I spent nearly two hours speaking with three different Samsung agents about changing my fridge door from right-hand to left-hand opening. All I needed was confirmation of the small parts required for a basic reversal kit – something the product itself claims to support. Instead, I was met with confusion, contradictory advice, transfers to empty chats, and finally an attempt to sell me an expensive repair service. For a fridge that boasts 'reversible doors' as a feature, the lack of clear guidance and willingness to provide the parts is extremely disappointing. An underwhelming and frustrating experience that leaves me questioning the value of both the product and the support behind it.

Big appliance with lots of space but spacing of shelves is awkward for taller jars and especially door trays for things like sauces that are taller, eg ketchup bottle, sauce bottles etc. A shame as allowing for better configuration options would make it far more convenient rather than awkward as it currently is. Advertisement online also suggests large draw in fridge can be used for frozen goods which is not the case so misleading for this model.

Love all the bespoke design features especially: the twin cooling and humidity settings to keep different foods really fresh in the same drawer, the capacity of the customisable shelves and door space and the easy set-up of SmartThings allowing me to manage settings, energy use and use of contents on my phone, on the go ** I already have a Samsung American fridgefeezer which has been brilliant, so hoping this will be another great buy from Samsung !

This is one amazing tower fridge feezer! There is so much space (387 litres of storage) in this tardis like machine, I was expecting to find Dr Who inside it. There are dual temperature and humidity controls to keep salads etc extra fresh. There is a digital temperature display for both the fridge and freezer and a very bright LED interior light. This machine is very quiet and its exterior is a stylish matt black. You can easily connect to Samsung's handy Smart Things app and there is even a 5 YEAR warranty available. A fantastic fridge-freezer.

I have only had this appliance for a couple of days so this review is for my initial thoughts. It looks smart, fits in well with my other appliances, the motor seemed a bit louder than my previous model but quietened down once it had reached temperature. There are enough shelves to store items, would have preferred to have more adjustment to allow taller bottles to be stored on the lower shelf. So far so good though, it is just a different layout to my old fridge but I'm sure I will soon get used to it.

Surprisingly the freezer drawer looks small but can store many things. The fridge light is dim in my opinion and too many shelves make it even dimmer. However, the spec on the web have conflicting information. Is it ' ALL ROUND COOLING ' or 'TWIN COOLING PLUS' . Was unable to identify on the physical product.

This fridge freezer is super spacious even with the 70/30 split the freezer remains amply spacious. With rapid cooling. The smart tech connecting to my phone is really handy. The silver is slick but is prone to showing finger prints. The energy efficiency rating I’m hoping will outweigh the initial cost.

Took delivery two days ago and so far so good. The build quality appears good, sturdy doors, colour darker than expected but that's actually better for me. Practical internal layout. Still getting to grips with the features - remote access features not yet tried. Very good value at the sale price we paid.
