How to turn off or deactivate text message delivery reports
Text message delivery reports send a pop-up notification automatically to your device whenever you send an outgoing text message. If you prefer to not receive the delivery reports, follow the steps below to deactivate the delivery reports on your Galaxy smartphone.

Launch the Messages app.

Tap the More options icon (three dots).

Tap "Settings".
