slide easily and a solid feel to the doors. The 5 yer warranty shows that Samsung have confidence in their products and I would happily buy the same again.

Amazing amount of space in both the fridge and freezer. Love the top drawer of the freezer giving easy access to the items needed regularly. I searched for a long time to get a bigger capacity than my previous fridge freezer and this also has an excellent energy rating of A. The fridge door has so much space and the configuration is excellent for bottles and cans, I still have so much space to fill looking forward to be able to fit everything in when catering for big dinners, dare I say Christmas in August, oh well I just have.

It really is a cavernous fridge with huge amounts of space. You can see that the walls of the fridge are very thin thanks to the SpaceMax technology. It is much better than having an American side-by-side fridge as it makes use of the height being over 2 m tall. My reason for saying the design may not be fully thought through is that due to the increased width of the fridge, the glass shelves seem to have quite a lot of flex in them when the fridge is fully loaded - especially when putting a few bottles of wine (or other drinks in glass bottles) on the shelves they start to flex/bow a concerning amount. I also have a standard built-in fridge from Samsung and this has a dedicated metal drinks shelf, evidently designed to take more weight. This 75 cm wide model does not have a dedicated drinks shelf and hence the slightly lower review. Otherwise I am very pleased with the fridge. In my opinion, as much as the fridge may be able to save energy with AI energy mode, I think the environmental credentials have been overlooked when it comes to the packaging as there was an enormous amount of single use plastic wrapping every single shelf and draw in the fridge. One other thing to note, which may not be a problem for everyone, is that the power cable is quite short so only has roughly a 1 m reach either side of the fridge. This is not a negative point, just an observation for those considering to buy.

This is a really tall and extremely heavy fridge freezer, it was a challenge to get it in a double patio door and then move it upright afterwards under a standard height ceiling so please consider how you will get it in your house. The inside of the fridge is lined in stainless steel making it extremely cost effective. I like that the fridge is at the top and easy to access, the shelves are so spacious that you could get 3 large gateaux on one shelf. The top shelf is really high so beware if you are not tall yourself as i am nearly 6ft tall, it is a wine bottle shelf now as to be honest without a step you would struggle to get anything small on and off. The door shelves give lots of storage and the bottom will take 6 x 2 litre bottles of milk so ideal for large families with most being able to be moved up and down. The freezer is well organised, the bottom drawer is huge, the middle drawer is 2/3 the depth and the top is a moving shelf which is ideal for boxes. I was surprised that the ice maker was so easy to work, a bit fun turning the knob to tip out the ice cubes.I've not worked out the use of the app yet and to be honest not sure i need it. The control panel is digital inside the fridge with LED display. What is my favourite thing - the way the light comes on slowly when you open the door. At £1699 it is a considered purchase but i hope that this review is helpful to
