How do I set up the 4G connection on my Galaxy Watch 4G?
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G allows users to use a 4G connection without needing a smartphone nearby. Users can leave their phone at home and still stream music, take calls or messages, or get notifications while out and about.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G has been launched exclusively with the EE network in the UK. To connect the watch, you will need a compatible Samsung smartphone on the EE network.
The Galaxy Watch 4G was launched exclusively with the EE network in November 2018. You will need a compatible Samsung device on the EE network to connect to the watch.
The below Samsung devices are compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4G:

Before you begin:
- Ensure your smartphone is compatible (see above)
- Switch on Bluetooth on your smartphone (Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth)
- Make sure that your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi or to mobile data
- Make sure your Galaxy Watch 4G is charged
Please note: make sure you keep your Galaxy Watch and phone close together until you complete all the steps.
Wait for the 'Search the new Galaxy Watch' message to appear on your phone, then tap Continue.
If you don't see this message, open the Galaxy Wearable app, then tap Connect New Wearable.
