Where to start..love the soak program love the steam program quick wash & so many others suitable for everyone's needs. Lovely large drum. Clothes feel and smell nice and always will as it has a self clean drum program & a clean draw program, no more pesky smelly washing machine. The design is simple yet handsome . Who of thought you could of connected it to you smartphone & add even more programs it even tells you how many litres of water you've used & the cost of electricity then when you wash is finished it plays you a tune & your smartphone send you a message no forgetting to take it out how many of us have done that and had to do a rewash?

Had the machine for about one week. Don't have a Smart metre so cannot check cost per load but clothes come out dry but not 'cooked'! Just used the rack to dry some felt slippers that I hand washed and they have come out great without being thrown around. Quiet machine. Most noticeable feature compared to my old TD, there is almost no change in temperature in the utility room so it seems like the heat genuinely stays in the machine drying the clothes. (And there is no condensation ). Very straightforward to use (which is more than I can say for the website and creating an account and registering it!) the machine is much more intuitive than the website :)

I was always a little scheptical about replacing my old condenser dryer with a heatpump. I need not had been. We have now had this dryer for 10 days and in that time its done 20 loads and its been absolutely fantastic. It dries very well and doens't take as long as other reviews suggest. Clothes and towels come out super soft, clothes that need ironing are easier to iron as they have not been baked dry. Energy use is amazing and we have notice a significant decrease in out consumption compared to our old condenser dryer. The machine is well thought out and put togeather, the controls are easy to understand and having a mixed load cycle is great. Love the fact that the door opening is swapable and the dryer can be connect directly to the waste water riser saving time emptying the drawer when full. I must emphasise that the filter and condenser grill must be kept maticulously clean to maintain performance, a cleaning brush is provided with the machine for this. Not used the drying tray yet, but i'm sure we will in time. Overal I can highly recommend this machine and I am sure it will pay for itself over the next couple of years, the 5 year warranty is great and a testiment to how confident Samsung are with their build quality & products.

Did a lot of research on heat pump tumble dryers before purchasing this one. Many reviews of different brand heat pump dryers were very hit and miss, with a lot of people commenting on how much longer it took to get their washing dry. I found a lot of the reviews for Samsung dryers were positive, and although they are more expensive, the quality is excellent. I’ve used my dryer three times in the week that I’ve purchased it, and I’m not disappointed. It actually dries our clothes quicker than our old vented dryer. This being a A+++ rated for energy consumption was a big factor us, what with the rise in energy bills, and being a family with young children, I have a lot of washing to do on a daily basis, so I’m pleased that this won’t cost a fortune to run. This model is a lot quieter than our old one, and runs smoothly. Would recommend 100%.

After buying a Samsung TV, microwave, mobile phone in recent years, I thought I'd try a Samsung tumble dryer and it didn't disappoint. It's quieter than my previous Zanussi machine and better looking in design. Nice touch is the light-up drum when you open the door. Only had this machine a couple of weeks but I am extremely pleased with it, and an added bonus for peace and mind is the free 5 years extended warranty (parts, labour and call-out charges). Thoroughly recommend this Samsung tumble dryer. Just waiting now for my Zanussi washing machine to pack up! Samsung all the way!

We got this one after our previous heat pump tumble dryer needed replacing. We loved our previous dryer, so were hesitant to change brands. However, we are so happy we did, it looks beautiful, works great and quality is excellent. The machine is quiet, it’s very economical and dries our clothes well. Service was second to none, delivery was on time and drivers were excellent. Samsung also recycled my old dryer. Very happy with my new heat pump!

Nice looking machine, easy to setup and use straight out of the packaging. 1st load in was a load of towels, they were dry within an hour, which was an hour quicker than our old machine. Its very quiet compared to previous machine, you hardly notice it when it is on. Easy enough to setup through wifi as well with samsung smart things app. Great all around so far.

I bought this recently. It looks a good quality dryer. It’s easy to use. I put one load of towels in, selected a program and away it went. My towels came out dry and lovely and soft. I don’t have to empty the water tank because it drains directly into a drainage pipe (extra pipe supplied). So far, I’m very pleased with it.

A very good entry level 5 series Tumble Dryer - highly efficient vs cheaper brands in the market. A good timely upgrade from my ageing Hotpoint Dryer. For a mixed load of ~7kg, it took about 1hr drying time and consumes about £0.45p per Cycle (note - actual conditions will vary in each household).

So far it has been great. Drying well and although it takes longer to dry it is cheaper to run. I don’t find it very loud but it is in the laundry room. You do have to remember to empty the water tank after every use.

There are many pre-designed programmes to choose from based on the types and amount of clothing. Very quiet, it dries clothes very thoroughly, without obvious wrinkles. The clothes are also very soft after drying.

Quite. Quick. Very user friendly. Does what you need it to.do. Great app. Even tells you how much each dry cost based on your tariff. The only con I can think of is it cost a chunk of change.
