Registering your products gives you faster support and access to all the services for your products in one place. Registration is quick and easy with Samsung Account, and can be completed online in My Page. Once you’ve signed in, go to My Products and click Register.

Product Registration and Warranty FAQs

• Register online: Visit our online form to register your product. The model/serial number on your product is required.

• Scan QR code: Scan the QR code on your product, select the product type, then enter or scan the model number, IMEI or serial number.

• Scan Wi-Fi: Scan Wi-Fi, tap on the product that you want to register, then select the product type. This will only work if the product you want to register is connected to Wi-Fi.

 

The QR code, barcode, model number and serial number for your product are usually on the sticker on the side or back of the product or packaging. 

If you don't have your packaging, the location of the serial number and model number depends on your product. Click here to find where you can find your serial number and model number for your product.

Samsung TV models produced from 2020 have a convenient feature that allows you to register through your TV. This means that you don't have to find your serial number, making the process even quicker and easier.

You can use the Members webpage, Members app or use the TV search bar to register your Samsung TV warranty. You can find out more information on registering your Samsung TV here.

You can register your Samsung washing machine like any other device. Simply visit our online form to begin the process.

Washing machines can also be registered via QR code or by logging in/ registering to your Samsung Members account and then searching for your product.

You can register your Samsung fridge freezer like any other device. Simply visit our online form to begin the process.

Fridge freezers can also be registered via QR code or by logging in/ registering to your Samsung Members account and then searching for your product.

Registering your products to your Samsung account offers the following advantages:
 

• Product details are immediately available to Samsung Customer Service making it easier to find documents and queries can be processed more quickly.

• Download the latest manuals, FAQs and instructions without having to search for your product.

• Create service requests to find solutions to your concerns yourself.

• Track your service status online.

• Receive extended warranty for eligible products.

There are other options to choose from if you want to register a Samsung product. You can use the Members app or the Samsung Members webpage.

 

• Steps for registering through the Samsung Members app:

 

1 - Open the Samsung Members app, then tap ‘Get Help’

2 - Tap ‘Register Product’

3 - Choose your preferred registration method: scan QR code, scan Wi-Fi, or use barcode


 

• Steps for registering through the Samsung website*:

 

1 - Open the Samsung Members webpage

2 - Log into or Register a Samsung Members account

3 - Use the search bar to find your product, try typing the TV type i.e OLED TV

4 - Enter the serial number for your device

5 - Click complete to finish registering your product

 

*Please note, products registered on this website may not be visible in the Samsung Members app.

Certain Samsung products are eligible for an extended limited warranty.

If you register an eligible Samsung appliance within 90 days after the invoice date, you will receive an extended warranty which will bring the total period of coverage to 5 years from the date of invoice*."
