Why has the AI Mode setting menu changed on my 2026 TV?

Firmware version 1247 or later changes where you can find AI Mode settings on supported 2026 Samsung Smart TVs.

AI picture and sound options are now located directly within the Picture Mode and Sound Mode menus, making them easier to access.

The dedicated AI Mode and AI Soccer Mode entries have been removed from Advanced Features, along with the AI Mode shortcut in Quick Settings. The separate AI Customization feature has also been discontinued.

What has changed?
AI picture settings are now available in the Picture Mode menu.
AI sound settings are now available in the Sound Mode menu.
The dedicated AI Mode and AI Soccer Mode entries no longer appear under Advanced Features.
The standalone AI Mode shortcut no longer appears in Quick Settings.
The separate AI Customization feature is no longer available.

Where can I find the AI picture settings?
Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode.

The available options are:
AI Optimized — new location
AI Soccer Mode Pro — new location
Dynamic
Standard
Movie / Filmmaker Mode

Where can I find the AI sound settings?
Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

The available options are:
AI Optimized — new location
AI Soccer Mode Pro — new location

Amplify
