This is a beautiful premium appliance. The 20 year guarantee on the motor and 5 year guarantee on the product shows Samsung has faith in its engineering. It's energy efficient I've not noticed any impact on my bills despite heavy usage. It is large drum, clothes so well and looks great. I would have bought the matching washing machine to go with this as I was so impressed with this appliance but Samsung wouldn't honor the 20% discount if they were bought together which is frustrating. Great product but Samsung customer care is lacking.

The fact that you can either use the condensation collector or alternatively plumb it straight into a drain is awesome. The drum is massive and it handles every load we put in with ease. I love the fact that you can program your own programmes and the light that comes on when the door is opened is an extra touch that make everything work. I cant fault this tumble dryer

My Hitpoint condenser dryer broke down. Unfortunately for me, it was Black Friday. I did some quick research and looked at the discounts and I decided to buy a Sumsung heat pump 9kg dryer. I did my first load of washing today. I placed mixed cottons and synthetics into the drum; it would normally take 1hr40 if I placed the right amount into my old appliance but I had to under fill it to avoid a second cycle. I had no such issue with the new dryer. All of my clothes were dry and less creased and finished in about 50 minutes; the dryer save money by turning itself off. Pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.

Fast delivery direct from Samsung Estore. Easy to install, quiet, big load..was not sure about drying times on heat pump model at first but having used it no issues as washing is nice and dry and quite quick really. Very happy with purchase

Didn't think tumble dryers could be so different. Cannot believe hiw much quieter this is compared to the Candy one it replaced. Clothes seem to come out of this so much softer than previously and perfectly dry too. So much easier to empty water from collection tank as it is on top of machine. Love the fact that the door is reversible and only takes a few minutes to change it depending on what side you want it to open. All in all a great purchase even if it might seem pricey but I would definitely say it's worth every penny.

Previous dryer died at 11 years old, too expensive to repair, so decided it was best to get a brand new one. Did lots of research, saw that this gets great reviews What sweetened the deal for me was the nice discount direct from Samsung when I traded in the old, broken, tumble dryer (doing my bit for the planet!), whereas others wanted to charge extra for taking it away. Very easy to setup, and the full PDF manual had all the detail I could want Nice to have wifi/app support, because why not? Money well spent. And I also got the full 5 year parts and labour warranty by applying for it. That plus the included 20 year warranty on the motor shows the confidence Samsung have in their technology

Nice dryer, overall dries really well. One annoying thing is your can't set a delay from the machine and on the app you can only set a delay with a timed dried not a programme. But apart from those we niggles, installation was easy, performance is good and energy usage is low
