We replaced our previous Samsung RS21JLBG which had worked trouble free for 12 years. We wanted the same size fridge as it is fitted in our kitchen units. I am so surprised at the extra space in the new fridge despite it being the same dimensions externally. The Space Max is a fact not just sales talk! The fridge freezer is sleek looking, it is virtually silent, dispensing ice and water and does the job it is meant to do without any fuss! The controls and settings are clear and easy to understand; I shouldn't be surprised, it is a Samsung! There is so much choice out there but we are very pleased with this purchase; and that the standard of Samsung's products can be relied upon. Credit where it's due, well done Samsung!

This fridge freezer is really spacious and good looking.I got rid of my fridge freezer after buying this.The doors can be detached which will help in fitting tight spaces while installation.Really spacious and productive and will save you energy from using multiple appliances.Great product and I recommend this!!!

We had a Samsung fridge/freezer for the last 20 years which was excellent, and the quality was fantastic, but finally gave up on us. Purchased a new Samsung but found out the hard way that the quality of todays Samsung is nothing like it use to be, not even a week old and opened the door on to a chair and left a huge dent in the freezer door. Yes my silly mistake but so surprised on how poor the quality is to damage so easily. Just so disappointed the door cant take a small knock without spoiling the whole thing.

Bought this to replace a similar model that I had had for 13 years. It’s more roomy inside but could do with extra shelves as otherwise the only option is to stack food. It doesn’t come with the handy wine rack that the old model did and even the Samsung Product experts couldn’t tell me which wine shelf/rack fits this model - they directed me to a third party supplier who couldn’t help me either!! On another point it is quite noisy, far noisier than our old one and the water dispenser leaks a bit but then so did the other version!

Not a bad Fridge Freezer but we have dents appearing all over the door housing the ice maker. Just the wife and me and we've only had it 6mths. We've already got five small but obvious dents. There's no explanation for any of them and they're all on the same door.

Stylish looking, spacious and quiet as a mouse during operation. Removable ice maker. However it has a few shortcomings. Non adjustable shelfs inside both doors and internally. Yip fixed positions. Lack of adjustment on the doors. The fridge door can go up and down...not the freezer door. Despite having spent ages levelling the floor, front to back, side to side and corner to corner the gapping between the doors cannot be fully aligned despite my best efforts. It is frustrating that Samsung think the limited adjustment is adequate...let me tell you it is not

Nice size for our kitchen and access. Disappointed that the doors are not level with each other and not possible to adjust. Although the instructions tell you they can be adjusted, only the right hand door has adjustment and can only go upwards whereas it needs to go down or the left hand door to go up. For a fridge of this price range it seems poor quality control to send out like this.

Our old Samsung American Fridge Freezer was very reliable but after about 23 years it developed problems which could not be fixed. So we got a replacement through our home appliances insurance. This new one is much more modern looking and a lot more spacious although practically the same dimensions as the older model (except this one being a little deeper). Very quiet. Excellent internal lighting. The drawers have an easy reach, auto lift up lids. The door bins are much deeper. Same no frost technology as the old one. Not too impressed with the ice making box though. Don’t think we will be using that. And the energy rating is only E (granted, the other makes we looked at as alternatives to this one all have F ratings).

A very well designed fridge. We mainly wanted one without a water tap or ice maker. The overall volume/capacity of this model is much larger than similarly sized models from other brands. Having the shelves on the doors is also a bonus as its easier to see and identify what is in there. It is also noticeably quieter than our previous fridge freezer.

Our previous Samsung packet in after 17 years, we picked this as an insurance replacement. Would have been 5 stars but up on removing the package there was a dent in the door, covered with fridge magnets so not so noticeable. Plugged in over night and the ice machine already half full. Looking forward to another 17 years use, fingers crossed.

Great featured ice maker too which can be easily removed if you feel it's taking up space but a great device instead of having space being taken up with a plumbed ice maker. This was bought to replace a similar unit which was over 16years old but which has only just died after all that reliable service. Checked out all the specs of other makes but there was nothing this size or price so the choice was simple, especially with a 5yr guarantee and interest free finance-same again please. Delivery was outstanding; the unit was tracked accurately and arrived exactly as planned, the old unit removed and new one brought in, although this was a bit tricky because of the size and weight and we have a modern home, however Raza and son from Panther logistics were so careful and patient, bringing it around the back and into the kitchen via the patio doors even despite the sub zero temperature! Wrappings taken away too, absolutely brilliant job all around Good too to have a quick set up and there are loads of new features such as the bright LED lights and ice maker

A large amount of space, especially in the door for tall bottles etc. Much quieter than our previous Samsung fridge/freezer. The water filter is more easily accessible as it is outside the cabinet. The cubed ice is slightly smaller and therefore more useful.

This is an upgrade of a similar model from about 7 years ago. We loved it but all the little annoyances (door had to be wedged open to pull out bottom drawer, having to cycle through ice types, metal runner and footplate falling off, dent marks) have been sorted. And for the same dimensions the internal storage is significantly bigger. We miss the internal filter though and have to do some work to make the external one fit in the kitchen but otherwise super happy. I can also contact it on my phone, I'm not sure why this is important yet. but so be it.

This has replaced a very similar size on the outside, ten year old other brand and I was so amazed by the extra capacity, I had to go and check the numbers! My old one had a total capacity of 537 litres and for a couple of centimetres difference on all the dimensions, I now have 652 litres of capacity. The handle is within the door now so it is actually less deep that the old one. Lovely and quiet to run, having checked it powered on briefly, we let it sit for six hours after it was delivered (slightly more than Samsung guidance of 4 hours https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/home-appliances/how-long-do-i-have-to-wait-before-i-can-connect-my-refrigerator-to-the-power-supply/ ) and then filled her up from the old one and had so much space left over! Really stylish design and actually lightens and brightens the room. As long as she works as planned, I am chuffed!

From the time of ordering the communications about delivery was fantastic. On the first attempt it was not possible to get the fridge freezer in to the kitchen, but to my amazement, it was taken back, and redelivered by someone who took the items doors off and back on again, all free of charge. I delighted with the fridge freezer brilliant use of space and the air cool technology works great, never a hint of ice build up. There's more space than I ever imagined and it looks great too.

I replaced an old Samsung fridge freezer with a similar model and am delighted by the increased roomy capacity due to streamlined internal design and spacious door bins . I am happy that Samsung provide a non plumbed option and an extended warranty ( however this hopefully will be unused due to Samsung's usual reliability and performance) . My Fridge Freezer was " grey" but doors were brushed silver - perfect in every way!

Good packaging on delivery, door removal feature on the top with the clips is a breeze to take those off, tons of space inside, would've liked more drawers on the freezer side rather than open shelves, instructions very poor, doors where misaligned on delivery with no mention of how to adjust correctly until you investigate yourself, overall very happy, wish there was still a 10 year warranty on Samsung products tho.

This is a solid option if you're after an American-style fridge freezer that doesn't have a plumbed ice maker. I also like the fact the freezer has shelves rather than all drawers which means I can awkward items in - such as an ice cream maker. The fridge also comes with a cute little manual ice maker which I like using. I got the FF at a good price at John Lewis, who delivered and installed the appliance in my kitchen. Even though we have a pretty spacious place (not to boast) the process of getting the fridge through our doors was painstaking and the delivery guys had to take the doors off to get it in. Even so, one of the doors sustained a light mark during moving, though happily JL offered a 10% discount as a result. While it's a shame that the door was marked, I can imagine many delivery companies wouldn't have mentioned it and wouldn't have offered a discount so hats off to JL.

the capacity is larger than other products while the outside size is the same as others. As the space in the kitchen is limited, so even the size is the same as others, I still can put more food into the fridge. The fridge is also easy to control, as the temperature is cool enough, and we can change the temperature easily. I love the silver colour of the fridge also - it looks so modern.

Great fridge freezer with loads of space !! It's smart, efficient and looks good too. It's non-plumbed but that's the way we like it as it is portable. We ordered the fridge freezer in advance of our kitchen being remodelled and it served us well throughout the renovation as we were able to move it from the front room to the kitchen once it's done.

I bought this fridge, it's been only one week, but so far, it is working well, it is spacious, it barely produces noise, so the noise classification is accurate. It cooled quickly. The only thing I regret is not having a wine rack, but you still have lots of space on the doors to storage and cool your bottles

Bought this product approx 2-3 years ago. Spacious, quiet and the water/ice dispenser is good too. However the compressor has just gone and we're now facing a repair bill. Don't expect this sort of thing from what's meant to be a premium brand - disappointed to say the least for the price we paid.

Great space in both fridge and freezer. Really handy having the pockets in the door! Doors must fully open to access the bottom storage drawers. Allow extra width to allow for the doors to do this if you are position it next to a wall. Everyone loves the DIY ice maker!!
