We were worried that with the drinks machine on the front we would have less space inside but it is even more spacious than our last fridge freezer. Even after a weekly shop the fridge still looks half empty!

I’ve been using the RH69CG895DS9 for a while now, and overall, it’s a well-built appliance with a sleek, modern look and dependable cooling performance. It operates quietly and integrates nicely with my kitchen’s aesthetic. That said, the spliced door design, while visually appealing, could use some improvement in terms of space efficiency. The door compartments are quite narrow and, surprisingly, don’t accommodate a standard milk bottle. This limits its practicality, especially for families or anyone who frequently stores taller items in the door. Despite this, it remains a solid product. The built-in AI features are a great touch—they help monitor energy consumption and allow for easy personalization based on your usage needs. I also appreciate the open-door alert, which has been especially helpful since our kids occasionally forget to close the door.

I'm SO disappointed with this fridge freezer. The top three door shelves are not tall enough to fit a regular 2L (4-pint) bottle of milk from the supermarket OR basic 1L cartons like orange juice (!) which totally defeats the purpose of the quick access door. I can't believe Samsung didn't check this during the design stage. If you're going to use the quick access door for anything multiple times per day, it would be milk or juice! The smaller door shelf (third from the top) is also not wide enough to fit juice or milk cartons. This leaves a single shelf (the bottom one) for all your large/tall items (milk, juice, sauce bottles etc.) which is incredibly inconvenient. My second complaint about this fridge's poor design is the main shelves. They are not adjustable at all. Even my 15-year-old cheap fridge has shelves which can be slid in and out to create taller/shorter spaces. In this fridge the shelves are all at fixed heights so if you want some extra height inside your only option is to remove an entire shelf. Cooling performance has not been impressive so far either. The fridge's control panel claims the fridge temp is 1°C but my fridge thermometers say it's barely below 5°C. Finally, the seals around the doors are covered in white dust from the factory and don't feel particularly tight when the doors are closed. This may be normal but on a black fridge with black seals it looks pretty bad. Overall I would definitely NOT recommend this fridge and I would seriously think twice about any other Samsung fridge freezer based on my experience with this one. Unfortunately it's been more than 30 days since I bought it so I can't return it but I would if I could!

The drinks dispenser is hidden behind a separate door which when opened gives easy access not only to drinks and ice but every day articles which would normally require the entire fridge to be opened. Although this fridge is equipped to be monitored through a mobile phone, it is so efficient that there is absolutely no need to use this facility. I initially thought that the self filling cold water facility – which keeps filtered water at 3°C would be something that I would not use often. It is now absolutely essential and so convenient. The fridge replaced a range master which was absolutely excellent but somehow the interior of the fridge/freezer is able to contain a greater quantity of foodstuffs in a very accessible manner. I have also checked the running costs and it is very efficient even allowing for the fact that my former fridge was 14 years old. The overall appearance is very unobtrusive and all handles are cleverly hidden. For those who appreciate ice and cold water on tap – properly filtered, but do not want those facilities exposed when not in use to give a minimalist appearance in the kitchen this is an ideal buy and it carries an overall five year warranty for labour and parts and amazingly a 20 year warranty for the compressor which I have found from experience is usually the component which once it ceases to function means that the fridge is not economically repairable which is what happened to my last fridge which I found to be excellent.

We brought this to replace an older Samsung single stacked fridge freezer with an internal manual fill reservior. We wanted extra space, loved the idea of the auto ice maker and beverage center. This ticks all the boxes in terms of space, ice making and aesthetics and the auto fill pitcher to infuse with fruits etc is awesome. HOWEVER. We got this delivered and installed (had to get some plumbing altered to allow conection) and whilst the delivery guys were lovely they didn't have a clue what they were doig and where quite honest about this. They also refused the manual when they wern't sure. To be fair to samsung they are refunding the installation costs due to our negative experience. The only issue-> The 'Beverage centre' is marketed as 'cool' water. This is not true. The water from the tap fills a reservior under the bottom vegetable drawer (right near a heat extraction fan) and yes, over night the tiny reservior (must be around or less than 1 litre, no one at Samsung can actually tell me how big it is) is slightly chilled but is immediately replenished with warm tap water. So you instantly dilute the cool water resulting in not even a full 400ml (ish) glass of cool water. I reported this to samsung on the 3rd day thinking it must be an error and an engineer came out (fair play to Samsung, free of charge) to check it over. The engineer unfortunately was quite condecending and just repeated the same thing over and over and didn't even check anything apart from open the fridge door to check the fridge was cool. I pushed this issue further with Samsung and was phoned by someone more senior to explain that 'this is how the fridge and beverage centre works'. To confirm, Samsung confirmed that you should not expect cool water from the beverage centre (which goes completely against their marketing!!) and it will be warm after the first glass. Overall we do like the fridge freezer but would have purchased differently knowing what we do now and whilst samsung did send an engineer out etc I will be hesitant to buy something like this from them again based on misleading advertising.

Lovely fridge but it's not as black as it looks in photos, it's more grey. Also it easily shows fingerprint marks so not ideal with kids.

I ordered this as my old fridge was playing up and also needed a bigger fridge. This fridge ticked all the boxes. I had a look in store before buying just to be sure. I was satisfied with the features and quality. When it arrived I had to remove the doors to fit it through my front door and into the kitchen. Removing door was easy and straight forward. It was quiet heavy so do need 2 people. Once in place it was easy to setup and get running. For this model you will need to have a water supply close by.

Absolutely love my new American Style Fridge Freezer. After viewing so many makes, models and styles I couldn't find anything better than my Samsung Beverage Centre. It is great to look at and has so much to offer. The split door that offers access to the water dispenser and water jug with infuser is pretty cool but it also means that you don't have to open the whole of the fridge making it more economical also you can store things you are going to use more frequently like milk and juice in the sturdy shelves. The fridge is so spacious it has a place to put your wine bottles etc and I love the snacks tray. The shelves are quite deep enabling you to put supermarket bottles of milk in with ease and seem much sturdier than other makes and models I have seen. The freezer section is spacious and absolutely love the feature with the ice maker producing ice bits and cubes the children love it - comes with a handy scoop. All in all I am totally thrilled and would recommend to others Thank you

Lovely fridge freezer, we live in an old cottage with small doors so we have to remove the doors to get in the house, this was a simple job that had clear instructions in the supplied manual. Once inside it was quick to set up and get working. I love the half door to access the beverage centre and having 2 types of ice always available is a luxury I never knew I needed!! Overall it looks and feels like a very good quality appliance.

I have to say I brought it because it was the right price recommended for heavy handed sensory children...and the bar door and non plumbed water, infuser jug and ice x 2 types bonus... however the children are drinking so much more so it's a win win... Just waiting from new lower and full door as it unfortunately got damaged in transit..but tbf I hardly notice them and over all amazed at this products robust and eco friendly using my electric less is all just fantastic well done Samsung...not many products in modern day can actually be brought without some regrets but actually I have none..
