Most the products in my house are samsung out mobile phones are also Samsung even though I was an iphone lover iv been converted and wouldn't look back I'm still looking to buy further Samsung's products they are amazing😍😍 I have pursuaded my family and friends to buy Samsung's products and some of them already have made more than one purchase, my latest purchase is this fridge freezer it's not only stylish but has a lot of storage space and has given my kitchen a new life 😊 I'm definitely looking forward to the summer as this fridge produced it's own ice

fantastic Appliance. having a tall shelved freezer makes items far more accessible than a chest freezer and I still have just as much room. I underestimated how large it was overall but beautiful and sleek looking despite its size. I also hadn't realized the Item needs to be plumbed in, however, all the filtration accessories are provided and it is going to pay for itself having filtered water accessible so easily at home. very happy with my purchase

Disappointed, I did not expected , Earlier I had Samsung fridge freezer that was ok with the design , but unfortunately exactly after 2 years ( after the warranty period) not cooling at all, that money wasted !!!. Again I made a big mistake that I purchased from SAMSUNG. This fridge doors you have to push very hard to close. Ice dispenser minus point. My family doesn't like at all . I do not recommended this fridge to anyone

Great fridge! The door with auto fill drinks pitcher is a great feature. Water dispenser takes long on American fridge. We grab the jug out and pour. Click back in and it auto fills for next person. Also ice dispensers usually spill use. Having the ice boxes with scoops in the fridge is a great move. The overall space is really nice. I like the bottle holder and shelf heights. However, there is not much ability to customise shelf spacing - so that is a limitation. The freezer is very well throughout out with a number of large shelves. However again there is a lack of customisation available and the shelf above the ice dispenser is tilted slightly making the space a little limited. It is connected to your mobile and nice to be able to turn on and off features including switching from freezer to fridge mode. Overall it is a great fridge and good value compared to other models and brands.

My 15 year old LG large fridge/freezer had managed to smash its ice dispenser and was going rusty, with no spares available. Ice dispensers all have the same problem in that when ice gets jammed, the dispensing wheel forces ice against the bucket sides and the plastic ice bucket breaks. Hence, this system which just drops the ice into internal buckets will not suffer the same problem. My LG was almost full when I emptied it ready for the replacement. The delivery was within 30 mins of scheduled time and they took away my old LG. It was easy to remove the doors and bottom hinge brackets, to permit the Samsung to go through standard doors. Reloading the frozen and fridge food surprisingly left loads of space, with us being able to be much more structured in arranging storage. The auto filling jug and trays of ice are the best ever features, anyone that like to entertain or have summer drinks should have these. My LG has been great and I would not knock it, but this is the next level above. It looks cool and works incredibly well if ice and coled water is a requirement. I did contact Samsung support as I could not get the ice maker to work, they were all over it and ready to send an engineer out, but I realised the ice bucket was round the wrong way. I am really pleased with everything.
